He is a great teacher....got a B in his class...just go to class, listen to what he is teaching, take notes, do your math labs and study and ur set...you will pass his class... I loved his class...and the best thing took the accuplacer and passed it hooray!!!

Summer Session II evenings, got an A in his class. Great instructor you can see his passion for Math, excellent in explaining problems in detail. Take him, but it also takes listening, concentrating and doing your homework to get an A. Wish he was teaching College Algebra!!!

I took this instructor for MATH 0090 in summer 1 and he is awesome! He explains everything crystal clear and he is always there to help. Not too much homework. You will leave that class prepared for college algebra

Summer II 09: He is AWESOME! He explains step by step in great detail.He is very neat & provides plenty of handouts as reviews. few quizes in class-u may work in groups. Do all ur homework-very helpful for exam! He reviews & answers any questions before exams. All exams taken in class. U have to apply urself aswell. I got an A & passed accuplacer!

u can learn alout from this teacher if you pay attention and you just let him know ur trying and he will give you a chance

i recomed thos teacher i took his math 90 class after i failed math 85 with another teacher. in his class i got an A+ his class is very easy.

He was a great teacher, took him for Math 85 and he was great at explaining everything and going over things step by step. Not too much homework and quizzes were easy. Recommended to take him for any Math class

Greaaaat Teacher! I just finished FOM 1 tonight with him. Explains very well. Plenty of patience. Laughs a lot. Tries to make it simple to grasp the concept. Puts up with my comments about how I am not going to use this stuff in my life. If I can get an A, you can too.

He explains everything very well. His jokes are corney but they are so silly you just got to laugh. He explains everything so well, If you take him and do your part you will pass with a good grade!

This guy was super fun, I hated math but he made class easy and fun to attend. He is very detailed at explaining and offers extra help all the time. I recommend him. =)

You must take him! Very good teacher. Even tho he was bz he put up with 6 of us in his office for tutoring 3 hours on test day. Remember it's math. It won't be ez unless you do your part. He puts formulas on board to help.

Professor was nice will explain in detail if needed dont be afraid to ask questions he will answer them without making you feel dumb. if you do ur part you will pass. some students expect to pass without keeping up with their work this will not happen in his class... he will remind you to finish homework and gives you plenty of time to finish it.

Good at explaining will help you out if you have questions he will answer them and speaks clearly will take his time to explain took him in 2010 fall for math 100 gives you enough time to turn in your homework dont expect to pass if you dont do your part.

he's a really good teacher, he takes the time to explain everything. if you don't understand he'll explain it again in a more simple way. you need the book to practice on problems... don't expect to go to class and get an A ... he makes math look easy.awesome teacher.

MR. Arredondo is an excellent teacher. I highly recommend his class. He takes the time to make sure you understand. He also keeps you laughing with jokes he likes to tell... You will definitely learn if you take his class. You do have to do your part to get a good grade. He doesn't just hand them out like candy. Had lots of fun in his class!

He is an awesome teacher, everything is done through math lab. He prints notes and reviews each chapter before assigning the work. You do the majority of homework during class. He explains everything very well, and he gave me a better understanding of math. Awesome teacher. I got a 99 average!

This teacher is freaken awesome i would definitely recommend him, I would jst recommend to keep perfect attendance especially since its math. I personally think math on itself is very difficult so attendance is a must

This instructor is very good in teaching Math. Math 100 I pass the Math 200 I didn't. Test are all online and for going back to school was hard. If you are not doing well on the exam. Retake them don't wait for the end he wont pass you even if your their every day and do all your homework because my homework was done. Just exams for me were hard.

Good teacher. Great teaching methods. Very helpful if you need his help however note taking is a must and he will expect you to look over your notes for answers first. Overall a good teacher; will definitely recommend him for any math class whether its developmental or regular College Algebra.

His class is very easy all you gotta do is study your notes and do your homework you will pass if you do turn in your work on time.

