She is very good, take her class. Just do all the homework and you will pass for sure. The test are really easy and about everything you did in class. I highly recommend her

She is super easy and if you know anything about the material your garenteed an A for sure. She will spend time with those whom need it and she will let those who have it down pat leave early. Missing class isnt such a big deal to her either. Study, do the excersizes and you'll ace it!

Defenitely take her class because she is very nice, and as long as you do all of the homework (which is easy) you will do good on her tests (which are also easy)and she doesn't really care about attendance as long as you don't miss too many classes.

Only thing hard about this class is loosing concentration cause shes so hot. Other than that, very easy, allows late HW.

very nice teacher, can look kind of mean when you first meet her but she just want you to learn. after she observe you are interested in her class she would guide you to do and get the best from this class. will take her again with no doubt.

She is very nice and understanding. You'll definitely pass the class if you pay close attention.Just do the work she assigned and you'll be good.I pass this class with an "A", it was a bit challenging at first, but then I realize everything that she wanted was right in the textbook.

The easiest class you can take in college. she is a very nice teacher, but whatever you do don't ignore her, if she ask a question to the class answer it. Other than that your fine.

She IS hot!!! She's also a pretty good teacher. I had very little trouble understanding what she was saying, and when I didn't she would always take the time to explain. Of course, if you have mulch instead of a brain, you shoud not take this class. Overall I think if you do your work, and study for the tests, you can get easely and A or B.

Very Good Teacher! She is pretty and she is understanding. Do the Homework, go to class and you will 100% pass with an A or a B. Dont run from the parking lot if your about 5 min late... she's probably just pulling in. Always late for class, but she lets you out early too. <3 Sara

So Easy!! She always just lets you leave after your done with you assignment, i did half of my stuff at home! if you have any questions she just comes to your computer and shows you how to do it. My boyfriend is taking the same class online over the summer. She is such an easy A.

The class sucks if you already know stuff about computers. The quizes are easy but annoying. The tests are easy just pay attention to what she wants. She explains things really fast but if you know about computers you really don't need her explanations. Overall the class is easy but I didn't like to go to it.

Knows her field well and can actually teach it. Very helpful and more than willing to work with you during office hours. You need the textbook. Like most she will work with you and be nice if you do your work and show up for class.

I'm taking Photoshop with Professor Archila, and I understand where people are coming from, she has a very prickly personality. That said, once you get to know her (and if you are a decent student), she is very generous and kind. I like her.

Professor Archila, has a no BS policy like others have said this is college not highschool and she doesn't feel like she should hold your hand. In our class she offered extra credit and she was always willing to help! She even helped me with a question on the final. If you read the book and study you will do great in her class.

One of the most straight forward classes have had. She is very easy going and she knows her stuff. Practice the review she gives you and you will pass the midterm and final (almost identical questions). She is super nice and willing to help.

Not the easiest class but I learned a lot toward the basics. I wish the class was more tailored toward web design, but hey she helped me out a lot getting the basics. Even though she missed a few classes, her door was always open to me to make up time and learn the material. She's a sweetheart if you're not just being a dork.

Professor Archila is the consummate professional. Give her professional courtesy, she will give the same. Come prepared to work, give her your attention, follow instructions, and you will succeed in her class. I have had no negative interaction with this professor.

Outstanding teacher. I can see where people see the rudeness but I would not call it rude more like she talks to you like a real person. Best instructor by far. All those comments are probably because they didn't put an effort in the class. I can't remember how many times she extended time for assignments due.

If you don't understand Word, Excel ,Power Point and Access her lectures can be challenging only because of the speed that she lectures. Having said that, she is NICE. She will go over again. You will have LOTS of labs to do ( TESTOUT). DO THEM bc a big chunk of your grades are those labs and you need to know how to do them for exams and final

Amazing teacher! Seems tough, but she is super nice and extremely accommodating. Her goal is for you to pass her class and the MOS exam, and will go above and beyond to make sure that happens. Creative and doesn't teach only from book. 2 class tests. Online HW. 1 Final project and extra credit. I wish I knew her before taking my Excel class.

