Excellent professor! She is tough, and is on your ass but she knows her stuff. I would recommend taking a precal and trig course prior to taking this class because you will use math a lot.

Dr. Ansari is an awesome teacher. Physics itself is a tough subject, so don't expect to go in without working your tail off. Dr. Ansari spent A LOT of time with me. She is willing to work for the students to help them understand and get physics. She is brilliant and passionate about her subject, perhaps that is why people take her to be rude.

I took physics with Mrs. Ansari, and she made things easy for us to understand, so we wouldn’t be like, “Oh my God, this is physics!” She’d draw us as little stick figures, and make all the questions about us: “If Evin was driving a car and he hit a wall, how much force …?” She inspired, encouraged and challenged me. I am thankful I had her.

Dr. Ansari is an excellent teacher she really helped me to try my best and encourage me to not give up and continue with my career I am so thankful to have a teacher like her. I do recommend her she is the best teacher for physics.

Very great instructor, very difficult course. I do not recommend for summer. She's tough, but more than worth it. Go in with humility and a thick skin. If you allow her, she will work with you. Her final is comprehensive, and she does everything to make sure you know the material. She never puts bogus questions on her test that she did not go over.

She helped me with my homework and I was easily able to complete it. Everything I did on the homework made perfect sense. She's a great teacher and knows how to work with students.

I enjoyed being a student in Dr. Ansari's class. She is very knowledgeable and teaches the class very well. Ask her for help/advice, she is very helpful and puts time for the students! Her class is engaging and that is what has made me more interested in physics.

If you are looking for a mediocre professor that just give you an easy A. You are in the wrong place. Ansari is very hard working and has passion for the subject. She explains every problem until you get it. If you do your part you will pass. she cares about your education. She gives extra credit and review before the exams.

I recommend Dr. Ansari a professional and I love her passion for teaching. It is not an easy class, but she is always willing to help you even after class and give you advised to improve your grades. The material she teaches, is exactly what you see on the test. Math is a universal language that does not need translation.

I could not believe how unprepared our class was for an intro Physics class! We spent the first several weeks on basic math review before we could even do a Physics problem. Her exams are right out of her lecture notes and the examples in the book. She is a very enjoyable and approachable professor if you make the effort to reach out to her.

She is a very tough professor, And gives you quick feed back. I took an online course with her. She accepts all the excuses for not doing the assignment, however she still asks you to turn in the assignment without penalty. If you email her even at midnight, she will respond to you after a few minutes. This surprised me very much. she is excell

I took this as an online class. The online lectures were excellent. The class was a challenge but it demanded study time so one could learn the material. When I didn't understand material it was easy to get a hold of Dr. Ansari. Very reflexable schedule, always willing to help a student achieve his or her goals as long as one puts the effort in.

Dr. Ansari is a great professor she really cares about her students and is flexible even on not school related issues. The course is hard, but hey it is electro magnetic physics I think it would be hard with almost any professor. Yet, she does provide a lot of outside material that you can use in order to practice and understand better.

Dr. Ansari is a wonderful professor. She will make you work for your grade, but that is what makes it so awesome. By the end of the course, you know that the grade you've earned is what you deserved. In this class, you actually learn. Also, when you have questions she quickly addresses them. I highly recommend her class, you will learn so much!

This professor is one of the best I've had for a course that's this difficult. Everything is clear in the syllabus and your assignments aren't hard. They require time but the answers are basically given to you since she uses stuff from the book directly. She cares about her students and will give extra credit if she knows that you care.

There are many assignments and quizzes but you will learn a lot. When you email her, she replies immediately. Awesome professor!

I took Dr. Ansari's online course for physics and the lab. The labs are easy as long as there is substance to your answers. She graded them with leniency. The class was a little more challenging. On a weekly basis we had to complete an essay on the chapter, homework and quiz, and participate on the class discussion. Webcam on all the exams.

I hated physics until I took her class online. I thought it would be hard, it really wasn't. You do have a lot to do, the homework requires time. If you don't pass it wasn't because of her. If you're too lazy, don't take this class.

Be ready to do lots of HW. Tough class with lots of HW. Though doable if spare enough time for labs and hw. Got an A in 18 credit hour semester. Was scary but doable.

Dr. Ansari is a wonderful professor. She values teaching and is truly passionate when it comes teaching physics. She has an open door policy and is always available to help if you have questions. As expected, you have to do your part as a student. Her expectations are clear, as long as you do your part and put the effort in you will do well.

Took this class online. The course requires you to participate and the course syllabus explains things clearly to help you understand the grading system. If at any point you are not understanding something Dr. Ansari is available to help. I took her advice, asked question, and studied. Shes truly a wonderful teacher.

Professor Ansari makes you work for your grade, She pushes you to strive and not give up. Tough course but you do learn a lot. Without professors like her I would not get anywhere.

Make sure you do the reviews for the exams some questions will be on the exam and dont skip any due dates it will make you fall behind other that that everything is pretty easy and to the point. Just READ AND STUDY its not bad.

Dr. Ansari is awesome. She is fair and cares about her students' success. Frankly, I always thought that physics was an impossible subject for me to understand, but after taking this class, I find it truly fascinating. She helped me understand that physics is everywhere so now I have a newfound appreciation for it. Looking forward for Physics II.

Dr. Ansari is one of the best professors I've had in my college career. I took her class last spring and she was good at the online transition due to COVID. The class is easy as long as you do the homework and ASK QUESTIONS when you don't understand something. She is good at giving feedback and making sure you understand material outside of class.

Took online Physics 1 this summer 2020 with Dr. Ansari and it was the easiest class ever! yes its online but the stuff she assigns is not hard, you just need to do them. she accepted a lot of my work late due to family emergencies, very flexible. She makes decisions based on the class majority too. also she gives a lot of extra credit!

