Hes one of the best teachers i've had

Dr.Greco is an excellent humanities teacher.He is very experienced and knowledgeable.If you want to be a worldly person,this class is a must.Dr.Greco is the ultimate renaissance man.

He is a great professor, one of the best.

This guy is one of the reasons why we go to school. He is great and I want to go to ITaly with him. Thanks to his class I met 3 hot men.. ;)

Dr. Greco was an amazing teacher. He is extremely knowledgeable about many many things. I strongly reccomend you take his class and take advantage of his vast knowledge. My advice: study and pay attention in class, don't slack off.

Dr.Greco is probably the best professor I've had so far. He is someone who knows what teaching means. He challenges his students' minds and is also very clear about what he teaches. He loves his profession and is the best professor ever!

Dr.Greco is the bomb! I took his class in the summer at 7:00am & he kept me awake till 10:00am! He's a spectacular teacher!!I learned allot. I highly recommend you take his class!!! A+++++

this teacher is so generous with his students. he teaches us how to think and is kind and funny. we are lucky to have him at mdc, kids at um pay so much more for the same class. If you pay attention and go to class, you will get a good grade.

Sweet, funny well traveled man. One of the best professors in MDC. He cares about his students and is strict to that extent. He makes things interesting and has funny stories to tell. If you ever have to take Humanities take him most definitely.

Weird but good teacher. Knows what he's teaching but you must pay attention otherwise you will get lost. Makes the class fun and interesting.

oh man, definately one of the sweetest teachers ive ever had. He really knows his stuff, when hes teaching you feel like your listening to a friend recounting his trip rather than a teacher lecturing, he really loves what he teaches and it shows. He teaches for life, not for tests.

He definitely made class interesting. He knows a lot, and because of that you'll learn a lot in his class. He's very nice, and he's somewhat sarcastic but it's all in good fun.

I took this class at night. We were mixed with the community choir which is a bunch of retirees. The professor catered to this elders who have been singing with him for years and should have stopped by now. It is not a "college choir" experience.

Great teacher. These two history classes helped me understand the evolution of music.. from ancient time to comteporary music. After been exposed of such a wonderful music and great composer works, I can say, your ears won't be the same. You'll be a better musician.

great guy in a class of 110 cool guy was able to actualy teach that many and make it fun worth taking his class

for sure, one of the most interesting,coolest,down to earth people in our school. Everyone who takes his class should really try to get to know him.........in the real he is a really nice guy and honestly if they would give me credit i would take his class again...

This Rennaissance Man will teach you everything he knows in such a way that you will not feel like you are learning! His workbook keeps you caught up and his tests are practically straight from there. He once caught me talking during a movie and said, "I wish I could put a guillotine in the main lobby, so I can punish all you Miami people that talk during movies!" He was quite funny, very interesting, and very cute. I would take his classes again!

Music history 2: A great teacher to get, very informative and you watch many classical music performances on DVD. College Choir: an easy class to take, you don't even have to practice that much (i shouldn't say that), you just have to memorize what you're singing and you shouldn't have a problem.

Great Teacher, easy class, do his workbook assignments and get an A at the end of the term, exams come right from workbook. Visit a couple of places and write a page about it. Learned a lot from him.

Great Prof. He's very nice but DON'T SKIP HIS CLASSES!!! They are truly the most importent aspect to his teachings. And show up on the first day. He stresses over and over again about how important the first day of classes are. His tests are all based on the workbook and make sure you understand the music he teaches. Great guy:)

The class is easy and so are the tests. Do the workbook assignments and listen and remenber the music he plays in class since they are in the tests VERY IMPORTANT TO LISTEN. Don't take during summer because it is a lot of material.

Now dr.greco is amazing. i learned so much from him. I took him in the summer from 8AM-11AM 3 hours and it was great! I had a blast learning and listening to music. he's really nice and funny. His tests are easy you just need to study a little. I recommend him! and he can sing beautifully and play the piano awesome of course!

Is a good teacher always explaining interesting things and helping you in what he can.

Dr. Greco has a passion for music and arts, and he displays it everytime he teaches. His course does not just consist of exams, it consists of other areas that allows a student to earn a passing great. Listen to the music he plays and remember the beautiful artwork displayed, and you'll pass. Oh and go to class, he gives you ponts!