I took this class to continue from the class before this. Needless to say, shes a great teacher and cares for your grades. She starts off with the hard stuff but gradually gets easier as time goes on. Tests are tough, so study!!! I'm now certified with Word and PowerPoint thanks to her and passed with an "A". Access and Excel is tough, so listen!!!

Great teacher. Very nice but might be intimidating to ask questions only because of her responses. But she loves to take questions and loves interacting and has great structure to her class schedule.

She a straights up teacher, she doesn't like BS and goes straight to the point. Teacher want you need to learn and helps in whatever you need to pass the class and to be successful in college. She kind HOT too. That helps. Very good experience.

Really easy if you put in the work. Learned a ton and she will make sure of that. The material was Greek at first and I have a pretty strong grasp on it now.

Prof. Archila is straight to the point. She does not babysit, with that said you must read the material, do the practice HW, online test and you'll do well. Do not rely solely on lectures as they are just there to help you see a clearer picture. Her grading criteria is clear and fair. I didn't find her to be rude but I'm also not easily offended.

She is a very nice professor who cares for her students. Her classes are a little on the hard side if you are not a computer person, but 100% of her grading comes from either homework assignments (quizzes from the online textbook) or group labs in class. For the Quizzes she will give you two chances and take the highest score. Gives great advice

Reading by the past comments, it seems like she had a personality change - for the better. I found it very pleasant to be in her class. Great sense of humor. Clear and excellent explanations. Will help you outside of class. I can't think of any negative qualities about her. I highly and strongly recommend her.

The professor does not play around, she wants you to fully grasp and understand the SQL language which is what should be needed in a college course... I'm actually upset I was only able to have her for three months. She's not a scary professor though - she will work with you to make sure your projects for this class are perfect.

This is an IT Internship course. You are required to have an intern job to complete the coursework: Submit resume, sign up to College Central, briefly explain your internship job responsibilities & experience (Mid-Term), submit required work hours & PowerPoint briefly explaining your entire internship experience (Final). The Prof is laid back.

Very knowledgeable

Prof. Archila is an acquired taste. I can see how you can seem rude to some people but I didn't get that impression at all. She's just knowledgable and won't baby anyone. If you're wanting an easy class and grade, her classes aren't it but you will learn important skills needed if you want to enter any data related career.

Prof. Archila is very matter of fact and straightforward. Class isn't difficult at all, syllabus is well laid out and she explains clearly what's required. During the non-mandatory online lectures she'll answer all questions and also provides good feedback on work done at home!

If you are attending in class, be prepared to participate. She does not like if people are in class and not paying attention. She doesn't sugar coat anything but will spend as much time with you that you need. Prof. Archila is a total straight shooter. The only time attendance was mandatory was for the first week. She Zoom recorded everything.

Very intelligent professor. Took her for MySQL and she teaches everything very effectively in a way that I understood. Some moments the lecture got confusing but she will ask the class to admit if she is moving too fast. Not a hard grader, she certainly doesn't sugarcoat and keeps it real.

Professor Archila is a wonderful professor. She will care about you as much as you care for her class. She can be difficult, but she really does want you to learn. She appreciates questions students have because she said it helps her in other classes understand that maybe a student is understanding something differently. I would def. take her agian

Professor Archila is demanding but cares about student learning. Lectures are clear, and she's happy to answer questions. Definitely take advantage of unstuck ai and other resources to excel in this class.

If you're looking for a more relaxed teacher, this professor isn't for you. There are quizzes, tests, and assignments that she reviews and is willing to help with in class. If you choose an on-site class, you need to attend. To succeed, be an active student—ask questions, show up, and do the work.

I had took her 6 week course and that alone is overwhelming but the professor created the class to be flexible for all kinds of students. That really helped me pass in the end, was able to submit all my missed assignments and move into my bachelor's program. Super cool, very helpful when explaining, participate and ask questions, it will help.
