Professor Becket is an easy teacher! I recommend him to anybody! He only gives you 4 speeches and 4 quizes and they are all extremely easy!!!!!!

Beckett is hilarious. He's an all around great guy and professor. Classes are precise and easy. Only a few quizzes and 4 speeches. Easy speeches too just as long as you practice. He's very friendly and his classes are never and I mean never boring. He'll make you laugh a lot!

Although he is strict with his wants and expectations, not much of an easy grader, his classes are animated and entertaining. If you want a teacher who is going to make you laugh but who at the same time would carry himself with seriousness. Beckett would be an interesting choice. Best Professor ever. He was my first professor to see of my freshmen year. He helped everyone lower their shields and had everyone talk to each other. I am very outgoing but many of the kids were not and I saw them change over time and become more confident. Best class ever and a great way to start the day so early.

Prof. Beckett is the best! I swear i came late like everyday, and 2 lateness equals one absence, and if you have 4 you fail and i managed to get an A. Just do your outlines, study the chapters he assigns and your fine. 3 types of speeches, first one is EASY, 2nd is informative and 3rd persuasive. I don't know about him. At first he was really nice with me and course-wise it was smooth. But then he changed...Oh well, other than that, a couple of speeches, quizzes and final.

There are 3 speeches and some test which are very easy, do your speeches ONTIME. He is very anal about lateness as well, So come in ONTIME. I honestly though he would fail me because he was kind of mean. Yet I got a B+, oh and even if you dont want to you will participate cUZ he will call your name. No worries he is a good prof, Highly recommended.

When registering for this class I checked rate my professor I saw good reviews I was like GREAT! but being in his class is OKAYYYY he will pick on students, make fun of them, or give them attitude I don't know why. He was a great professor. He gave us alot of advice regarding life and how to go about after graduation. His own life experiences sheds a light on how any student can go from nothing to something. The course workload was not difficult but required you to actually think about what you were reading and write about it. My class was a joyous class.

Just a couple of presentations, a group presentation, and reflections for each presentation. The textbook is required but barely used and can be found online for free. The class goes by quickly if you participate and engage in classroom conversations. If you don't participate, he will make you participate but it's not so bad. 100% worth taking!

Sometimes, the class is a bit tedious to go through with the morning exercises. Plus, participating and attendance in the class truly matter. No exams at all, just a bunch of Presentations and reading exercises in class. This class really helped to improve vocabulary even more than I imagined. A very interesting professor overall.

We're given the task of a group speech as well as individual speeches and of course, it is a bit tedious because you have to work hard to reach his standard for your speech but at the end of the day you will definitely improve. Prof is full of energy and always puts a smile on your face. He thoroughly explains everything and as long as you follow the guidelines you should be fine. Presenting is a must, but Beckett always gives back good criticism and helps you overcome the anxiousness that comes with public speaking. Highly suggest his class.

I had his class for Fall 2021 semester and he was a refresher from my previous heavy courses. He cares a lot about participation ,as well you must show your face. He starts class with great energy. There are three major assignment which each one will take up the whole class. The assignments aren't heavy at all, no exam or weekly homework. Take Him!

A very flamboyant professor. He's actually so kind and funny - very sassy too I must say. I had an 8 am class with him, and he always has us do these morning stretches and breathing workouts with him to wake us up.