Mr. Arredondo goes above and beyond to make sure you pass. His way of teaching is clear and easy to understand. If math is something you struggle with i recommend you take him. He will review with you before and the day of a quiz and test. If you do bad in a test he will allow you to retake the test. Do your part and he will do his.

if you are like me very bad at math you should get him! the way he teaches is very good! and will not go on with the lesson until you understand!

After being out of school for 10 years definitely got an awesome math professor. Pas with a "A" and the TSI. Mr. Arredondo cares about his students and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand. He will review before a quiz or exam, homework for every lesson, and gives you a chance to retest. Do homework and study and you will pass.

Honestly best math professor ever. Learned so much from him, gives great lectures, and is caring of his students. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Took him summer 1 and 2 and dont regret of doing it at all, in just 2 months i learned more then what i did in high school about math. Just hope he teaches college algebra for spring.

I would suggest you take this professor if you struggle with math. Arredondo is very good at explaining problems and is more than happy to answer your questions. He is very lenient with his grading. There are quizzes every class meeting and you can't miss more than 3 times or he will drop you. He truly cares about his students and their success.

Mr. Arredondo is the best Math professor ever. If you're reading this get him before the class gets full, you will not regret it. Is not an easy A because you actually need to study. I passed Math 100 and 200 with A's. The Finals are easy. I would love to take him for Algebra but he doest teach that subject. :(

Mr. Arredondo is a great teacher. He is funny and nice. He always had stories to tell us and tried his best to motivate us. He does give quizzes and there is a bit of homework. But he worked with us on due dates, he also allows us to retake tests. He is a very fair teacher. He sometimes allowed us to work in groups on quizzes and homework.

I took him for a few weeks before dropping his class because I was overwhelmed with work from all of my courses. Although, I have to say, he's a definitely a good choice for MATH 0200. There's pop quizzes on every meeting, and the MyMathLab HW is due on the meeting after which it was assigned. But, if you put in the effort, it will pay off.

By far one of my favorite professors! He is a man of his words and a great motivator, although he does give HW and Pop quizzes frequently its ALL worth it at the end. Sadly He does not teach college Algebra but his style of teaching has stuck on to me that Im ready to cotinue my journey. He taught the entire class how to grow as individuals.. TY

I took him for Stats w/ supplementary lab and he's a great professor. He is really understanding and caring and quite fair with grades. Whenever students had an issue he was very helpful. Truly a great teacher and would definitely recommend him. Showing up is a must because with one day out you will get behind. Silly & tries to make lectures fun.

I am a current junior in high school and I found that although this course was neatly structured and filled with a true reflection of what the course required , I found it hard to manage at times . I consider myself an organized individual and yet this course was hard to keep up with with the professors choice of assignments and weekly course work

he gives you a lot of homework but more than enough time to do it. the quizzes that he gives you are easy and tests are the same as the review but overall he's a really good teacher.

Professor Arredondo is one of the best professors I have had in my life. His lectures were very funny and interesting, he really cared about his students. He lets his students do the quizzes in groups. He explained the content very well and is a great human being. I really recommend this professor.

I took his class online. He had weekly meetings sometimes 2 times a week which really helped us. If we needed help we could message him and he would respond quickly and with help. Test were hard but he goes over the review with us. I think he was a good professor overall.

Fairly easy class. Mr. Arredondo's lectures are very useful. He also provides video examples you can watch outside of the class that make things 10x easier too. (should you need them). He provides practice tests. (Very useful). Easy A!

He is a good professor that explains the material well. He is a bit slow to respond on pronto and doesn't give extra credit unless he sees you're putting in effort. He also says he'll send notes after class but ends up sending them a day or two later. Overall a good professor his class will be easy if you go to class and do the homework.

Professor Arredondo genuinely likes teaching math and it shows. He also cares about his students. As long as you do the work and show up you will be fine in this class. If you do not understand the homework ask questions. Other than that you should be fine.
