His tests are somewhat easy. But the great thing about him is that he is WAY too nice and gives extra points on tests and quizes to the whole class just because some people did poorly. He is very lenient and understanding.

Mr Williams is a very good teacher if you pay attention in class and take good notes off his lecture your set. He is very helpful if you have any questions he'll do what he can to answer them.

This instructor was extremely easy and very nice! I enjoyed taking this class and would love to take it again! Not only is he extremely nice, but he is extremely hot as well. It's not mandatory to go to class, but I enjoyed sitting there and staring at him lecture for a full hour! Overall, he was great and I would recomend him to anyone and everyon

He goes through a lot of detail in each class. So make sure to study the powerpoints that he puts on Blackboard. If you study his powerpoint material, you'll get 96%+ on each test. There are 5 tests, 10 quizzes (most are take-home), and 3 typed assignments. The lowest test score is dropped and the papers are a minimum of 2 pages, double-spaced.

Very helpful makes class interesting and makes comparisons to life so we can understand the lecture more... Oh ya did I mention hes good looking and he knows it lol ...

Never have I had a more intellectually amazing teacher than Williams. He's just great all around, and so passionate about what he's teaching his students. Plus, he's sooooo good looking, for literally the span of 1 hour in his class, i would sit and gaze at him! I'm going to miss seeing him =(

LOL. It's funny that everyone emphasizes his "hotness". This class is super easy, and you learn a lot too. He's really helpful and does offer some extra credit. He accepts late work with a 5 point daily reduction. He seems overly caffinated; like he has a big coffee buzz. Highly recommended.

he talks & go to fast in class. will have 10quizzes,3research papers,5exams to do. read the book and notes, you'll be fine. he will give extra points on exams if half the class fail. i got a d in class then after talking with him about how hard i try on exams and the papers he didn't drop my lowest exam so it bump up to a low C(my last year there)

He doesn't talk too fast. It's refreshing to have a teacher that doesn't drone on. All the notes are on blackboard! He's not strict at all, you could probably talk your way out of anything. Blackboard makes it super easy on you if you miss class, he drops the lowest test score at the end of the semester. Needs to wear an undershirt.

Very informative. keeps the topics lively with his personality. only annoyance was that he stops to answer the same question multiple times. Good for the struggling students but an annoyance for those who are there to learn more and end up with have certain topics shortened if ever we reach them. and i guess to jump on the boat, hes not bad looking

His lecture tempo is spot on. I really enjoyed his classes, they flowed well and when we didn't cover material for various reasons (irritating student questions), he just pushed it forward to the next class. Good grading system and overall an astute professor.

he is the greatest teacher but he is not as easy as he use to be. he is extremely attractive and yes he does wear undershirts though hed probably look better without them. very understanding and a really good lecture. he does talk a little fast but will slow down if asked. take him because he is hot and really a nice guy.

I learned alot in this class but if you want an easy class i wouldnt take him. He gives a bunch of assignments. We had to take a quiz every week and an exam every other week. You really have to use the book in this class and its mandatory to enroll in course compass which cost money! He is very helpful and sweet but just to much work.

he is the koolest and easiest teacher i have taken. he assigns 4 essay to replace in quizzes in class which has to be two full pages or more and online quizzes that can be take unlimited times on course compass. he gives a lot of extra credit points even when you just attend class on friday. drops the lowest test score.

I gotta give it to him, he's a real good teacher. The subject isn't easy but he presents it in a great format. I would recommend him to teach a monkey how to read!! He's that GOOD!!

I took the honors section of this course, and thought it was my easiest class. It is not a lot of work like people have said. This is college, and yeah he gives assignments every week, but theyre just like 15 question quizzes that you can take over and over until you get an A. Very easy A for me. Great teacher! Very nice!

Best teacher for psy I failed three times under psy and I got a b in his class. One thing I like is how much he cares about the students who show up to his class everyday. Some teachers don't care if you show up or not. If you do all his work and show up you'll pass all you have to do is try at least.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! He's a great professor who cares about his students. We had 3 papers, about a dozen quizzes & 5 exams (drops lowest score). Gave extra credit & is MORE than willing to help with all the assignments. At times, he'd give us the essay ?'s that were going to be on the exam to make it easier for studying. He works with every student on an individual basis if need be... I had a full time job while being a full time student... He is very easy to understand. He explains things so well my little brother could understand. He does have a lot of quizes but not too dificult. He let me download his power point presentation for the class!! Great study guide..

Easy honors class, tests are super easy because he gives you a study guide before hand with the exact same questions that will be on the exam. His lectures can get boring just because he repeats himself so much, but he really covers the material well so you don't need to read the textbook.

Mr. Williams was extremely helpful & always responded promptly to my emails (it was an online class). He used the online tests from the text. On a few occasions when I thought I should have received credit for a test answer, I emailed him, made my case, and he usually added a point to the score, not only for me, but for the whole class. Recommend!!

