Professor Fendi's Stats class is easy because of the fact that her quizzes and test are all based on the homework you do. However there is a lot of homework so prepare 2 hours each week for them. She gives a lot of extra credit to the students who deserve it (Aka those who come to class) Other than that she is a sweet professor :)

Homework is completed on MyMathLab. There are 1-2 quizzes a week, which is very useful b/c it prepares you for the exams. *HINT* Study off MyMathLab for your exams. Lots of extra credit is given. If you ever have Professor Fendi as your teacher, consider yourself lucky. She is an amazing teacher to say the least. TAKE HER IF YOU EVER TAKE STATS!

This class is easy! She gives Quizzes and Tests based on the Home work. If you do your HW right, you'll get an A. She is friendly and helpful! Go to her office hours! You'll receive extra credit!

The only great thing about He is that she gives tons of extra credit opportunities. Her tests are pretty easy but she gives tons and tons of hw and quizzes. instead of giving us time to study for the final, she assigns a packet as a study guide, 2 online quizzes each one 50 questions each and redo all of our test corrections.

The BEST professor ever. She was really helpful and easy. I liked her. I learned a lot from her. In one word " BEST" ever.

I took at her at GCC for college algebra and honestly she's one of the best math teachers I've ever taken! She's very organized and structured and explains concepts clearly. Extra Credit is basically given out like candy. You'll get used to her accent after the first week. She's a very sweet lady as well. I got an A in her class. Recommend!

Fendi He is one of the best professors to have for ANY class. First of all, she is not an easy teacher. She makes her student put effort in the class, requires class participation, attend every meeting, and DO the homework she assigns. Be prepared to spend a minimum of 1 to 2 hours per day on homework. I never have to study for test, just do work.

My favorite professor. She requires more effort out of student but makes sure you understand the material. Take this class if you want a good grade because the assignment she gives you (you should do them) will be the key for an A in the class. People who hate her class are students who do not put effort in the class. I recommend all to take Fendi.

Prof. He teaches step by step, clearly showing how to get from point A to point B. She is a busy woman, but her energyenthusiasm keeps the class active. She remembers your name, and pays attention to your performance. She expects a lot from you as a student, but do the assignments and listen-this class will be one of your great accomplishments.

I was taking 5 other classes and still passed, so don't agree with the few "warnings". Her accent is no biggie, she corrects herself.. loves to learn and LOVES to teach!! Math has never been a strength of mine, she helped me a lot! Encouraged me to take a challenge exam & i passed all thanks to her. BEST TEACHER! :-)

She is a great teacher and is very dedicated to helping you stay on track. BUT she is also very BLUNT and some people might take offense but as long as you do the homework and take notes, you should be able to pass the class. She gives you a lot of helpful handouts that you can use on tests with the formulas and calculator functions.

Ms,He's STAT 50 class is one of my favorite classes taken at PCC. Statistics is not an easy subject and has a wide range of topics to be covered yet Ms. He is very clear and excellent at making sure that students absorb lectures and materials. She is passionate at teaching, warm-hearted and funny. Expect to study hard in her class and good luck!

good class!! She has an accent but nothing to major. She explains well but you also have to study on your own. She uses mymathlab so that helps! homework boosts up your grade and she drops your lowest grade. She gives a lot of extra credit so thats a plus :) STUDY AND YOU'LL get an A :)

Professor Her is a great! To do well: Do all homework, attend all classes, and pay attention. Syllabus given at beginning, pretty straight forward. Uses powerpoint & the board for lectures, gives great examples, and requires class participation. This class uses MYSTATLAB, i bought book + code. Rarely used book (accessible on mySTATlab).

I took this class for the Spring semester, and this class was fairly easy. All you have to do is show up in class, do the in-class activities, and do the mymathlab homework. Her tests are also fairly easy, just be sure to pay attention to her lectures and you should be able to pass her class with an A. 10/10 would take again.

Statistics is a very challenging subject so if you expect an easy A I doubt you'll find an easy professor. You need to be on top of your hw and study a lot, but she is truly caring for her students and wants to help. She does give several extra credit opportunities and drops one exam! If you're lazy don't take statistics at all. I recommend her!

Professor He, is amazing! Her class is really engaging even though it is a math class, I love it! She is really nice, you DEFINITELY attend class, do hw online, quizzes online, and not slack. I would RECOMMEND her, she cares about her students.

Professor He, is really funny. She loves when the class interacts. You earn extra credit and she uses the book online , you can use the book as well for reference and best part it is FREE ! You have to ATTEND class and complete all homework which is online. I would DEFINITELY take her again!

Professor He, is really cool. You have to attend class if you miss so many times you have to talk to her , she is understanding but don't take that for granted. Her class interacts alot which is really cool. Take notes, do the hw, and quizzes. She goes over the problems on exam days and she offers extra credit.

She is a super nice person!! The lectures are clear and organized, and some of the assignments will be completed in class, so don't worry too much about the burden of homework. If you don't care about the group work, you will deduct points, but this is not a big part and it is only the low stake. I met a great person because of a group assignment!

