Prof Emakoji is one of the most helpful professor who tries to work around your scheule and at the class' pace, he does not rush through the chapter he makes sure everyone understands what he is trying to explain in each chapter. Very knowledgeable in Statistics. He is a fair professor, if you do not understand a problem he will break it down until you get it. Very nice. If you communicate with him through out the semester then you will be fine. Do your h.w. cause he takes your work into consideration in terms of grading. He's a great professor, he doesnt play though, you ahould not fall asleep in his class, and you should take advantage of all the homeworks, because he brings up most of them on his exams. He would take extra time to teach you on the side when he's available. Attendance is key because you might miss something and sometimes he doesnt like to go back.

If professor Ayikoye is teaching on a Sat/Sun morning, TAKE his class! His class is worth giving up your weekend for but just make sure you go. Once he has taken a mental picture of you, he will know how many days you've missed. He also takes effort into consideration. Don't wait, RUN to register for this man's class,trust me you will NOT regret it.When i first stepped foot into Professor Emakoji's class, math and I were not the best of friends.But all of that changed,I was so shocked that I actually understood what was going on (I swear even the so called "dumbest" will understand what is going on in that class)

Makes Statistics easy as ABC. Very approachable but very strict when it's time for lecture. Stats is a tough course whether you're good in math or not. He makes every section of the course understandable & he breaks hard topics down to the core. Great teacher. Explains everything you need to know for the exams. He makes the topics very easy to understand, even though it was a pretty basic course. Wants to help the students succeed. Comes off as tough, but all you have to do is show up on time and let him know you care about your work.

I took this class in the spring semester of 2015. This professor was extremely helpful. He is not easy but he makes sure you understand the material he is teaching. He goes the extra mile to help his students. However, If you skip class, you won't pass. He gives a lot of homework. He gave take home midterm. I would take him again!

This Proffesor is amazing. I had him for Math remedial class and I ended up getting a 100 on the online placement test. I thought that I will hate the class, but ended up loving it and even tutoring another student. Can't go wrong with Porff Ayikoye. I missed a few classes but made sure I understood the material given on the absent day. He starts easy and develop from there and teaches you what you need specifically for the exams besides giving amazing life experience lectures that you will never forget. Tells you early what is needed to pass class. gives you homework, mostly discussion boards and YouTube videos. Classesmandatory and testscumulative. MKT has a lot of definition words, miss a day or two, and you will feel lost. However, he is really great at explaining stuff and answering questions. YouTube vids in class too. Gives Textbook link.
