greatest prof so far in my 3 years at mace wan. if i ever had to leave class, he would give me what i needed and i would leave ! not to mention if i needed a extension on something there wasn't any questions asked why. also he tells you whats on the midterm and final !

Murli comes with a breadth of experience: work-related, MBA, and doctorate. That being said, he is the most down to earth professor. He is inspirational, and teaches the class in three ways: fun classes, case studies, and practice quizzes to prepare you for the midterm and final exam. Be a sponge and soak it all - you won't regret it!

Easily the best prof at Macewan! Always there for you if you need help and will never turn a shoulder on you! His exams are quite easy and gives good feedback as long as you show up to class. If you show up there is no way you'll get anything less than an A.

Murli is definitely one of the best profs I had. He's very enthusiastic about the material and uses real life experience as examples. He hands out end of the chapter work sheets and quizzes which he bases his mid term and final off of. Also gives you the short answer and long answer prior to the exams as review but those are the questions.

Truly an asset to MacEwan. Easy marker, makes super dry material interesting based on personal experiences and knowledge. Provides M.C. quizes that will be similar if not the same on your mid term/final. Great lecturer, and makes sure you understand the material before moving on.

Murli is the bomb dot com. I've had him for INTB 300 and the only reason I took MARK 418 was because he was teaching it. He goes above and beyond for his students. He's clear about what he wants, if you put in the effort, he will put in effort to help you. Also tries to keep lectures fun and interactive which is great. Wish he taught more classes.

MURL the PEARL is the best! His exams are very fair and he puts more emphasis on actually learning than just getting the letter grade you want. He's very helpful and is always around if you need anything. You can tell he has a ton of life experience as an international business manager from all of his stories. Awesome class.

What more can be said about Murli? He's kind, funny, and cares about students' success. He's a very generous marker and there is no confusion as to what he expects on assignments/exams. If you study his in-class quizzes and review questions you will do very well. That aside, he's just a great teacher that makes you want to go to class. The best!

Goes by Murli, he has very interesting lectures and exams and assignments are pretty straightforward. Attendance is definitely important and if you show up and participate you won't need to put much time into studying later. Murli does his best to give you opportunities to succeed and to make sure you're not stressing out about his class.

He's a great prof. He has an engineering degree, he's got an MBA I'm pretty sure, and a PhD for sure. He's worked all over the world so he has a lot to tell his students about the world. To even experience a fragment of his experiences, you would need to travel the world and work for many companies and many roles. But he just tells you!

This is the best prof in my life . Go to his class doing his in class quiz you will do well .If you have question just come to his office,he can help you any time when he is in office even if is not his office hour.

Murli is probably one of my favorite profs. He truly cares about his students. I forgot to hand in my assignment until the next day, and he did not deduct marks for that (Note: on the syllabus, he said he deducts 30% for late hand-ins). He gives a lot of bring-home quizzes, which has basically the same questions as the midterm and final.

Absolutely awesome professor. Put everything we learned in the class into applicable case studies to improve the classes understanding. Extremely enthusiastic about the information he's teaching along with a long history of experience in international business which helps a lot when he gave many examples of applicability.

Murli, is a rated as a top professor at MacEwan. He is hilarious, always keeps the students engaged, and gets to know you better than just one of his students. Midterm is fairly long, however it is easy! Quizzes replicate the exams! Murli is such a nice man, and loves to tell stories. Very wise, and I highly recommend taking his class!

A prof with no surprises. Very straightforward and a fair marker. Very student focused. Easy to meet . Although office hours are mentioned in the course outline, you can pretty much meet him whenever he is in the office. Always available in school.

He gives a lot of inputs from his practical experience as a manager. Although the topic is quite heavy, he makes it quite easy to understand and interesting. Need to attend classes to understand the topic. A great professor.

TAKE MURLI FOR BUSN 450 IF YOU CAN!!! He was an absolute angel. Explained the material SO thoroughly, helped me understand cases SO much better, and gave literally as much help as you needed. He is so kind, but won't mess around with you getting the content correct. He can be cut throat during presentations but he does not mark harshly. Recommend!

He was always on top of the material he was teaching, understood it inside & out, and was able to answer any question very thoroughly. This was taken during the pandemic when everything switched online. It wasn't easy for anyone, including the professors who had to rapidly adjust. I would say the classes weren't as engaging as in-person and it was sometimes hard to pay attention, but the professor has a lot of knowledge to share, cares well, and grades fairly.

Good teacher with stories and experiences to back the course material. Hes also very positive and hard not to like. Though his class is quite heavy with course work and takes a lot of attention to detail to do well. I would definitely take a class taught by him again.

Does care about his students and engages the class during lectures. Is also willing to extend deadlines if you explain to him why you can not submit by the scheduled date. However, he marked our final exam brutally. The written was worth the majority of the marks and many agree that it was marked unfairly. Other than that, good prof!

It's a joy every time you enter one of his lectures, as he always likes to stir some small talk and just giggles along the lecture, it's quite amazing, because you still leave the class learning something new. Big fan of his teaching style. Isn't too serious but wants to make sure his students are learning the material. Lot of work with your group - so make sure you all mesh well. Majority of the work comes later in the semester. Tests are not complicated and the case analysis presentations are fun.

Muralidharan was a great professor, Very funny and never makes the class boring. He is always ready to understand if you need extended deadlines and is not a tough grader. Loved this professor, would definitely take him again.

Best professor I have had, so far. The course material itself may be a bit dry, basic introductory marketing stuff, Murli was very understandind and found ways to engage the class. His funny discussions and illustrative examples made it easy to come to class. Very understanding of student circumstances and as a result due dates were "flexible."
