Professor's Gomez's class does require a lot of work, but they are fun hands' lesson plans. In the beginning of the semester she clearly let's you know what is expected of the class. This is a class for those of you who are aspiring to become teachers and are close to taking your practicum, lesson plan writing and demonstrations.

She's so energetic with her students! I love it! Very outgoing with her students and she's very clear a detailed with her assignments. All of her assignments are fun and easy. Especially with the lesson plans you get better at doing them because we do so many and the way she grades them helps you get better for the next lesson plan.

This CD 7 class is very hands on . Take this class, if you enjoy being in groups. I would have preferred half of the semester to be hands activities and than the other half of the class reviewing offical DRDP training in class. Best professor in this program overall.

Mrs. Gomez is an amazing teacher, she is so energetic and gets every single student involved. The class was three hours long, but it never felt that long. Her grading criteria is very clear. If you are in class and participate, you will get a good grade. Her class is very hands on. Definitely learned a lot from her and my classmates.

I have took CD 7 and CD 38 with Gomez and having her as an instructor is definitely fun!! Participation and work still matters though so as long as you show up and do your work you will do good. Kinda strict because she does'nt accept late assignments but she does have some extra credit assignments! Would definitely recommend her to others!!

I took Child Development 008 with Professor Gomez at LATTC and it is very fun. Throughout the semester we are grouped and we work together as a team, we learn from each other as well as received feedback which makes us better prepared for the next time. Ms. Gomez is a fabulous instructor she is a very clear and honest with her criticism. The coursework is very clear and will only have small adjustments if any at all. If you have any issues she is usually available by email or a couple of minutes before class. I would completely recommend anyone to take one of her classes if possible!

As it is a curriculum course, the bigger assignments are projects that are shared with the class, although not mandatory to present. Smaller assignments are easy grade boosters.
