Very good teacher, by far the BEST Anatomy teacher I've taken. Explains clearly so you understand & VERY helpful. It's alot of material & learning, but she's makes things super easy to comprehend! Will take again!!

Dr. Wiley is an AWESOME teacher, unfortunately she is not permanent faculty. Would def take for 2112 if she were put on the schedule. Tests are straight from notes, so take good notes and study. Practical was tough, but not ridiculous. She is very fair and always willing to help. ASU: hire her permanently!!

Dr. Wiley is incredibly nice. She uses powerpoint to lecture and every quiz and test comes directly from what she lectures. She adds a few notes in the powerpoints while she teaches and keeps you focused. Tests are not easy, but if you study exactly what she gives, you do really well. She is VERY fair and is always willing to give extra help.

She is awesome. After i made a D in biology last semester i thought my Pre-Med dreams were over. But she made biology fun and interesting. The notes that she gives are exactly what is on the test. If want to do great in biology take her. She will even conduct tutoring after class upon appointment. She truly cares about the future of her students.

Dr. Wiley is fun and really goes out of her way to help you. Her tests are not that hard and come directly from her powerpoint presentations (the way she teaches lectures.) She bases her presentations off the book, but the book itself isn't used that often.

Dr. Wiley was a great professor. Her class has a lot of information to learn, but she teaches each class with a powerpoint and taking notes is a breeze. Her tests come right from the notes, so as long as you study, you will do well. She couldn't make it much more simple. Very helpful and friendly professor as well. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful professor, especially for Biology majors. You definitely have to work for your grade, but she lectures with powerpoints, so really easy to take notes. Very easy to ask for help. But don't buy the textbook, you won't need it at all.

True College professor, her powerpoints are very detailed and she posts them all so you will always know what to study. test are fair, they are usually mulitiple choice, short answer and a few fill in the blank that arent that difficult if you study the PP

Incredibly easy class. Tests are straight from the powerpoints so don't bother buying the book. If you have any common sense, her lectures will be boring because they are pretty redundant. The tests have MC, fill in the blank, and some short answer. A few require actual thought, but most are simple. Very nice & patient lady, always willing to help.

Great Prof! Test are a bit challenging, but still fair. Final was all MC with 10 extra bonus points built in, and I'm pretty sure everyone did well. Not many people failed, and she gave out lots of A's and B's. If you can't do fill in the blank and essays, take her husband, Dr. Cromer. Explains things well and always helpful.

Took her for A&P2 in a summer term. She's fantastic! She gives outlines that cut out all extra info she doesn't care about. She did give us PPTs. Very helpful, available, and would give you advice in how to excel. I loved having her! You have to work to get your grade, but with her outlines and advice, I got all but one question on the final!

Professor Wiley is AMAZING!!! I am also taking her right now, she really helps you understand the material. It is a hard course but if you read all the chapters and listen to her you'll do great. I took Wiley because I heard she was an amazing teacher by all my friends who have had her as an 1107/1108 teacher. People do not exaggerate when they say that she is an amazing teacher. Because she is that good. The class in general is easy but her tests do require studying. Strongly recommend her to anyone taking a bio class that she is teaching

A very helpful teacher and is pretty clear on the subjects she teaches. She will stop and explain anything needed and encourages students to visit her office if they need extra help. She has some of the toughest tests i've taken in college so far but they're not impossible if you study a lot. Don't take if you want an east A.

She is a great professor. She will help you if you ask and go into detail to explain a process for you. In lab, she was very helpful and will stay a little longer if possible just to help you out. The quizzes are helpful. SHE is very fair. She will tell you what will be on the test. I Highly Recommend her!!

Dr. Wiley was a great professor. She gave you all the information you needed to pass tests. She posted powerpoints, chapter objectives, and key questions in text to know. Class did require lots of study time but it is a "major class" and definilty not highschool.

Most amazing professor ever. She grades fair and is very helpful. It is easy to tell what will be on her tests because she gets excited about it when talking about certain things in class. If you follow her ppt's and read the chapters you should have no trouble

Dr. Wiley is a GREAT teacher. She's really nice and friendly and always willing to help students. She is also super intelligent(she knows her stuff)but still laid-back. It is not an "easy" class-- you will still have to work to get a good grade, but she really helps you prepare and succeed. Probably one of the best teachers. I loved her.

