she talks like a dumb blonde. And if you have a question about the subject she is lecturing, you would be lucky if she comes back with an answer. takes forever to grade tests and homework. one good thing about her is that notes are available online and she makes you write an essay to get some more points on your test if you didnt do as well.

She is fine. As long as you understand the lectures, you would be fine. I do think the multiple choice questions are difficult sometimes, but I think the free response part is easy. If you can't afford to read the book, you need to know the lecture slides well, at least.

The labs are kind of long and numerous things to do.No attendance r

She doesn't have enough knowledge and teaching skill to teach this class. She should understand that the prereq. courses for this class are Bio1 and Chem 1A not Biochemistry or molecular bio and physiology. Promise to post study guide online and never did. Use office hour for the lecture notes not for students. Very unorganized teacher.

Microbio is a very hard subject but Prof. Mackenzie is the best teacher in lecture and lab. In lecture, she is very clear on what topics will be on exams and there are many extra credit opportunities (do them!). You gotta STUDY HARD for this class (expect to write a lot!). These will get you the A. Grueling class but if you survive, you win

Prepared to never see your grades, takes her a month to do. Locks herself in the classroom until last minute and rushes you to finish early since she "doesn't want to catch traffic". Sit in the front since she practically whispers. She's also always sitting and yawning between lecture. In lab she checks fb so u need to go up to her if u need help.
