The class is easy, he's a fair grader, lots of quizzes. He makes sure that everyone understands the material by going around the room and checking. He is from Kenya so it takes some time to really underrstand what he's saying, but you get use to it.

He is a pretty good teacher. He has an accent but it's not really that bad at all. There are quizzes every friday but they are very easy! He goes over and over things until he is sure that everyone gets it and if you don't you can always ask him. This is kind of boring though if you have the understanding of what is going on! He is the best math teacher I've ever had. He goes over many examples in class, so that the students understand the material. Also, he helps students out in anyway possible to help them understand the material. His accent is not bad at all. Getting an A in his course is easily obtainable. You won't regret having him as a teacher.

Nzuki is a wonderful teacher! If you don't understand math well, take him. I found this class extremely easy, but got bored. If you took calc in high school or are good at math and like a challenge I don't suggest taking this class. But if you are not good with it, this is the class to take. And it counts as a W2 & Q1!

Nzuki cares about his students so much! If you respect him, he will respect you. He will literally help you with anything you dont understand. Class material is easy. Just pay attention. He hardly gave hw. Like two assignments. He's a great professor!

I love this professor! He is very funny and nice. He likes to give motivation talks if you go to his office. He’s very easy and hardly gives any homework. Every Friday there is a quiz. Attendance is mandatory; if you miss more than 4 days, including emergencies, you don’t get higher than a D. This class was very easy for me.

An amazing teacher. Like i am not good at math but he explained it so well, that now i actually like math. I like going to his class and getting good grades. Biggest advice, don't skip his classes because then you won't really get it. This class is a must attend but you will enjoy it.

The class is easy. Just show up and you will pass. The textbook is needed for the hw but we only had like 4 hw assignments. He'a a nice guy and explains the material until you get it.

Incredibly easy class. Only about 10 easy homework assignments. 2 projects that are easy. Quiz every Friday..... but it's easy. Never get to leave class early. Everything is easy. Can't skip class more than 3 times or you will fail. He is really nice and always smiling. Just ask and he will help. It's like high school algebra. So easy.

I took him for Precalc, and I actually did very well. Make sure you do all the homework's that he assign online. They help really, really well. His teaching is really great, because he has more than one method to solve problems. Take notes ! And he literally helps you solve a problem on an exam if you ask him personally. I did.

Nzuki is probably one of the best math professors i have ever taken. He truly cares about his students education and does his best at teaching. Algebraic problem solving was a breeze with him, not because the subject was easy, but because he is an amazing teacher. Definitely recommend him.

Great teacher! Not a math person at all but needed to take Quantitve reasoning and he made it a breeze! This is the first year in a very long time I actually understood math! He teaches great and such a sweet person. Taking him again next year!

Nzuki really cares about his students, and he gives multiple opportunities to pass the class/bring a grade up. He notices when you're in class and when you are not, and he takes note of this when considering your final grade, so definitely show up. Overall, he's a great professor, and his lectures are very thorough.

Professor Nzuki is a very good professor. I read through all of the reviews on this website and was unsure but I assure you the ones who say he's good are right. Very very clear explanation of lessons, helpful with practice problems and his accent is nothing to worry about. Take this class and pay attention and you'll pass without a doubt.

Overall he is an awesome teacher, truly cares about his students. Homework is due once a week and there is a quiz every Friday... not too bad though, always on point with what we are learning that week. Attendance is mandatory, only 4 including emergencies. I would def recommend taking his classes!

Nzuki was litterally the best professor I had this semester. He makes sure you are leaning the material and cares about your grades. He is always willing to help you if you have any concerns.

This course was something that I went into not knowing what to expect. You are required to get the online textbook but the regular textbook is never used. The notes are made ahead of time for you. There is review time made for the day of quizzes. He is very good when it comes to making time for your questions. He will go over things again if asked.

Nzuki is a great guy. Don't be afraid of the last name, Nzuki is Kenyan and has a slight accent that isn't really noticeable after the first couple of classes. Nzuki is good for 90% of people, but I never really could learn from him that well. I'm in that 10%. Even though I didn't get a lot of concepts, the class was fairly easy.

Nzuki is definitely one of the best professors/teachers I have ever had. He truly cares about you learning the material for your benefit and not necessarily his own. He does give quizzes every Friday, but it balances out and is basically just a checkpoint. I recommend the online book for the homework each Friday.

Nzuki is the best math professor. He makes sure that everyone understands topics. Gives study guides to exams which are the same format for the exam so study it and you should be fine. Quizzes every week on the lesson very easy similar to warm ups done in class. Overall, very accessible and wants everyone to succeed so glad I took him.

Nzuki is a well liked and knowledgable teacher. I took his class for Algebraic Problem Solving which is a lot harder than it sounds. He moves very fast in the class and sometimes doesn't explain things very well. He tries to help you in the best way possible but it can be hard to understand. Only take this class if you're willing to work for it.

As long as you took Algebra in high school, you should be fine. For more than half of the semester it was just a review for me. He gives a quiz and homework every week, and there are 3 exams plus a final. Just go to class and fill in the notes and you should be fine.

There is no textbook but will have buy a access code for WebAssign. Math Workshop is mandatory for Tues./Thurs. He has a great teaching style. Encourages you to ask questions during class or email him! You will struggle if you don't ask for help! He keeps you till the actual time class ends. There are 3 Exams and workshop quizzes are given online.

Hands down best professor i've had here at Stockton. He is a very easy going and fun teacher. He is such a sweet soul. Always gives extra credit opportunities and is flexible with you. If you pay attention and put effort in this class is an easy A. He gives a week to do homework's. Time management is important.

Don't take this class if you don't want to do any work - there's a lengthy hw assignment and quiz every week. If you're good at math this class won't be difficult, but if you aren't you'll struggle a bit. However, Nzuki will always try really hard to make sure everyone understands the material. Don't skip class or you won't understand the lesson.

My favorite professor here at Stockton. The homework he gives is so helpful in his class. He will not let you fail. He allows you to make up assignments you did bad on and is understanding with extensions on work. I was awful at math in hs. But Nzuki helped me see that I had it within me to do well. This is my second time having him. He's AMAZING!

Professor Nzuki is an amazing professor. Understanding all situations as long as you communicate and show up to class (it will help you understand current topics), study guides are provided, notes are provided, and all the workshops are attended! You should receive nothing lower than a B if you do the bare minimum in this class.

Professor Nzuki is a very sweet person. There were quizzes every friday but they were generally easy if you followed along in class. He uses the online pearson learning for hw assignments and some quizzes. There were 3 exams and 2 papers. He won't let you fail and he will let you turn things in late sometimes. I definitely recommend him!

This professor was very hard to get material from when needed for test, quiz, and review. On the positive side he was available for outside help. The homework was 100% harder then the lesson. The 2 projects were very unorganized and hard to follow. If you put effort in you will pass the class. NO EXTRA CREDIT.

I LOVE THIS GUY!!! He was my first class of my freshman year and he started off the class by convincing us we were all capable of learning new math. I scoffed at the idea, but whenever i had trouble i thought back to his words. Very funny and kind guy, down to earth too. I'll miss him!!

Quiz every Friday but his work and workshops gets you ready for the quiz. 3 big exams once a month and gets you ready for them. 100% would recommend.
