She is an excellent professor. Very nice. Always gives study guide, and encourages critical thinking. Fun teacher, would recommend any of her Child Dev. classes. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of her field.

I took her for winter 2008, and she is very understanding if you have issues with anything reagarding the curriculum an online problems. I like the fact that she is not strict on essay's for the assigment and the test is 20 ?'s true or false.

took online class. It was easy. Homework can take some time, but the quizzes were fine since it was open book. One downside was that she took (in my opinion) way too long to reply to messages.

Such a nice professor. I took her class online. Provides lecture notes, power points, chapter ?'s, essay on theorist, child observation, & parent interview. I got a 100 on everything but tests. There are 5 (one a week). They are multiple choice & since its online they are open book so that makes them harder. Go with your gut! EASY A!!!

Super super nice! A lot of work to do if you want to get an A but it's not hard. She's very kind, helpful and understanding. If ur willing to but a little time to get an A take her.. if not u'll prolly get a B or C. GOOD LUCK!

EXTREMELY easy....i DIDNT read any chapters and i barely listened to what she said, and yet i ended up with an A+. She grades verryyy easy. The one this i did not enjoy was how much she rambled and rambled..Overall she was a Chill Easy teacher. Even if your not the brightest person..i garentee if you have any commen sense you will get and A or a B.

She's really lenient, easy, cool and gives everyone an A. Basically if you turn in everything you're supposed to and have basic common sense, you'll get an A in the class. I take it back, if you have a pulse and are breathing, you'll get an A. She's very passionate about kids and Lily of course, but her teaching skills are mediocre.

Okay...so I was reading through some of the comments on here, and I noticed that a lot of reviews read that Professor Baghdaserians' teaching skills were mediocre. I have to disagree. When I started class with Professor Baghdaserians, I was immediately interested in what she had to say. She has an amazing way of making her classes interesting.

Wow... Professor Baghdaserian; such an inspiring woman with a big heart! she knows her child development and teaches it very well. You will learn a lot if you of course attend class, and do your work. FYI if you take her class be prepared to hear some interesting stories about an adorable little girl named Lily. =)

She is a sweetheart and makes class fun. She integrates fun stories about her daughter Lilly into her lectures. You will learn a lot from her, no need for memorization. I didn't buy a book and still got an A. Show up to class, do your work, take notes during her lectures [reads directly from the book] and you're guaranteed an A.

Love love love Dr. B. She cares about her students and her field. She brings with her, experience, which she uses to teach with and she explains lessons and it totally sticks. tests are easy if you attend her class and listen. she truly cares.

easy class, some of the assignments for the online class were not detailed enough to know exactly what was expected. she is helpful but it takes her awhile to respond to emails/ questions. keep track of your points she miscalculated mine and gave me a B when I had gotten an A, after MANY emails she finally changed it 5 months later. book not needed

She's one of the greatest professors I've had at Valley. I took both CD 11 and 7 with her. She's very informative and her lectures are from her past experiences. She makes sure the class is fun and never a dull moment in the class. She only has a midterm and a final that you don't need to stress out about. The questions are all true or false.

She's an incredible professor. Although she does talk about her family a lot, she always relates it back to the subject. Her lectures are inspiring and have made me love my major more. Honestly, she's amazing. The subject itself is explained very well, therefore the discussions and quizes contain a lot of useful information. She is also extremely nice and truly cares about her students. The only con about her is she will not answer emails or messages anytime soon.

CD 1 was the easiest class. Took it online and it was a piece of cake. 5 quizzes, 2 observation's, and one research paper, and a couple homework that was answering questions. Easy A class! She even offered extra credit! Take her! You won't regret it.

I absolutely loved this class. I took 15 units this semester & was worried about this online class. I would check in once a week complete all my assignments and then not have to worry until next week. It is a lot of work but it is easily gets done. If you need this class & are super busy don't be afraid to take it online!

Easiest class I've ever taken. Do all the work and use the textbook for the tests and it's an easy A. If you are not a child dev major and just need the credit this is the class for you. If you are that major however I would recommend maybe going with a teacher a little more challenging.

I utterly love this professor! All of her assignments have VERY clear instructions and she frequently responds to assignments with a nice encouraging comment. I took this course during the winter (online). It was very straight forward. A lot of reading and discussions with extra credit opportunities. The class is 5 weeks which included 4 major homework assignments 1 midterm and 1 final. When taking classes online, I recommend purchasing the e-book.

If you want an easy A, take Dr. B she is literally the best!

Prof B. is amazing not just as a teacher but overall as a person. Very easy work, which consisted of watching 3-5 min vids and responding with a few points you have learned, a parent interview, an about you paper and a few other assignments. I took this as a winter course so it went very fast. Lots of reading but all great information. Each chapter has a homework assignment based off of the reading and quizes. Overall a stressfree class.

Took CH 101 online. The class wasn't hard at all. Not a lot of homework. Each week we had a quiz that was pretty easy. Professor Baghdaserians is not a tough grader, she is very nice! She wants you to pass!

This professor required lots of reading and writing because practicum is a hard class to do online. Instead of in person we had online videos to watch and respond to. I learned how to write a lesson plan, I wrote a resume and got to attend workshops.