Hands down the best Biology teacher ever. She knows her stuff ,and is always willing to help . I failed her class because of private circumstances , but I am taking her again. Second time taking Wiley , so its easy to see I like her . I didnt put much effort into the class as I should have last semester but she was patient with me and encouraged me to sign up for her class again and this time I passed. You wont find a better teacher who knows her stuff and can make you understand it . I LOVE HER !!!

Great teacher and knows A LOT about biology. She tends to talk a little fast and give extra info. that's not needed for the test, but she puts all her power points online to study. She takes attendance through daily clicker quizzes and spreads them out through the lecture to make sure your paying attention. Her tests are hard if you procrastinate.

Make sure to review her notes every day and do learning objectives. GRU science classes are tough and I did not pass her class but I guess in a way it was my fault. I would take her again.

She uses Power Points during her lectures and her tests require a lot of studying. When she gives Lab assignments make sure to ask questions about the instruction because they can be confusing and she grades them pretty tough. An iclicker will also be needed in her class.

Professor Willey is the definition of an angel. She is willing to help you if you are struggling and she is very understanding. All of her lecture power points are posted on D2l. It is mandatory that you are present in her class because she always has quizzes at the beginning of each class. Her tests are tough but if you study you will do fine.

She is great. She wants you to succeed and will help you. She is great at explaining the topics and great at her lectures. She doesnt babysit you but if you come for extra help she will be there and is so kind and personable. I hope I get the chance to take her again.

She's supported & believed in me since Day 1; regardless if I pass her class or not. She genuinely cares about you, & wants nothing more but the best for you. PLEASE take her, if you can.

Prof. Wiley is the best bio teacher I've ever had! (and I've taken bio in 5 different unis). She's very routine; exams are indeed tough but it is all from the PP. But Its not a memorization class: its an understanding class. Shes always answering questions with a smile, never makes you feel inadequate. I mean shes just a pleasure to learn from!

If you are given the opportunity to take Dr. Wiley I would take her. Even though I was only in her lab I heard nothing less than good things about her as a professor. I would take her for all my classes if I could but she not teaching any classes I need next semester. As long as you show up to class, participate, and ask questions you will be fine.

Dr. Wiley was great so long as you did what she told you to do. So long as you memorize the material on her PPT, you would be fine. Granted, that is a LOT of material, so be prepared to spend a lot of time memorizing.

Dr. Wiley is the best professor to take for Biology 2112! This class is already tough but she makes it easier to understand and her tests are clear cut. Shes VERY helpful and wants you to pass. She gives opportunities to pass her class ! I would highly recommend her. Shes amazing!

WIley is amazing. Lectures and slideshows (which she posts all of them) prepare you well for the tests. Simply studying and just staying on top of things will get you through this course with ease. She is very engaging during lectures and is answers questions you have throughout. Her lectures and slide shows were elaborate so I rarely used the book

Dr. Wiley provides many resources/aids for her students so that they can prepare and do good on the tests (4 total). Each class is lecture where she explains the concepts. Fast paced. I was worried about the class at first but it wasn't bad. That being said, you will still need to read to do well. Attendance is a portion of grade. Good experience.

I had her for my biology lab class for 1107. She was an excellent professor. I would recommend her to anyone. Every lab report we had she was so helpful on and she gave clear instructions. She would even go around the classroom and help everyone fully understand the labs. The practicals were not easy, but she was clear on what to study!

I love Wiley! She makes her lectures really easy to understand and she gives lots of practice worksheets. In the beginning of each class, she uses clicker questions that go towards your grade/attendance so show up to class! Test questions match with worksheets and clicker questions. I would most definitely take her again!!

Anatomy is a hard class in general, but Wiley makes it easy to understand her lectures. She goes off her powerpoints, so that you will not have to read the textbook. She gives worksheets and questions throughout her powerpoints to help you learn.

Professor Wiley is great. I was scared coming into this class because the anatomy courses are very hard. She gives quizzes and makes sure you understand the material. You will need to put in a lot of work, but Professor Wiley makes sure you are prepared for the tests with her lectures. She is an extremely smart lady and i recommend her.

Dr. Wiley is a solid choice for BIOL1107 Lab. She clearly knows her stuff, takes plenty of time explaining the labs before hand, and is forgiving during lab blunders. She does grade the science papers pretty hard, but in all fairness, if you follow her rubrics or at least try to stay consistent with the rubric you will do fine. Great professor.