Took Phys 1 thuis summer and it was a breeze! I can't say this about other physics classes or professors. Dr. Ansari is the best and she gives tons of extra credit. You have to try very hard not to get the A because she gives so many opportunities and chances. Exams are super easy if you go to the review or lecture before the exam.

Took physics 2 with Dr Ansari and it was great! Her class is really straightforward. She gives a lot of extra credit and really cares about the students! Honestly you have to try hard not to get the A, SHES good at answering emails if you dont understand a topic or need an extension!! Highly recommend!

Physics is not one of my best subjects- especially online, however, Dr. Ansari really takes the time by providing additonal resources to help understand the subject matter more clearly. She makes herself available during office hours as well as extra if needed. Stuents must work hard in this course, and is well worth it, I gained so much knowledge

Everything is laid out and organized. Deadlines for assignments, quizzes, and exams are established and they do not change for the entire semester. Last minute quizzes/assignments are never added. Most importantly, Dr. Ansari understands we are people outside of class. She is kind, considerate, and accommodating when life takes unexpected turns.

Organized, everything has a deadline, everything is online and not on video chat so you have to do the work yourself but if you don't understand something you can email her and she will explain. The best exam review for a final to the point that i already knew the answers from memory for the final. Homework, quizes, 1 group project, 2 summaries.

Dr. Ansari was./ is a great instructor. I learned a lot about physics in her course. I believe if I was able to take her course in person, I would have benefitted much more from her tutelage. She was very understanding and caring when I had family and work issues that arose. I would definitely take her class again if I had to.

I absolutely loved her! Professor Ansari really cares about her students. We were able to work in groups of 2-3 on lab assignments, she's really good about respond through bb, and she has every week outlined with what you need to turn in for that specific week. As long as you finish your work that week you're golden! Easy to keep up with!

Dr. Ansari is an amazing professor ! Physics is definitely a weak subject for me, but Dr. Ansari had so much patience with me. She opened up extra office hours just to make sure that I was understanding the material. She really does care about student's success not just in her class, but in general. Dr. Ansari has office hours twice a week, I have been to her office hours and she works out problems step by step., if you can't make it to those she helps set up a 1-on-1. Dr Ansari is such a great professor, I was first scared to take this physics course but Im glad I took it with her. She is so knowledgeable and it truly there for her students. Her office hours are really helpful. Exams are so simple and easy, they have only 10 questions from the review or homework, or problems shes gone over in office hours.

Prof. Ansari is one of the best at EPCC for any physics class. Ive taken all of them with her and I made the right choice. She's changed her course requirements since the pandemic started, and its very easy! only three 10 question exams similar to HW and reviews, HW each week, and a semester project. Take it with her! you will be fine!

Dr. Ansari seems like a very sweet person. She was always willing to consider the circumstances of her students and gave pretty clear grading criteria. She even gave everyone in the class an extra five points on our final exam. I had her for both the lab and the lecture section and would recommend her!

Dr. Ansari is a great professor and really cares about her students. Only consisted of homework, labs (if you registered for it), exams, and a semester project (easy!). She often extends the due dates for assignments if you simply ask! It was really easy to communicate with her. If you want the A and willing to do the SIMPLE work, take this class!

Great professor! Dr. Ansari sincerely cares for her students. She goes over materials and continuously reviews subjects. Does give homework, exams (no lockdown), and projects. Show her you care and she will do the same. I took her over the summer (a 5-week course) and everything she assigns is manageable. Really changed physics for me, 10/10.

I took her class online for Summer, and I it was not heavy at all, it was about 2 to 3 homework's per week and a test every two weeks, that is for the Lecture, for the Lab it was 1 to 2 labs per week. She would also extend dates if you miss a deadline by accident, all you have to do is ask her, you will have to learn by yourself but its still easy.

Dr. Ansari is very caring with her students. She is available most of the time despite her schedule. Her charisma is extraordinary. She opens up to students to take down the professor-student barrier. That increases the student retention in Higher Education. I'm already enrolled to take Physics 2 this coming Fall 2022. Way to go Professor Ansari!

Professor Ansari, was professional, she would explain HW and exam reviews if needed. Group projects were a factor, so if you do not like working in groups, reconsider taking the course. She even helped me with deadlines when i had a family emergency. I loved her way of teaching and it was self efficient, however deadlines follow each assignment.

Very good and clear material. I'm highly satisfied with Dr. Ansari's work, and I feel I have a better understanding of physics, especially in electronics. Also, she was flexible in assignments, letting the students work them since the beginning of the semester, but giving due dates to give students guidelines.

Prof. Ansari is very responsible and organized with the class context. She expects that students read and complete all assignments. However, if someone does not comprehend a topic, she is always available in her office's hours waiting to help.

One of the most understanding and caring professors I've ever had. She is explicit in describing formulas and will personally work with you to make sure you understand it in class, no need for office hours. It's hard not to pass her class unless you're not trying. A lot of homework but it's not her fault, its the school board that mandates that.

I'm currently taking her physics & lab summer class and she is the most caring, understanding professor ever. I missed an assignment and she let me make it up for full credit, towards the end she opens 2 labs to replace any low grade. It is an online class but she is available every day if you need help. If you're not even trying don't blame her.

She is a good professor, really works with you and she tries to make you understand you just need to try as well. She helps you if you need an extension for homework and even gives extra credit for exams.

She is very strict she does expect you to know everything or she will put you on the spot. Pros homework is the same as the exams I got an A as long as you study you will pass. She does want you to succeed and get an A she was very flexible with late work she might call you out for it first but she will help you get the best grade possible.
