Ive been at JCTC for 3 years, this is by far the best professor I have encountered. She is so enthusiastic & supportive. At one point in the semester, she had us do poster boards for a presentation infront of the class, once everyone got in the class she said forgot about it, & let us all rest and meditate. I had family issue last term... she communicated with me the entire time, allowed me to catch up with my late work without penalty, and I passed with an A. She helps her students.

Be ready for group projects. She is available 24/7 for her students. No matter what time of the day I contacted her via text or email, she got back with me almost immediately. She is a great professor.

Psy 223 book was hard, but information provided by Dr. yahya make it easier. She goes over the quiz prior and after each quiz. Great communicator.

This class was fun and shes very entertaining. Little work, and shes very easy to work with. There is lectures where you just sit and take notes some weeks and others where you are working in groups.

I got sick a few times during the semester, each time she helped me to catch up. She went over everything after the class and stayed with me until I got it. Took this 4-week summer class, it was a pretty easy class but super fun. Because it was only 4 weeks, she condensed the class to only 6 chapters and didn't give us a midterm or final. It was all discussion based. 10 out of 10.

Very helpful. She cared about our understanding of the content and curriculum and encouraged group work in class. Attendance wasn't mandatory, but it did affect your grade slightly if you didn't attend class. Overall, she was a great teacher. You can tell she wanted you to succeed and didn't just want to put a 0 in the grades.
