I was very disheartened with the topics discussed in class, as they were not as much related to actually persuading someone, but very heartened by the Professor's interesting lectures as well as my exam grades. If you are an A-type student, like me, you will be able to pass this class -- like me. Overall, I am very heartened.

Strict grader, if you want to ace his class you better think like an Economist and make it look like you worked really hard. If you're not sure what he wants you to do, you're always allowed to email him and ask. I initially thought he was really intimidating, but he's actually a pretty decent professor who just has different opinions than most.

Easy grader but gave berating feedback, embarrassed people in front of the whole class. Forced people to accept that they were wrong even if they weren't. Condescending and conceited. Handful of speeches, one impromptu speech and one policy presentation speech (lots of research). Easy A if you came to class and participated. Slow grader.

This is a communication law class. You are expected to read a lot of law cases and supplementary readings on blackboard. The semester starts slow as you learn law but it gets tougher with each unit. The video lectures are there o understand the legal concepts in addition to reading. Understanding law is hard work. Not ideal if you do not have time.
