Be English professor this side of the pond. Some say that he wants everything to be real specific if not just a rewriting of what he says. I was never big on writing, but I found myself so excited to go home and do his assignments. I can honestly say, I enjoyed coming to class. A lot of people say hes very big on lectures, which he is, but a lot of the information is useful and can help a lot with the assigned papers. Overall he is a great professor, that actually cares.

I had to wait a month or more to get essays graded and almost all of the assignments were student discussions where he provided almost no feedback whatsoever. No feedback was provided when assignments were graded and no rubric was used to score essays, so the reasoning behind my scores was a mystery to me. Avoid this class online at all costs.

I took this class online and would honestly take again. Majority is discussion post based and as long as you follow the criteria you can receive full credit. He extended many of the assignments due dates which helped A LOT. Offers review/help sessions. Great professor overall!

I took Professor T for both 1301 and 1302 and I'm honestly glad I did. The stories and pieces of writing that were given to us were actually pretty interesting to write. He did take a while to grade papers and things were unclear at times but he was always willing to explain and help. If you try you'll be more successful than if you don't

Professor Tsacalis was great at lecturing, you are able to engage within his lectures and you're graded mainly by participation. If you never show up to class or do any of the assignments then be prepared to fail. Tsacalis was great at getting things to stick with you and had a unique teaching style.

Such a good professor, he's really passionate about his work. Would recommend his class, he's open to any questions, gives plenty of time to complete work. Only had 3 essays and no test ,did have daily small homework. His grading is very good he's not tough at all. He does talk a-lot in his lectures which can be tiring but overall a great class.

Professor Tsacalis is an amazing person, he's very easygoing and passionate about what he teaches. Show up, listen, participate, and write the papers. They're very easy to understand but require a bit of work and critical thinking. All in all, an amazing professor!

He talks a lot during the lectures, most of the time he took the whole period, but he is a very good teacher. His lectures are long but their fun. I really like the material he used for the class. All the stories are memorable. And he also gives good feedback. Even if you use fake quotes for an assignment like myself. Lol
