Very helpful, extremely patients, excellent, tests from the book

Ms. Frankelis a great professor and an even greater woman. She truely cares about her students and is always willing to help them. She is one whose office is always open to discuss questions, problems, golf, or life in general. There are no suprises in her classes. You know what to expect in her class.

Yes, do get your mats professionally done. Be neat in all your work. She is able to be honest. Take her critical comments as a learning guide, because she is one of the best in her field. She is very knowledgable, go outside the chemistry box.

She is such a wondeful individual. Very,very helpful and understanding. I would recommend her classes and will be taking another with her in the summer. The BEST professor I have met so far.

I took the class and was very happy witeh the calss. She gives a lot os homework and test is based ont he homework She grades the test same day and give you results before you go home.

Ms. Frankel is a very nice, friendly teacher. The lab setting is not a stressful place to be. I did all my work and ended up with an A. I honestly thought I was gonna get a C though because I flopped on the final. No quizzes if she sees the class doing the homework. We did not get one quiz. Very far person. I reccomend.

Personally, I liked her very much. She is really nice and willing to help the students the best she can. I received an A, and I would recommend her to anyone. But you have to be willing to study.

She is an extremely good teacher, if you are willing to learn and go to class. I thought she was really funny, and I did not have any trouble understanding her accent. You need to study, but she is always willing to help the students out. I think she is a great teacher, and a very nice person.

dont know how she is in lecture, but as a lab professor. i couldnt ask for anything more..... LOVE YA EVA... she understands lab is something that should be fun and not all serious like were doctors or something.. EVA is the greatest person to take lab with.

I would say she is a good teacher. If you don't read or do the homework dont expect a good grade. Test questions are pretty much from the book.

Miss Frankel was an amazing prof.It's science people!! it is supposed to be hard that's why u gotta study. I've never taken an instructure who went above & beyond for her students so they can get good grades. I highly suggest students to take Prof. Frankel..I got an "A" & no reason why u shouldn't.

Excellent professor! Teaches you exactly what you need to know for her tests. There are no tricks, she won't put material on the test that she never went over. However, this is chemistry and it is hard material. You need to study and come to class. No reason to not get an A in here.

the person who gave the below rating: blame yourself! I, and many others, had no problems getting an A in this class. You need to do your own share of studying on your own. Grow up, this isn't high school. Frankel = the best chemistry teacher at BCC. Plain and simple. If you're complaining about this, just wait til you get to a university.

I 100% agree with the below comment,she is a great teacher, she gives TONS of examples ( which a lot of teachers do not take the time to do) to MAKE SURE that at the end of the day, if you don't get it is either two reasons... You were not paying attention or you need to change your major. If you have issues with this teacher change your major!!!

Excellent professor. As with any chem class, you need to put the effort into it and study. She is more than willing to help at any given time. She curves every test significantly to help us out. If you're looking for an easy A without putting any effort into it, don't take her. Take her only if you want to learn.

She started giving 10 pt extra credit worksheets after the first test. has her own website with all the power points, but she changes them and doesn't update the site before you print them. I think English is her second language so sometimes wording is weird. have to remember all formulas for tests, learned a lot, very challenging.

She is my favorite teacher, excellent, if u attend classes and pay attention, do your assignments u will def get a good grade, she is a great teacher, but does not like to be taken advantage off. I love the way she teaches, she is very clear and well prepared...she gives lots of extra credit and curves on exams. I highly reccomend her to everyone

She is the Absolutely the best teacher at BCC.v I would take her for every class if i could. She knows her stuff and is very good with everyone that pays attention and wants to learn. If you are slacker you out of luck, she cant stand slackers.If You in to learn SHE IS THE BEST

Prof Frankel is amazing. People who say bad things about her either don't follow her rules or don't get her sense of humor. She teaches the info well and her tests are not tricky at all, but you have to study hard, this is not an easy class. She answers emails quickly too. She is also a great lab teacher. Would definitely take her again.

This Professor is very knowledgeable about what she teaches. She responds emails quickly and will go out of her way and make the student understand the lesson after class or before class. You have to do your share of studying,like a student should. An A won't land on your lap. I will take her class again.

The people that are giving her negative comments are lazy or dont go to class. This isn't high school, so get off your phone and stop texting your girlfriend.

Prof Frankel is an excellent instructor. (not sure why all the neg. comments?) She presents the material clearly, concisely and thoroughly (even makes it interesting)..which is quite a feat for the subject material! Always available before class for help. Very pleasant demeanor.

Great teacher. Very helpful. Gives tons of examples, but you still have to study on your own. It you want a good grade then you have to work for it, but definitely worth it!

Prof. Frankle was great. At the beginning of the semester she explains her rules of the class which is not bad. She explain the work very well. She tells you what to study for the test. I enjoy being in her class and she was funny at times. Also she was very easy to take too. Prof. Frankle was excellent.

She sets the expectations at the beginning of the class The exams can be challenging but she does go over what will be covered on the exams so if you take good notes and come to class and study you'll be fine. If you are taking chemistry for upper level courses she will make sure that you leave the class prepared for the next class.

The BEST Teacher I have ever had and I have had A LOT of teachers. I am an adult student with multiple degrees. Dr. Frankel will help you always. BE RESPECTFUL and KIND and she will be the same. I wish DR. Frankel taught all of my remaining classes needed. Come to class prepared, she goes fast and she knows EVERYTHING. I would take her again!

Great professor, Very strict with attendance but its all for a good cause. She will teach you everything you need to know and is willing to show you so that you understand. Very intelligent. I would take her again. Tests are difficult if you do not study but as long as you study and take good notes you will do fine.

The class is tough, you have to study a lot. If you form a study group and do the homework ( not graded) and put the time in you will pass. She moves at a fast pace . No real reviews for the exams which I would have liked. I learned a lot. I would take her again but she doesn't teach other courses at Broward College at this time.

This class is a basic overview of chemistry and does not go in depth into any topic. Just be sure to read every chapter of the online book and do every assignment/quiz/discussion and of course the 3 tests and you will get an A. She replies to every email so don't be afraid to ask questions. She really knows chemistry and cares about her students.

Dr. Frankel does not play. Abide by her rules which she explains at the beginning of the class. Show up to every class early. She will not let you in if you are late. Turn in every assignment and study thoroughly for exams and you should get an A. She cares for her students but she is very serious about abiding by the rules in the lab setting.