I loved this guy and his class. Amazing professor that loves what he teaches, and he shows it. Great sense of humor, and you learn so much. Just make sure to attend class! Your grade depends on it! Also, be sure to check your points with the new electronic grading to make sure you're not missing anything. Make sure to do the workbook though! Easy A

His class is so easy. He lectures everything that would be on the exams. I didnt even do the homework and i still got an A because of how easy his exams were. He only has 2 exams, a midterm and a final.

ok, his class is easy to get an A in just make sure u do all the h/w, and study for the midterm and final... the only 2 tests in his class!! other than that ur good, and yes he's VERY ANAL ABOUT ATTENDENCE AND BEING LATE, don' be late and don't try to leave early either he'll have a cow!

Class is super easy. The only challenging thing is learning and memorizing the beats of the music. He is an open teacher and even discusses his personal love life with his boy toy in Europe.

Great teacher..... if you really want to learn then this guy will make sure that you learn your humanities and you will learn so many things that are actually out there & you had no idea.If you want to know what goes on around your life culturaly then he's the right guy.try not to be late because you'll loose points & your grade will be lowered.

Easy class, entertaining! Your grade comes from 4 things: The workbook, the events you attend, the midterm & the final. He explains everything. Lots of pictures, a few clips from movies, operas.. Extra credit available all the time. Fun class, not time consuming in the least. Highly recommend!

Dr. Greco's class does require a few brain cells to be used and you MUST attend and be on time to class. However, it is not hard to ace his class.

Easy going guy. kind of funny, yes liberal, fat and guy, but so what... deal with it. Overall, a good professor, makes you think as much as possible given the content of the class and relativly easy grading. He does takes into consideration that this is a general Ed course and not a music/art/english major PHD class as others do. Take him

Awesome professor! It was my first college class ever and I got an A. We hardly ever use the book, attendance is mandatory and all the questions for the tests(only two: midterm and final)came straight from the workbook so complete it thoroughly with the notes and study it.

Very boring class but easy, attendance required,funny, many slides, very interesting, you do not need to buy a text book, expensive, and you dont need it, all you need is workbook, do not buy textbook, waste of money, i nver used it and passsed

Very interesting class. Punctual attendance is of the utmost importance. This guy has lived a full life and he will throw a lot of information out (academic and anecdotes). A great summer class, but take it in the fall or spring if you are really into the Arts. The workbook is about 70% lecture and 30% textbook. Learned a lot, highly recommend him.

This guy is great! I love going to his class! Its one of my favorites!! He's funny, and the only written work is a crtique due like once a month. So far we have had no test of anykind. The music pieces are great! I like this class alot.

I loved his class! i hate art and all that corny stuff but he makes it so much fun! he plays the piano and sings to teach you stuff. take notes for the workbook assignments, easy grading, 2 tests and if you read over the notes guarnteed ull pass. must go to performance shows and do a critique, great profesor wont regret it.

AWESOME! he will make you wanna go to italy with him! he knws EVRYTHING about art and music, he makes it super interesting that makes you wanna learn more. i learned to apreciate art bcuz of him, easy assingments and easy tests! do the critiques too! super fun he even danced in our class! lol. Great professor - I really had a wonderful time in his class. Not only does his personality, sense of humor, and world experiences make the world interesting, but he truly is a master of the humanities. Dr. Greco has a real passion for teaching students and inspiring them to become interested in all aspects of the arts.

He is the best teacher i have had at MDC. he is passionate and loves his students. VERY EASY class...and he makes it fun as well. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

The class is easy. You dont need to buy the actual text book all you really need is the workbook. Class is based on the chapters from workbook and 3 critiques plus 1 extra credit critique. You will have to go to a museum or ballet or something of the sort in order to get the proof to write the critiques. In general it is an easy class

A tidbit weird but the class wasn't really that hard. Do your critiques and of course study for the midterm and the final. His study guides are very helpful. Go to class, its the easiest way of accumulating points! The only downside to him is that i felt like i was in humanities all over again rather than music. He's cool though. Take him!

He was a great teacher. I loved how he tried to keep us all involved with music and experience other style. I loved his class.

Very interesting person to learn with. Don't be late or forget your clickers. Do your critiques and study for exams! Open mindedness is nedded to get along with him. He knows the material like if he lived in the time period himself and has a unique sense of humor. :) I enjoyed his class.