I loved Dr. Wiley! She is an awesome choice for 1107 lab, she makes the assignments as easy as possible, gives very clear explanations and is always willing to help. We had weekly pre-lab quizzes, two practicals and 4 lab write reports. Dr. Wiley made the labs fun, and was very forgiving of any mistakes that might have occurred. I highly recommend!

I had the amazing opportunity to have Dr. Wiley as my bio 1108 Lab prof and her Husband as my bio 1108 lecture prof. She made my life so much easier. She thoroughly explained everything and provided all materials necessary to make an A. Would take her for every lab if I could.

Professor Wiley is an amazing biology professor. Really straightforward lectures and she provides a lot of helpful resources for you to study from. I will say, however, it is super important to study the material very thoroughly if you want an A!! Shes always available for questions and definitely puts students first.

Dr. Wiley is the best 1108 teacher! Her lectures were short, fun, and informative. She incorporates in-person review sessions correlating with the lecture from the past week's material. This was extremely helpful for understanding how test questions would be worded. She is extremely knowledgeable, but won't make you feel stupid. I would recommend!

Professor Wiley is a great choice for this course. She is the best there is!! Bio1107 is a very hard course but she teaches the material very well in a way everyone can understand. She gives you the tools to succeed, but this class does require some diligence on your part. Be prepared to study for 10-15 hours a week on subjects. DONT STUDYFAIL!!!!

I am IMPRESSED! Wiley has descriptive and easily accessible lecture slides. She gives numerous opportunities to help out students that are struggling (encouraging questions during/after class, emphasizing her office hours for extra help and to look over past tests). I really enjoyed Wiley. She was very clear on what she expected of you and helped me deeply understand complex concepts. What I liked about her was that she gave you EVERYTHING you needed to succeed in her class. Yes, the content isnt the easiest but in the end if you put in the work she will thoroughly prepare you for future science classes.

Dr. Wiley exhibits many factors of an ideal professor, but putting all of those attributes into this description would be impossible. She's a solid choice for a biology teacher for any subject because she teaches so well. Bio 1108 had a lot of content to learn but she will always be there with you along the way from plants to the urinary system.

Professor Wiley's lab personality is equal to her lecture personality. She cares about her students and understands that there is a lot of info to take in, especially for 1108 lab. I had her honors class for both and they were both made easy because she was there to help us along the way. we had to take 10 in-person quizzes so be prepared.

Awesome lab professor who always explained everything and was super nice. You can ask her anything and she will help you. There are mini in class quizzes before each lab, but honestly prepared me well for the practical.

I just transferred to Augusta from a different college and failed this course there. Taking it with Dr Wiley was fantastic and I recommend you take her class! It is still a hard course but she makes it a whole lot easier to understand and answers any questions. I had her for lab and lecture she is awesome, would definitely take again.

Dr. Wiley is a great professor to have for both lab and lecture. She explains what we're doing well without lecturing too long. She's a fair grader on the few assignments in lab and the online quizzes are very reasonable. The downside is the practicals are very detailed and a low grade on those can ruin your average no matter your quiz grade.

The best bio professor. I hated Bio 1107 because of how hard the professor made it, and she used the flip classroom method too. But Dr. Wiley did an amazing job presenting the material in a way that was clear and fun. I loved Bio 1108 because of her. Take her if bio is not your strong subject. Study her objectives, and you'll make an A.

Dr. Wiley was an amazing lab professor! The lab practicals were decent if you know the information (she posts review guides on D2L for the practicals). While it did take a bit of time to receive feedback and grades for the writing assignments, it was understandable due to Hurricane Helene. I'd definitely take another lab with her!

I LOVE Dr. Wiley! She made BIOL 1108 so fun and interactive with her flipped classroom teaching style. Definitely be prepared to memorize and adequately understand the information in the units. Her exams were well rounded and tested students on information that WE knew and what she taught in class. Codon helps a lot too!

Professor Wiley is an incredible teacher. You will want to go to class as she does lectures everyday. But she does not take attendance. The homework and pre-class assignments are very manageable. She is also available outside of class often and is a big help. Love the way she explains and teaches!

Attendance IS taken, by online polling questions which you have to do for a participation grade. Other than that, the other reviews are right. Her lectures are meant for review of the online homework, but she's still good at teaching it. She posts all her slides and summary versions, which were super helpful! Take her, study, and you'll do well.

Really got to know everyone, and very few homework assignments. The lab practicals were easy if you studied the review guides she offered.
