Ms Lyon is a great teacher and provide feedback about many topics. The class itself was not hard, it is very useful because she knows very well about graphics and construction. If for some reason her students can't complete their tasks, she is helping us with all technical issues. She is amazing, I wish I could take another class with her again.

She is an excellent professor, great knowledge in the areas of CAD drawings and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, GIS). Attendance is not mandatory but if you need help or need some extra credit at the end of the semester she won't be so nice if you missed a lot of her classes. Professor Lyon seems very grumpy, but if you study, avoid using your phone in class, and make it to every lecture on time (every single one), she will help you more than any other professor is willing to. This class is not high school class & each student needs to work in each chapter and group project. She teach AutoCAD & graphics but the objective is read blueprints. I am looking to "jump" for Construction field.

This class is not mandatory but it's good idea to attend because you can learn more and practice your graphic and construction concepts with Professor Lyon. She has a lot extra credits that you can use to increase your grade and she helps her students to find a job in construction companies with any experience with drawings and specification. Good!

I enjoyed this class because I learned a lot more about AutoCAD and Revit. Professor Lyon was a good professor! Read your book, her tests are online and some in class!

If you are looking a professor to learn about drawings, scales, dimensions, construction tools and read blueprints, you need to select this class because we learned to apply many topics for construction. Mrs. Lyon is a very good instructor and she has a lot of experience in construction and development of projects. She is teaching OSHA too !!!!!!!

Take her and force yourself to show up to class because you will learn so much from her, she is such an inspiration. UH is very lucky to have Professor Lyon!!!!

I highly recommend this instructor and I respect and admire her. Some students are looking for classes for an easy degree but not to learn or achieve the training and knowledge they need to be a construction professional. If you study & practice with Professor Lyon, you will achieve a good degree and absorb the experience of this excellent teacher.

This course is very interesting and help me to become familiar in different topics in drawings and construction. Attend this class is not mandatory but you can have extra credits every class !!! Professor Lyon teachs with knowledge and experience because we can see her love for her students and her profession. This course is very important for UH.

Professor Lyon is very interested and dedicated in her class and has an excellent style to transmit her knowledge and experiences in construction to her students. She is concerned about encouraging her students to create their application and look for construction work. I recommend professor Eva Lyon to take her classes. I like her.

This class is not mandatory but I decided to attend the class to have the opportunity to learn and also have extra points. Lyon has her schedule organized by book chapters with lecture, video, exercise and respective quiz for each module. Additionally, she has additional resources for her students on construction, portfolio & professional topics.

I enjoyed her class when we were learning at the same time. I like this professor because she is teaching with passion and she is shearing her experience. Professor Lyon is teaching in UH about drawings, design and construction for many years when she is working like a Project Manager in real projects in design and construction. I will take more !!

I love this class because I learned a lot about construction and drawings. Professor Lyon is very organize and clear with projects and instructions in her class. She is helping her students to find a job because she is pushing us to find a job in construction ASAP. You can pass this course with good grade if you study and work in your assignments.

Professor Lyon knows very well about technical subjects and has a lot of experience in projects, construction, and blueprints. She transmits her knowledge efficiently and is flexible, but she is also strict. If the student attends the class, takes tests and homework to get a good grade, and learns many topics to work successfully in construction.

I learned a lot about construction and also about plans and scales. Professor Lyon makes a good team with her class, she has organized the class in BB and adjusts the calendars according to the exercises. She teaches very well and clearly explains the concepts but the student must read and study as well as practice in CAD to ask questions.

Professor Lyon has a lot of construction knowledge and experience in different subjects that many other teachers don't have. She is a strict woman but teaches with enthusiasm and dedication. All assignments, tests, and volunteer projects are on the schedule and on the class webpage. I should have read the book and studied the plans to learn more.

Professor Lyon is a good instructor & example for other immigrant women who work very hard in construction. She has a lot of experience in many areas of design /construction & that allows her to convey confidence in her class. She is strict but at the same time flexible & emphasizes the concepts that must be applied in the work of PM scheduling.
