I highly recommend taking Mrs. Mofidi for any class she provides. I took her for BUS2 and the course was very well thought out and organized. She was very straight forward on what she expected from you weekly, and this made taking it online very doable. Lots of reading but if you keep up with the work, it is a very easy & enjoyable class!

Professor Mofidi is a great professor. Her class is very organized, there are no surprises which makes a class a lot less stressful. The whole class is laid out from the first day. There are minimal quizzes and tests, but the few that there are, are purely based on the material and are pretty simple. Professor also offers a lot of extra credit.

Every week you will have a discussion and an assignment based of the textbook. This class also has a few extra credit assignments that can boost your grade a good amount.

The thing you have to do is be present, engaged and remember the book and notes are there to help you. She gives you opportunities to turn in late homework and understanding of your situation. This is the second online course I have taken with Professor Mofidi. The course structure is very straightforward and most assignments are laid out for you in the syllabus, which gives you time to plan and get ahead. As someone who does not prefer online classes, I would still highly recommend Professor Mofidi's online courses.

I was skeptical of taking this class. It was a good class, I would say I learn a lot even though it was all online. I would take this class again.

I particularly enjoyed the professor's course. First of all, this professor is very serious and responsible. In many cases, she can point out the problems in my homework and give me solutions. What I like about the professor is that she is very kind. Many times I forget to write work cited. She always reminds me gently.

I enjoyed my experience taking Human Relations under Professor Fereshteh Mofidi. She is clear about what she expects from the class but also leaves room for flexibility when necessary. Although her class is online, the workload is fair and covers the topics thoroughly. Unlike other classes, where online learning may be a challenge, her class flows.

Great experience. Everything was clear and easy to understand. She gives good time for due dates and as long as you follow along in the book, do the discussions and homework you are good to go.

Loved her class! It was organized, and planned out. Every Monday was due dates, so so due dates weren't all over the place. I was able to follow along with the material, and was able to understand it. Would definitely take her class again.

Participation matters- meaning on one of her assignments (class discussion) you do have to reply to 2 classmates in order to get full credit. Extra credit- she does have assignment for extra credit. Caring- She has a extended due date for every assignment so say your assignment is due May 17 she leaves it open until May 24 a extra week.

Great teacher. We had to read 1 chapter per week sometimes 2 and then submit our answers to the discussion questions for those chapters. In addition to that their was a weekly discussion due thursdays and 2 replies to classmates due Monday. I knew what to expect every week and their would be exams every 3-4 weeks based on the chapters read. :)

I took the online class. We have a discussion and a three-question written assignment per week. It is very straightforward. Take this class if you are a business major or entrepreneur because you will learn how to reduce liability and the necessary paperwork to run a business. Do the work, and you will succeed in this class.

Professor Mofidi was my instructor for bus 2 intro to business law, her assignments were thought provoking and easy to understand. Shes always available to answer questions and makes it a habit to respond quickly. Discussions are required and youll retain a lot of information given on the subject as she is a thorough instructor.

We have a discussion class and three-question (sometimes six-questions) written assignment per week. discussion class is a great opportunity to share your opinion and learn from other students. The textbook is very useful. Overall, the class is good and I would recommend.

This BUS 2 course was the easiest course I have ever taken (aside from Mofidi's BUS 10 course). You won't regret taking this class. Despite weekly assignments, 3 large tests, and a course project, she handles all of the material well, not to stress you like other teachers. If you're looking for an easy online A, this class is it.

This is my second Mrs. Mofidi class. Last semester I took Mrs. Mofidi's Bus 10 and got an A, and this semester also got an A. As long as you complete all the assignments, you will pass this class! This was my first time taking class by Ms. Mofidi. I enjoyed the class because we were able to participate in discussions as well as do other work that was open book. Mrs. Mofidi is great, her online BUS2 class at Merritt wasn't hard you just have to do a few weekly assignments which are usually a discussion post and chapter review questions from the textbook. There's only 3 test which consists of questions from the textbook. Also, she accepts late work up until the following week. Would take again!

Professor Mofidis Business Law class was very organized and clear. She grades and returns work quickly and has very clear expectations for each assignment. Tests are straight foreward. The text book was a bit hard to rent. Each week there are Chapter assignments with 3 questions each, a discussion, and a portion of the project occasionally.

This rating is for an asynchronous, all-online class. Professor Mofidi grades quickly and never leaves you wondering how you're doing in the class. The textbook used is interesting and easy to read. There are no surprise assignments, it is very clear what is expected each week. You'll read a lot, but not more than 2 chapters per week.