OMG such an easy fun entartaining and interesting class. makes the class easy yet you still learn and actually want to come to class every single day. highly recomended you will learn, have fun, and will get and A. 3 critiques but he is flexible on where you do them

EASIEST CLASS EVER. he is so nice! all you have to do is GO TO EVERY CLASS. turn in all your work on time and you'll be fine. He makes the class very interesting and you really learn a lot. hes traveled a lot and knows what hes talking about. hes not there to fail you.

He is very passionate about what he teaches. He's not a pretentious, stereotypical humanities teacher. The only con is probably him randomly yelling (not in a bad way, more enthusiastically than anything else). If you are prepared to work but still enjoy, this guy is your man.

This professor is somewhat easy. He gives you extra credit and all but not that many points to help you out. He is rude, he thinks he's funny but hes not, and he's always talking about food. I guess people laugh at his jokes as courtesy or something. It seems like a cool class at the beginning but don't get fooled it's not! specially because of him

This class wasn't hard, but it wasn't that easy either. Attendance is a must. You use the book a lot and he trys to be peppy but it ends up being annoying. He gives extra credit but not that many points. 5 out of class critiques, midterm and final. Lectures are kinda boring and goes off topic a lot about food.

This class was great. Easily one of my favorite classes. The key is show up for class every day, do your music critiques, and study for the midterm and final, and you've got yourself an easy A. This teacher is very passionate about music, and can teach you a lot for the long run.

Great, funny and inspirational professor. I personally loved his class, even though i am not majoring in music, this class teaches you things that helps you understand the past help you for for the future. TAKE HIS CLASS IT'S EASY!!! just pay attention and STUDY!! for the exams and listen to the music. You'll be set :)He's an Awesome Story teller!

A great professor. A good person. Goes out of his way to help. If you love music half as much as he does, then you will have a great time. And even if you are bored, you should appreciate how much he LOVES what he is doing.

Dr. Greco not only teaches for the classroom but like he says, he teaches "for life." You will not only gain knowledge of the arts, music and history, you will also gain life lessons. The class itself is easy. Take notes, listen and turn in your work on time. Attendance is roughly 60 percent of your grade. HIGHLY recommend him!

GRECO IS AWESOME! His class if fun and interesting and if we aren't learning the subject, there is always a discussion to be had. The only downside is don't expect to get through the whole book or finish the lessons, he gets sidetracked a lot. But that's not really a bad thing. Oh, and part of your assignment, be prepared to go to performances.

This class made me feel like I was in high school again. He's really picky with student conduct, and takes note if you miss class or do poorly on an assignment. His tests are HARD so know your stuff. He does have an extra credit assignment though. Attendance also counts for a huge chunk of your grade so skipping is a bad idea if you want an A.

He is awesome! His class is super easy and he is extremely helpful! You actually have to work and do his assignments but they are easy A's. I would gladly take another class with him.

Greco is an amazing teacher! I learned so much in his class. I thought humanities was going to be hard, but he makes the class interesting. He tells you so many interesting stories about paintings and cultures that you know you will always remember them for the rest of your life.

He's an amazing teacher with nothing but your best interest at heart when it comes to passing. He does not really use the text book, but he will be writing his own text book for the next semester and he probably will make you buy his book. He's very nice but you must pay attention, just like any other class and study for your midterm and final.

This class absolutely made my semester! Prof. Greco is an amazing teacher and person. He loves to hear about personal experiences with music. He is very passionate about what he does and loves his students. He will always help a student out. He is extremely funny and is very wise. If you don't take his class you're missing out.

Great teacher, quite democratic

This professor is awesome. Pay attention in class it's an easy A. If you don't pay attention and do the workbooks it's still an easy A. He's retiring soon, I suggest you take him while you can. He is very knowledgeable and gives real life advice.

Probably one of the most cultured people on campus. His class was fun. The perfect class for someone that likes classical music.

LOVE HIM. If you don't like music, i dont suggest you take this class unless you want to work hard for a grade. I love music and I loved this class. Has a midterm and a final and definitely need to study, but if you pay attention in class and study, you'll do fine because everything on tests is what he teaches. Gives hershey kisses before tests lol