Very good teacher! Attendance is mandatory to pass. HE LOOKS LIKE FRIKKIN TOM HANKS lol! He's a very chill teacher. Very educated in the psychology field and extremely helpful. You can ask him anything! You'll also NEED to read the book to pass. I definitely recommend this class.

Best professor I've had in the Social Studies dept. Very knowledgeable, knows the info like the back of his hand. He is also very caring for his students. There are no trick Qs on the exams b/c he teaches well. Sometimes short videos demonstrating concept. Also everyday life examples to relate the concepts. Can't go wrong with him.

I love him he is such a great teacher! He is very funny, helpful, knowlegable, nice, understanding, and he explains things very well. He also shows interesting video clips throughout the semester. His tests are straightforward and come right off the notes. I used the study guide and highlighted the parts in my notes and I got A's and B's.

Instructor Forrest William is a very good and helpful teacher that's very nice and approachable. He shows us clips in class that's helpful and also the questions on the exam comes straight from the book on chapters that we have been studying about. one great advantage that he offers student is, attending ECT for extra points.

Amazing teacher. Great attitude & always has his morning coffee. ETC for extra credit. He uses blackboard alot for quizes, notes, study guides, etc. You HAVE to study as soon as he posts the study guide...you cant just do it the night before. Super helpful teacher

Mr. Williams was great. His lectures where extremely interesting, even for non-psychology majors. Study hard for his tests though, there is no homework and your grade is based primarily on essay tests. He grades fair, but you really have to your stuff. He looks for details.

He was a very helpful teacher. He knows how to entertain a class of about two hundred people perfectly well. He was very funny and not bad to look at either. :) As long as you take notes and do your all assignments, you should pass with an "A" without a doubt.

Class was frankly not difficult. Just 5 tests, some short BB assignments, and a 10 page paper which is graded fairly, easy and simple. Overall, he's very lenient and is always encouraging that you contact him if you ever need help; who wouldn't when he's that hot?!?

This is one of the very few professors that have passion in their subject. You are so into the lectures that next thing you know class is over. Use the textbook, no make-ups so be there when homework is handed out and on test days. Minimal writing required but wants thought-provoking answers. Tests are a little vague and can be tricky, study! No comprehensive final. Great instructor and really gets to the meat of the material. I loved his class!

Could be a little unorganized with planning the course out. Study guide is kind of vague. Read the chapters before class that way you know whats going on and it helps on the test. Should go to class bc homework is passed out on odd days and he doesn't take late work. So it isn't good to miss class because you will miss the homework as well

Best professor for PSY2! You can tell he's passionate about what he teaches. He's a very caring and overall such a nice person. Mr. Williams was without a doubt my favorite instructor this semester. He's straight forward with the assignments that you will have to turn in, and his lectures cover the material that you'll have the most difficulty with. I had him my first year at city and he was the nicest teacher. He always stopped once his class time was over. His online assignments are super easy so don't miss them. Attendance isn't mandatory but in the end he gives you like 50 extra points so show up. His exams are easy, he puts the powerpoints online and gives you the study guide.

This dude is awesome. I took him for psy 2 and psy 45. He wants his students to pass. He's probably been my most favorite Professor at FCC. He's chill, understanding, funny, and overall amazing.

Easy going, he gives great lectures that seemingly go on tangents, but now I see that he focuses on concepts that he puts in the test. He's entertaining and makes getting an A simple. Don't skip class, do the homework, study a bit, and you'll be golden! He's also compassionate and kind with students while still being professional. Highly recommend!

This guy is awesome, he is a great presenter on the basis that he does not simply read off the powerpoint. His tests are pretty easy if you do the bare minimum of work required which is just showing up and paying attention during lectures, if you study you will get an A. Essentially, just be a good student by showing up and studying.

If there's something you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask for help; he's open and very willing to assist you with any questions you have and ensure you're on the right track. Also quite sympathetic with us students, so if something doesn't go right with the assignments or class, he'll do something about it!

He is a great professor. I took him previously for Psych2 and I passed both classes with a B. His tests consist of multiple choice and a couple written questions, they do impact your grade but if you complete all homework you will receive a B. If you need help dont be afraid to ask he will help you as much as possible. Attendance helps too

I enjoyed this class, even though I don't particularly like psychology. Williams is a good professor and made the subject matter interesting and engaging, even at 8 AM. If you show up to class, pay attention, READ the textbook, and do the homework, there's absolutely no way you won't pass. All the test questions come from textbook.

Great professor! Sad I missed out on having him in person. REQUIRED textbook about $90 but I enjoyed the connect assignments. For the first time I can truly say I enjoyed the discussion boards; they were fun and interesting. He does post lectures but they are quite long. Bottom line: take his class.

