lovely nice and friendly but with an attitude sometimes, so watch her mood,easy grading. but the truth is you do not learn a lot from her . she goes out of subject a lot.she has an international backround ,loves food and and good looking guys !! after all not bad yet boring sometimes.

It's hard to tell where you stand with this professor sometimes, because she is all over the map when it comes to human relations. She can be nice, but she often caters to the lowest denominator and is often unavailable for classwork help. If you are strong willed, she will lock horns with you. If you are nice and quiet, you will do well.

She is the epitome of the absent-minded professor. She talks too much but she is nice. When she finally does get around to lecturing tho she is very clear. You will definitely laugh in her class. We didn't cover many chapters but eh, she's an generous grader.

Starts class late and ends 1 hour early. Appears to want to be "on stage" rather than teach, which was disappointing. Much emphasis on comical personality and less on French. I paid for full classes and ended up with a "prof" who seemed ready to bolt out the door the moment class began. I'm a native speaker and this was a waste of my time.

Mrs. Rozenkopf seems more concerned with telling us about legal stuff and her Jewish heritage, than actually covering French. Yes, she is very good at teaching grammar, but she is also very unorganized, despite having the appearance of being so. We covered like two chapters and she never collected the homework or verified lab attendance. Easy A!

She is fun, energetic and talkative, but lacking in teaching skills. Undoubtedly she is very intelligent and has the ability to teach French adeptly, but she seems somewhat burnt-out. She strays off topic and discusses things other than French frequently. The work is not hard and we hardly ever spoke French to each other.

She is an engaging, delightful and articulate professor. I have taken classes from her for two semesters and I have thoroughly enjoyed her instruction. She is professional and while she may be attractive, she is a respectful and incredibly educated teacher. She is funny and makes French interesting. I highly recommend her class!

I have no clue what the professor looks like anymore. I come to class late and she uses a sign in sheet and every time I make it to class, there's a video. I sign the sheet, leave, and everything is normal. Terrible waste of money on the book.

Professor Rozenkopf is the most knowledgeable professor I've ever known. She delights the class with dramatic examples to help us understand the meaning of words and French grammar. Students love her sense of humor and professionalism. French comes alive in the classroom and this makes it easy for us to learn. I highly recommend this teacher.

I took French 2 with Professor Rozenkopf and I used the assigned book everyday to do my homework. The book is essential to the class. I was really happy Professor Rozenkopf covered so much grammar. Most teachers don't work this hard . I will take this teacher for French 3 and I recommend her highly, as she is an excellent and very kind teacher.

I was in Professor Rozenkopf's conversation class, in which we did several presentations. I really enjoyed the lab book for this class because it is very practical; it's what you will need in France if you go there. The class is efficient and we had to speak in front of the class, which is the only way to learn french. I recommend this teacher.

Professor Rozenkopf is a delight as a teacher! In French 2, we learned so much and had a great time talking about French culture as well. Whenever I'm in her class, I feel I'm in France. I would to start off by thanking Professor Rozenkopf because in her classes I learned so much about the Francophone world. Taking her classes have prepared me for a four year institution. She is an excellent Professor! She works hard to make sure every student succeeds. All of her lectures show her immense intelligence and wisdom.

When I was in French 2 I was introduce to French grammar in a way nobody had taught me before. She works very hard to make sure students are getting a very rich exposure to French culture, linguistics, masterpieces, and while deriving enjoyment in their homework assignments. I really enjoyed her teaching style and recommend her highly.

The French Civilization class taught by Professor Rozenkopf is one of my favorite classes at LACC. It was fascinating to learn that the Greek and the Romans had so much to do with it! Also, I loved reading about the formation of all the kingdoms and the monumental events that lead to the revolution. Take this amazing class with Prof. Rozenkopf.

French 1 with Professor Rozenkopf really gives you a great foundation into the French language. I really learned so much from her. Her homework is really essential for mastering the language. By the time your done with the semester, you will speak a lot of French. She's amazing, elegant and very entertaining while being intellectually engaging.

I had the honor of taking Professor Rozenkopf this semester for French 01. I really enjoyed her class. She makes French so much fun to learn. She's very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the quality of her teaching. Doing the labs was enjoyable and very helpful in learning French. I highly recommend her and I will take French 2 in the Fall with her.

Professor Rozenkopf made French Civilization fascinating. Hearing her talk about Louis XIV and Versailles was amazing. She provided very interesting information about Napoleon Bonaparte and Josephine. She is highly cultured and very knowledgeable of European History in general. She is totally one of my favorite professors now.

Professor Rozenkopf is my favorite professor at LACC. She was very helpful to me when I struggle to understand French grammar. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I understood it. I took French 1, 2 and French 10 with Professor Rozenkopf. She is a gifted professor who will teach you French culture and French language in a way that makes you want to live in France, or make a little French world of your own here in LA. To inspire students the way she does is truly a talent. She loves her culture and loves her profession.

Professor Rozenkopf's French 01 class this semester was my favorite class. I learned many new things daily in her class. My favorite thing was doing language labs and watching her illustrate examples in such a wonderful way. The links are her website were extremely helpful for me. She encouraged the class to watch French news and French movies.

Professo Rozenkopf is a great professor in so many ways. She's very helpful and always available when you have homework questions. She will go over the material until it is clear. I enjoy Professor Rozenkopf's class very much. Her grammar lessons are very detailed and with a lot of examples to clarify the subject. I had prof Rozenkopf last spring and due to scheduling conflict took French 2 with another prof. Rozenkopfs method made retention so much easier and I learned so much. Looking forward to taking french with her again next semester.

Prof Rozenkopf is one of the best prof on campus. She teaches well and worries about her students. She really tries to make the class fun and everyone enjoys the environment which makes learning a language easier! I'm sad this is my last class with her!

This is one of the best professors in the campus for french 1 she helps you a lot and wants you to do great on the test ... I would recomend this teacher if you want to take french you'll actually learn .. she makes class fun but overall GREAT PROFESSOR

If you feign any interest in the French language and are not easily offended then take this class. She's very blunt and to the point. She might lysol you, but other then that. LACC is lucky to have such a unique and special professor.

Everyone on here giving bad reviews must have been sheltered as a child. And then those saying that the good reviews sound fake?? You really think teachers even take this site into consideration? It's for us, not them. Just don't be rude, she only asks that you are polite and respect her rules and other students. Very knowledgeable, native speaker

She's a good teacher I don't understand all the negative comments I mean she can be very sarcastic but she's just playing she gives homework every week but it helps for the test which aren't to hard will definitely take her again.

I am wiling to take the next cours with her French 02 because she really cares about her students. She give us homework plus lectures from the French class book I am very happy because I am learning the French languge . Instructor Rozenkopf Indeed is great as a teacher as well as a human being . There are plenty of professors out there that will simply drone on reading from the textbook every day. She is certainly not one of them. Shes engaging and expects you to be as well. If youre polite, participating, and up to speed on your homework youll do great. Its a shame so many students are so rude to her for no reason.