Professor He is the best math professor. She has very organized lecture notes and she emphasized in group work. I love working with other students to solve word problems together. She will guide you how to solve word problem successfully. In addition, she gives extra credits and her grading guidelines is very clear on canvas. I definitely take

She is a GREAT math teacher. She does exactly what you're supposed to do to teach someone math. Explain material, drill problems. Over, and over. Practice is how you learn math and she makes you practice a lot. Cares about her students UNDERSTANDING the material, not just grading. Gives lots of xtra credit. Pushes hard, but you actually learn.

When I started this class, I was very worried. However, Professor He made me feel very calm. She had her guided lecture notes and she encouraged us to work collaboratively. She is always available outside the classroom even though she is sick.

Professor He gave one of the amazing lectures to substitute my professor's class in calculus. She is accessible who helps us learn the material in an easier way. I love her lecture and definitely look for her again.

Awesome math professor. Very thorough, organized, & cares for every single student's understanding. There are 4 exams+final, no quizzes. Exams are easy & are almost same as the study guide. He offers up to +5% for the final grade in e.c. (spend 50 hours at math center).

She's a great professor! She will go fast and will stop if you have questions. Lots of homework, group activities, loves when you participate. You definitely need to self study a lot. She gives a lot of assignments, but gives a ton of extra credit... She's gives you so many chances to pass with a good grade.

Prof Hes stats class is well detailed and organized. She does her best to make sure everything is in order and on time. She does a good job describing her course materials and will try to the best of her abilities to explain your questions. Participation is key to passing Prof Hes class. She treasures people who consistently participate.

Attendance SHOULD be mandatory because she's open to questions, but she will provide recordings of the class to review or if you missed class. She is a pretty nice professor and cares about making her students understand what is taught. The notes are fill in the blank, as long as you listen in class, it is not very difficult. She also gives a lot of extra credit if you participate in class. Make sure you finish the homework because it prepares you for the test and counts for your grade.

Professor He genuinely loves teaching and cares about her students. She was a last-minute substitute for my STATS50 after my professor got sick and couldn't teach anymore. If you are a nervous test taker, professor He is a great teacher because she gives you so many extra credit opportunities. The first part of the class is fairly easy but when you reach around chapter 7 it starts getting a little difficult. But her extra credit and dropping a test policy really helps you out!

This is an in-person/hybrid meeting. I enjoyed the class and the professor made it very fun and explained very clearly. The professor was willing to go above and beyond to speak to me after the class and pushed me to work harder. She is inspiring and takes time to speak with students to go over their grades.

Extremely easy grader and interactive in class. An A is super easy in this course as long as you attend most of the lectures and do your homework. She offers endless extra credit. Sometimes cuz she can be disorganized. Not the best scheduler but is lax about extensions and will give lots of extra credit. Easy to understand material & instruction.

I loved taking this class, all of the class is just note-taking and the homework assignments are pretty easy if you pay attention. If I had paid more attention in class, I might have received a solid A. She will explain any questions you have and help you understand. There were about 4 tests (not very difficult) and a couple of quizzes.

5 weeks in, I've maintained an 96 so far, I failed algebra II 3 times in highschool honestly shocked to be at an A still. STUDY FOR TESTS!! Gives a lot of extra credit! Got 10 points for accidentally doing an assignment ahead of time. Homework is very manageable, very patient with students, do your homework until you get 100% on everything it helps

UTILIZE ALL EXTRA CREDIT. Every exam allows a note sheet, extra attempts on quizzes, every class is note taking. Prof. He is very kind, might seem rude but I think it's just the way she talks. Drops lowest exam too. You will have to work for your grade but as long as you show effort you won't fail. Note sheet on exam will save your life. Good prof.

Professor He is a very passionate teacher who care about her job, the only thing I would say is that her class is a little confusing sometimes in terms of homework. There are a lot of extra credit opportunities so make sure to do them all. She also will help you out if you need something so go and talk to her and lastly make sure you do everything!

I think I found my Professor's kindness and understanding to be the most helpful part. There were many moments when I was not able to attend class and yet, she understood and showed me compassion. Professor He can be difficult for those who don't put any effort into her class. I've taken stats 3 times and she's the one I was able to pass with. She is actually really helpful in terms of increasing your grade if you're willing to put in the work. I got a C due to my own laziness and irresponsibility.If you cant handle the first exam, drop it.

Fendi He is one of the best professors I've had. It was my second time taking stat50 and she made it easy to pass. She gives many extra credit opportunities almost every class so make sure to take advantage if tests do not come easy to you. I am lucky. I could not arrive to the USA until later. I love teaching style. She really seem engaged with the material you're teaching, and that makes it more exciting for students. I also appreciated how she reads us a poem before the final exam. I can feel that she is really caring about us and hope we can learn something from the class.

Professor He was very fun and she made class time enjoyable . I was never really a maths person but while taking her class I actually learnt something and enjoyed the semester . She gives out extra credit points which were little tickets just for reading out loud and if you write down notes , which I think is very convenient.

I took Professor He in winter 2025 and found that the class was fair. I enjoyed having her lectures written step by step, and she constantly checked on us. I would suggest doing some more HW problems to help us understand. Although she has an accent, she strived to help me outside the classroom. Exams are very similar to the MyOpenMath HW.

The professor cares about me and seems eager to help everyone. She walks around the classroom and provides feedback. Additionally, she offers office hours after class and gives clear instructions through her announcements. The project requires time to complete, and hypothesis testing is challenging, but she guides us through it step by step.