Yes you will have homework, yes there will be tests, yes you will sit through lectures every class but for me the class was easy. I really liked the class and if Prof. Williams is teaching another Psych I need, I'll be picking his class. Being early is cool because he would also be early and would just chat with you before class.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, I was a bit worried about taking Psych 45 as an online course, as I am more of in 'in person' learning, but Professor Williams was such an amazing instructor. The discussion boards are quite fun and interesting to read, he is very understanding to 'life happenings' and overall would def take another psych class of his.

Overall, he is an amazing professor. He is funny and is dedicated to his work. He is understanding and I enjoyed attending his class. If you pay attention and study for the exams you should pass.

This is one of those courses where you will need an access code to be able to do all of your assignments. Homework isn't that hard, it's mainly just answering multiple questions and short fill in the blanks that relate to the book. There is usually a group discussion every week unless it's exam week.

Overall enjoyable class. Class basically consists of weekly discussion posts, exams, and a final lit paper. He gives great feedback, and thoroughly explains all of the assignments so you never feel lost.

Lectures were recorded and usually around an hour long, but they are helpful and engaging. There was also a discussion board and one other homework assignment to do each week (pretty straight forward). There's lots of information to learn, but it is definitely doable with the way he organizes each week. Overall great course!

Professor Williams is an amazing instructor! He teaches psychology in such great detail, without making it boring. We use real-world examples, and do brain teasers or illusions. He provided study guides and allowed an index card during exams. He made the lectures interesting. He had great vibes made coming to class enjoyable, you will learn a lot.

Easy class. Just make sure you attend and pay attention, because some lecture discussions will NOT be on exam study guides. There will be a few in-class writing assignments but they're easy. You're allowed to use index cards for all assignments and exams. Professor Williams is also funny and I liked his energy.

Very good, though towards the end there may be things on the exam that we did not go over in class.

Hes so cool, he knows his stuff and has a personality. Very extravorted and is passionate about psychology. Work is so easy just make sure to study for exams. The study guides are great. You do have to buy the book for Psy 2. Amazing Professor.

-Show up to class and take notes every day if you can -homework is easy -written assignments are easy just need to take time to do it -study cause the exams will be worth 100 points (he gives you an extra credit question that's up to 6 points so take advantage of it, it's always about the written assignment.) Professor Williams is such a kind professor, you can tell he really loves what he is teaching and has a good sense of humor. Show up to class, & do the written assignments (extra credit on tests pertains to the written assignment). As long as you show up, pay attention and do the assignments, it would be hard not to get a good grade in this class.

Overall, loved this professor. He made it very clear on what he expected but it was easily obtainable. It is easy to pass with an A if you show up, due to illnesses I missed class and that took down my participation points, but i still passed. Amazing professor!

AMAZING professor! If you don't pass his class, it's your own fault. He drops your lowest assignments/test at the end of semester, gives a study guide for all tests, everything is laid out in the syllabus so there's no surprises with assignments. As long as you do the work you'll pass. He'll make jokes from time to time to make lectures better.

Williams was a great instructor with engaging lectures. Attendance is important, so try not to miss class. The material was presented clearly, and the assignments weren't too difficult, as long as you set aside enough time to complete them.

His test were a bit difficult for me, but I enjoyed his lectures. He has a way of presenting that makes it feel like a conversation. He welcomes class input and is always helpful with any questions. If you show up and submit your assignments you cannot fail.

Forrest was the best professor ever. There was one hw assignment a week, 4 exams+ final, 4 papers. His grading was so easy, dropped the 2 lowest hw assignments, lowest exam score and the lowest paper. The papers were soooo easy. The final was online, he let us use our book/ notes. His lectures were so fun to go to! Would defiently take him again.

This professor is awesome. There is HW assigned every week that's not very hard, 4 exams through semester, and 4 writing assignments that aren't long. He drops the lowest exam score and which is very helpful and he cares a lot about his students. He's very passionate about what he does and I 100% recommend his class for everyone.

Very caring for his students. Everything is relatively easy to follow along. Posts the lecture slideshows on canvas. If you don't get anything he's open to communication and usually gets back to you the next morning or as soon as he can. Other information can be found in the book. He tends to ramble in lectures sometimes but it's all chill.

Professor Williams has to be the best professor at FCC. The way he teaches is very engaging and funny as well. The course itself was an easy A, and it was honors too. He's very passionate about evolutionary psychology, and psychology in general. The work was fairly simple, connect assignments + written assignments (1-2 pages) and 5 exams. Take him.

I loved his class! He is very understanding, nice, caring, and funny. Out of all my professors, he definitely stands out the most. His lectures are interesting and he is passionate abt what he do.The workload is also very manageable so passing the class isn't hard at all.