Very nice professor. Yes, a lot a homework but it's not to hard. Just share amount of it. Try not to take to many classes along with this one. Overall the class was good. Professor Mofidi is easily accessible via email and office hours. I highly recommend taking her BUS10 (Intro to Business law) course. Students have 3 tries to take exams and there is no time limit. Homework is mostly made up of chapter discussion questions, and weekly class discussions. It's easy to get a good grade, as long as you do all the work.

Please take Professor Mofidi if you can because she is the best! There's 1 project you work on throughout the entire semester but it isn't too hard. She's very understanding so don't be afraid to reach out if you're struggling and accommodating when it came to sending in late work. This professor is just really the best. As long as you participate and know what you are doing, then you will not have a problem, I promise you. Quizzes are easy but you have to understand the materials. Of course, it's not just an easy thing where you don't have to study. Trust me, you have to, but overall would take her again and again and again.

I took Professor Mofidi's Intro to Business Law class this summer semester. Saying that it was a wonderful and insightful class would be an understatement. I found the class material to be very interesting and I absolutely loved the structure of the class discussions. It goes without saying that Professor Mofidi is a wonderful and helpful teacher.

I personally enjoyed this class. I was brought up to speed on basic business strategies and practices. Meaning, I've achieved my initial goal. I was also blessed by Mrs. Mofidi's good graces. I contracted COVID-19 during this short term class and she did her best to assist me with keeping my grade out of the gutter.

The assignments were important since it should be noted that there were quite a few assignments, each one of them taught me important things of which I was previously unaware. This course was really great! I appreciated the flexibility of working on it on my own and at my own pace. Since it was an 8 week course it was hard to keep up but Prof Mofidi offered us extra credit if we fell behind and was super punctual with grading so that we could see if we needed to make work up.

This professor is the quickest to respond when you need help. The class was fun to learn. The most consistent teacher when it comes to assignments. I didnt even have to look I new by heart when assignments were coming and when they would be due. She clearly is thinking from the mind of a student. I feel that I have learned a lot.

I take this class online and this professor makes it easy for everyone. Weekly HW included 1 discussion and 2 chapter assignments. There are 3 exams in total with an option of two attempts. Professor gives feedback for every assignment so we know which area to improve. We also have one project and the professor provides us with many samples.

She is a sweetheart, I was afraid of going to office hours since I missed some homework assignments. She was very understanding and even explained things step by step in order for me to understand, I really appreciated her taking the time to help me. What I found hard for me was that I had to keep up with the readings.

The class covered all the required chapters from the book. Additionally, we prepared the employee handbook which could be very helpful for my future business. If you have more than 3 classes,you should pace yourself accordingly to your personal schedule and all assignments.

Since this is a 8-weeks online class, pace is fast and there is quite a lot of homework (1 discussion and 3 chapter assignments per week). But the assignments are not very difficult, they are meant to help you understand the materials as long as you read the book and do some research. She also offers extra credit to help students get good grade.

Professor Mofidi is always accessible outside of class and readily responsive to emails. She cares about her students. Make sure to read the assigned textbook, as the weekly homework is based on the text. She also has lecture slides for reference. There are some opportunities for extra credit so stay on the lookout for those!

Yes, the reviews are good because it is an extra credit assignment. BUT She gives us extra time to finish classwork & feedback on every assignment. She'll email you back fast. We have a lot of work each week but the work is easy to do. The test/exam can be done 2 times so if you have a bad grade you can go back in and aim for a higher grade.

The workload was very reasonable for a summer course, I did not feel stressed out. She let me use a different edition of the book I had because I did not want to pay for the textbook. If you want to get a comprehensive overview of business law, this is a great class to take! In addition the chapter readings, there are weekly discussions, and a group project which requires written a hypothetical employee handbook. This final project helps to see the real-world application of legislation in everyday life. Great teacher!

Although initially daunting, I got a rhythm of completing the writing assignments. She is not particularly hard on grading each assignment, however, it is just as important to answer each of the questions on the writing assignment fully to obtain all the points. Even if it was a lot of work, completing the class felt rewarding.

Very understandable with well chosen textbooks. You will learn by doing classwork and with good studying.

Amazing professor that provides good classes. This class on human relations is excellent and will be easy.

I took the 8 week course, and it's a lot of material. Read 2-3 chapters a week and responded to 3 discussion questions per chapter. Provide research! She really emphasizes having supporting material with your answers. Exams were long but untimed and allowed open book access.

This class was a breeze if you stay on top of your homework and keep up with the deadlines. There is a lot of reading but to me it was interesting and apply it to our daily life. Overall pretty good class there is no class that is going to be easy this class was well organized.
