Organizational behavior taught by Professor Onnekikami was one of the most insightful business classes I've taken at CSULA. He explains the material with real world examples and shares stories of his experience when he was a manager. If you want knowledge that will extend out into the managerial world then you must learn from this professor.

I took 3070 in Spring 2017; it was very enlightening, interesting, and thought-provoking to go through the many facets of violence in society and to think about the ramifications and potential solutions thereof. The professor was knowledgable and knew the material. I liked the way he taught the class. His assignments and tests were based on the material he would go over, so that was awesome because we already knew what would be on the midterm and exam. I would highly recommend this teacher to others.

I took Dr. Elu at VVC He is another Exceptional Proffesor. His life experiences and sharing yours in the areas of substance abuse, society, and behavior is quite an enjoyable class. You will need to be ready to read. There is at least one hour of homework a week, quizes, exams and midterms are done on scantrons. GREAT Professor and will take again!

I took this for psych 101. Must show up to class to pass Essays due every week he does do class discussions so if you do not like to talk in front of people this is it a class for you. Other than that he is a great professor and really wants you to pass.

Be prepared to participate in class. Mid term and Final, mostly based on essay questions, he provides a study guide. A few multiple choice, which are easy. During lectures, he tells you which questions are on the test. Big group project, make sure you pick a good team if you want to get a good grade. Enjoyed class this semester.

Overall I am satisfied with this class and the professor. Professor is very knowledgeable and is very helpful to the students. He is there to help, guide us and educate us about the world. I was very happy with this class and fortunate to have the opportunity of taking this class and learning many valuable things.
