The only reason this class becomes hard is because you dont understand what the hell he is saying! On top of that he reads directly from his notes and it takes him forever BORING! and a waste of money. Frankly I dont think he gives a crap, in a nice way&#

Ok Let Me Say - He is a Joke - its like assignments - things we never taken - " oh other instructures does it - remember staf - 10 easy marks" you ask a questiom - he say " oh you should no this " - " can you repeat your question" - exams - "hard" class average is low. Everyone who says that he is a great teacher is eather full of it, or they are already a math wiz! He is rude... I'm sorry but I paid for him to teach me and all I get when I have a question is "YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS ALREADY" or "DON'T WORRY, YOU'LL GET IT LATER". wow, that is so helpful...NOT.

He makes a lot of mistakes and argues with you when you try to correct him. Very frustrating.

he is very confusing, sometimes students have to correct him.he seems like he doesnt understand math himself.although his assignments are straight forward and he gives a whole week to do them, his test are pretty hard though unless you are already a math genius. i noticed that he picks up his favourates students and if you are not ,well do the math

Browing! Exam was hard! He give you question for exam, but you should find answer by yourself and not help correct. Almost every one just has 50 in exam. And he don't want to change this." he say I give you question, you should know how to do it! If not , is you lazy!" I study until 2 'o clock before exam! Crazy teacher!

The worse instructor ever. Never ask questions before his answer shamed you in front of the whole class. Arrogant. The lessons are rush and helpless. Average 50 for exams and will blam on the students who are sitting at the back.

If you take this class with him you better memorize all the terms from the textbook. His slides are directly from the book and he takes marks off for wording. Quizzes are tough, first one we had was on the first 100 pages and he picked a random thing. No one passed the quizzes. Big group assignment with no explanation. Didn't learn anything.

The beginning of the year "review" was mostly new material that we did not know yet he expected us to know. Says "ask me questions if you're lost" but gets mad when someone asks a question. Solves problems on the board with little to no explanation.

The lectures are long and boring. The assignments are vague and very toughly graded. Skip the prof if u can!!

NEVER TAKE HIS COURSES. In finance he is awful. Just straight up awful. In business management he lectures the whole class. Gave review questions for the test. But need to know everything for the exam. I would never take his classes again.

Be ready to do a lot of exercises and study by yourself. It is ten times better you study by yourself than ask him.

He is tough grader never understand your problem

Lecture would be like blaah blaah blaah blaah. and BOOM it ends. So mundane and boring. No interaction with students. I like all other classes but his is like i can't remember anything after class ends.

Lectures long and boring, his grading is confusing (he gives out some grading criteria and you follow it but then he says something else), memorizing was a pain but helps for the term tests and final. He also grades grammar and spelling so get ready to feel like you're back in grammar school.

Worst Professor!

He reminds of a professor like we used to have in elementary school who will design exams on just definitions and will give good grades only if we write the same book language. Exams are a bit lengthy and if you can't memorize the book language, getting grades is hard. Assignment workload is okay. All the best if you are going to choose him.

The worst professor I ever had. His lectures are extremely boring consisting of him just reading off slides. He gets mad and starts talking aggressively if you make a mistake. He needs to learn how to teach and help his students. If you have the option avoid him at all cost unless you wanna mentally struggle.

Hell nah my guy, definitely would no recommend. No patience and his lectures are boring af. He could put you to sleep and tuck you in with his monotone voice. Unless you like boring profs, dont choose this prof.

Probably the worst professor I've ever had. This is the first time I've ever written a review so you know he must be terrible. He's so boring just reads off the powerpoint and has a huge ego. If you ask him a question and you don't understand he yells at you as well. I really advise you to not take him, if you are thinking about it...

You might not pass the subject if you take his class. Very difficult and lengthy midterm tests.

Lectures are based on reading slides. Mostly talking and not showing steps of the math. He gives out midterm/final practices with answers, but, sometimes his answers are wrong (therefore, students are confused). He often starts class unprepared and in result he wasted students time by preparing his class. (usually 10-20 mins in lectures).

All he cares about is his home country the Philippines, and bases every project around it. He is TERRIBLE, wants your webcams on most of the time. He goes 5 minutes OVER the 3 hour classes, and his exams are difficult. DO NOT TAKE HIM, if he is the only instructor for a class you need, plan ahead and take it a different semester. He can't teach.

if you wanna learn I recommend skipping class cuz ur probably gonna waste time and worn learn anything, instead just go home and practice textbook materials which is way better. His lectures are also awful, the way he writes on the board is so bad and u cant read them. Hey Eugene if ur reading this, fk u, respectfully

If you can, don't take his classes. If you have no other option, then be prepared to study on your own. He only reads his slides and gets mad when you can't understand. Just study on your own and keep practising his review questions. If you're still not doing well, better drop the course for your GPA's sake. Main advise: AVOID HIM AT ALL COST!

Worst teacher in Douglas college. Worst teaching, no patience, rude, for a practical subject he just sits and reads the slide and is very fast. When I had asked about my final marks and how to calculate, he said he can fail me if I continue asking about my grade. I had to retake it and with another instructor I scored 85%.

There's no discussion with others at all! His lectures are of just him speaking for 3 hours straight. Exams are super lengthy (30MCQs, 20T/F, 15+ SA) He expects you to write everything exactly the same from the slides so be prepared to memorize! Doesn't uses online platforms so it's really hard to keep up with the deadline or even know your grades.

I want to tell all the students, not to take this professor. If you are taking, you definitely gonna regret. This professor don't know anything and only say i have 20 years experience. And whenever any student asks him something related course, he always humiliate him or her and ask to meet him at his office. He cram all the midterm preparation.

shouts at students, gets angry if u ask him questions, treats students as kids in high school elevating his ego with "you should be thankful to have a prof like him cuz i could easily teach at ubc if I wanted" + his words every class: "u will not pass my course"; lectures are useless, boring, half of the class just leave after the break
