Really good professor! I'm currently taking his BSC2085 class. He gives his powerpoints right after the class so you can start studying for the test. You don't need to buy the book, the material covered in the powerpoint will be on the test.. I'm very happy with his class... He is really prepared for class...

He is a good professor .He'll send you the lecture and that's what you need to study..He gives extra credits if you fail..he will give you some homework to help you get a better grade. I got and A in the 1st test ..still taking this class.

He is an excellent teacher.He know what he is teaching. likes to help the student to pass his class , and gives extra credit to help the student. The testsare not that hard, but we all know its anatomy we HAVE TO STUDY!!he gives us power points which is the "summary of the book chapters" thats what you need to study for the tests!highly recomended.

Very, very, very knowledgeable in his subject. Although has medium-heavy spanish accent, his explanations are very thorough and he makes sure student's question is answered even if it means explaining for a long time.

Professor Coro is an excellent professor. He knows a lot and yet better he knows how to teach and transmit is knowledge. He is such a good person and he wants you to succeed in his class. We used a lot the textbook and his tests are fair. Yu will need to study anyway is a Science class. I highly recommend him!!

Professor coro,is definetly n intelligent and very knowlegeable about the subject,use used to be one the best at Havana university.Gread pro, but forget about chillin in his class,test are 30 quest,more or less,not to hard,not to easy,the only bad thing is that you have 3 chapters for a test, it's to much if you work and take other classes

Great knowledgeable professor. Test are hard only if you don't study for them, they're mainly based on the powerpoints and things he writes which is very important. If you study for this class then you dont't have to worry easy A

Professor Coro is very wise and knowledgeable about the Biology course. He presents all the concepts on powerpoint, and explains them thoroughly. He answers all questions regarding the subject, and some nonrelated questions. He is avaialable for help on most times.

Teacher is mad passionate and knows the lecture and Powerpoints BY HEART will email them to u no need for book. The material is tricky but if you fail his exam he will give you an e.c that will replace your grade. Take him although it tends to get a little boring, its not his fault. BTW, he seems very hard at first but do NOT worry!

Dr. Coro is the man! Passionate and awesome educator! He gives you very detailed customized notes for each chapter. Very loud voice and he will keep you awake and alert in class. His tests are exactly from his notes...no tricks here...but you must know the stuff...this is how all science classes should be taught!

He's a great professor. Took him for Anatomy 1, got an A. He teaches mainly from his own Power Point Pres. that he sends you. I never used the book other then for reference purposes. I had his class once a week, in our class he gave 3 tests and 2 homework assignments. They all carried the same value. He does have a slight accent, but its not bad.

Very good professor! explains very good until you get it, you may ask questions. He cares about all of his students and wants all to pass! Of course you need to study a lot in order to pass, just pay attention in class 100% or you won't pass! but very good teacher!

If you want to really learn this is your teacher! All you have to do is pay attention and take notes you will pass!! Don't be late he starts on time and finishes on time.

This professor is the best of MDC, and I say it with all honesty. He is extremely respectful, organized, understanding, but above all else, his lectures are crystal clear and you truly LEARN. He's a really good prof. I had him for A&P1 & took him for again for A&P2. There are no midterm or final, just 3 tests, 2 homeworks & he gives you extra credit if u get a C or less. His test are not very easy, u need to study a little bit, but not 2 much. I passed with an A & didn't study much. Still his test are not a piece of cake. :)

Respectful, crystal clear explanations, understanding, gives you tons of oportunities if you are not doing well, one of the best MDc professors if not the best indeed. Someone said he would put you on the spot if he sees you talking. I have taken two classes with him and never saw that.

Professor Coro is an excelente professor. When he speaks you can see that he is very knowleged on Anatomy. He was also professor at Havana University, Cuba. There is just 3 test and 2 home homeworks. This is to review Frank Coro, math teacher and College Algebra class. This is an easy class. You will know EXACTLY what you will get on the tests. He writes a test review that's almost identical to the test. He wastes no time, and jumps to the lesson. He may write a little too fast for some people. Recommended.

Mr. Coro is an excellent math teacher, concise, and explains all the math problems in detail. He gives four test (drops worst grade, he will give you a review before each test with similar problems), a final exam(30% of total grade), and online homework accounts for 20% of your total grade (must get 90% or better on each H.W. SECTION). MAC2233

The greatest! I got a B because I didn't study as I was supposed to. Homework is multiple choice questions, just like the exams. He replaces your worst grade for the one in your make up test(Just once) Make up test is to take home, so the chances of getting an A are extremely high, and he gives you at least 2 weeks for homework and make up.

I was a chemistry professor at the university level for 10 years. Prof. Dr. Frank Coro is one of the best professors I ever had in my life. He knows his lecture from dorsal to ventral and from the cranium to the hallux. He is fair, extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and the must important thing, you'll receive more than what you are paying for.

One of the best Anatomy prof. in all MDC. He explains great and he's helpful. The tests are easy if study (it's anatomy so of course you have to study).The only reason he doesn't answer questions students ask him in the middle of a lecture is because he knows that the answer is coming up. If you ask him any other time he'll gladly answer you.

Prof. Coro is very knowledgeable/experienced. There are 3 tests and 2 HW assignments. He covers a lot of material in depth in short period of time. Tests are challenging but not super difficulty so studying is vital for a good grade but that's what it takes if you want an A in the class. His accent is sometimes a hindrance but ppt and notes help.

Prof. Coro knows the material very well. He doesn't give review for tests. to messy, he gives power points but never follow them. He also sends handouts & write a lot in the boar so you didn't know what you to study for test. Test are tricky. And there are a many questions on test that you never see the explanation on class.

Professor Coro is a very good professor! His lectures are clear and direct. He provides students with the power points to study for the exams. One thing that I found helpful was that if one scores a low grade on an exam they can do a take home extra credit (which is the test again) this assignement replaces the previous grade. TAKE HIM!!!

Amazing professor, one of the best I've had in terms of clarity and lecture. Dr. Coro is a great professor I took him for one of the last courses of my bachelor's degree and was amazing. The material was intense, but he did a great job explaining.

I loved his class. I liked him as a professor, but sadly about half of the class had a copy of his exams. Even the good students stopped studying. It kinda sucked. Motivation to study was no longer there. He should make his own exams. I'm sure he would still make it easy and students would learn.

I took this professor for both BSC2085 and BSC2086. He is great at explaining. He makes it easy to understand. He has 3 tests and 2 homework. You must go home and read your notes and power points in order to pass tests because he gives you all the information you need but you have to study. Take him you wont regret it. He's a great teacher and I am taking him for my next BSC2086! 3 exams, 2 homeworks and you get an extra credit if you failed the first or the second test... the grades are accumulative If you get all A's on the exams and homeworks, and you get a C on the final you will finish with a A+. he sends powerpoints don't buy the book I barely used it.

While this professor is great, I guess his teaching style did not work for me. It's all lecture and drawing on the board and his tests are extremely difficult. No review and finding a lecture online that goes in depth like he does is impossible. I'm going for Nursing and this is my first low science grade :(

I have never Rated a professor before but I had to Rate Professor Coro. For me to say he has been the best instructor I have ever had is an understatement! The man is a genius and his lectures for class are beyond impressive because he explains the Anatomy topic on the board and THEN goes to the power-point. 3 Test 2 Home works all graded the same!

Professor Coro is a great professor! He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. There are 3 exams and 2 hw. He sends you his own powerpoint slides that will help you with passing the class. Coro really cares about his student understanding the materials. Will definitely be taking him again for BSC2086

He is a good teacher. He knows the subject very well. He talks throughout all his lectures, and he writes everything on the board. He does have a accent but you can understand him pretty clearly. He will answer any questions you have. Got to be respectful in class. Attend! 2 homework's, 3 hard tests, 1 extra credit(if don't use, it'll be added).

Explains things in a way that make them easy to remember. I do not feel like I am memorizing the material, I feel like I am learning and understanding the material. Dr. Coro informs the students that actively studying is the key to an easy A.

Get ready to take notes, not the class to doze of on. He does not require us to buy the book, he gives us the chapters in PDF's through email and highlights important things to learn. Knows his material well and teaches it well. Test aren't hard if you study. And do not skip class, you will fall behind. Great professor will take for BSC2086

Awesome professor, he truly is one of a kind. He does not play around when it comes to teaching. Would take him again for 2086 but unfortunately will not be able to, due to conflictive time schedule. Dr. Coro is EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy & physiology. Anatomy is a tough subject. He makes it clear in the beginning of the class that it's important to study not only to pass the exams, but to use what you learn so you can advance to Anatomy 2 & nursing /med school . Yes, he does lectures heavy, but its for your own good.

Professor Coro really loves teaching, his lectures are very long and each class have a lot of information but if you pay attention and study frequently you will be able to pass the class. The way I see it is that he is not only teaching you to pass the class but for you future career!!!!

Coro is an amazing professor, he devotes all of the class time to teaching you the material, no time to mess around! He writes and draws on the board which helps you understand the material. Professor Coro is really good at Anatomy. His tests are not easy but he will give you an opportunity for extra credit if needed. Lectures are heavy and communication is unilateral. However, if you study hard as you are suppossed to for any Anatomy class, you will get an A.

Prof Coro is very clear about the structure of his class. Unhappy comments are from ppl who didn't pay attention to his syllabus. Expect to truly learn in his class. It involves self-motivation, a deep understanding of the subject, and actual work. The use of his lectures along with textbook gives wonderful results. Its not an easy A, but u learn!

He gives the material to study you don't even have to buy an expensive book (optional) schedule is clear and easy to understand. Exam is schedule. He is caring about his student. BEST professor EVER. Im literally taking him again next semester because i love him. His lectures are detailed and organized and he makes his own study guides to help you with the exams. He is a GREAT professor! His lectures are well organized as well as his grading system. He is very considerate, and if you are struggling he finds a way to help you at least with an extra credit assignment. He emphasizes the most important topics of the course. I DEFINITELY recommend him.

Professor is nice and his work was very informative. 6 tests (some proctored). His power points are very long but they are organized and well written. Make sure to pay attention to any graphs/ charts he may add on the power points for the tests. Make sure to ask questions when he is finished talking. Overall the course was very GOOD.

I can say without fear of being wrong that he is the best professor I have ever had. His readings are super clear and you will learn a lot. It is recommended that you take notes because it will be much easier for you to study this way and always pay attention because regardless of the professor it is a difficult class.

I took professor corro my first semester at mdc, although his tests are a bit challenging he does everything to help you pass. He is super educated on a&p and knows everything about it, he will say the same thing over and over until you get it and does helpful drawing. His class is fun. I recommend him

Dr Francisco Coro is such an amazing professor. I'm so happy I picked his class for A+P1.The lectures are long but they are worth sitting through. The exams are also not easy but if you study you will pass. I've gotten A's on all of his exams. I'm taking his class again for A+P2 for the summer.Take him!

Very sweet professor, very understanding and he let everyone pass the class, even if you didn't do so well on all the exams. Obviously you should try, but this class is very lecture heavy so please take all the notes you can. He gives short 5-10 minute breaks after every hour or so. Professor Coro has been by far my favorite professor at MDC. Yes, he's old school. Yes, it's lecture heavy. Yes, the in person tests are difficult.
