Ditto on the first two comments about him. The dude is HARD
This is what college is about... being challenged and working hard to overcome difficulties. If you take your education seriously, then take Dr. Baglione!
He is extensive...and expects the same from you...DONT BE ABSENT!
This guy knows his material but is a jerk about it. He does not make the extra effot to help students when they need it. Not a good professor at all.
This is a very easy class if you take your time and do the workbook assinments slowly. Make sure you know exactly wat the question asks and you will get it right. The test is the exact same questions that the workbooks are. I did this and made an A.
Dr. Baglione is NOT EASY, but he is knowledgeable and very fair to students.
Hard class, but if you do the outlines in extreme detail you can get by. Tests are made directly from the outline questions.
Yes, his class is challenging, but that's what I came to college for. He is very clear if you ask him questions or come to him when he's in his office. And he likes it when his students find errors in the outline. It means they're reading it!
this teacher bites
This is the hardest class I have ever taken. He tells you at the start of his year that his average student has a "D" so do not expect an A. He just lectures for the whole class day after day until there is a test on everything he has covered in 4 weeks.
He is a hard teacher to get used to but, he is very smart and knows what he is talking about. He is glad to help any student that asks him for help. The material is straight foward. Tests come soley from the workbooks (no suprises). All in all, he is a good teacher.
Very bright, very dry humor, very demanding. Cruel, but fair.
Very organized and straighforward course material, but takes some effort and interest to do well. Not for slackers.
Dr. Baglione is very bright and expects a lot from his students. He is proud of the F's he has given and loves when people drop his class...
he wrote the damn book
I stayed an extra semester at TCC just to take this class with him. Well worth the effort. He rocks.
He's okay. Gives you the notes and just reads through them. Great thing to me though is that you complete the gordon rule with him but doing little essays throughout the semester instead of big papers during & at the end of the semester. You can pass if you study.
BEST Professor I ever had. Has rules that will be inforced but it is a great learning environment. Tests are straight from the workbook assignments. Learned a lot from him. He knows his stuff!! Would take him again in a heart beat. Looking for more classes for him to start teaching.
He is awful, I also worked really hard in his class and I have a C. The test are straight from the workbook, but I don't think it is really clear. I really dislike his style of teaching, he is monotone and lifeless. Good Luck to who ever takes his class, you'll need it!!!
If you are like me and do not like history, then don't take this guy. I thought if I attended class and listened to his lectures that I would probably come out with a B or C, now I am struggling for a C!!! His tests are really hard and you have to put a lot of work into his in-class essays. If you don't study ALOT, you could very easily fail.
Took both his televised classes. Great way to do history if you stay on track. Write essays, hand in questions. No TESTS! Final is two longer essays done at home. He is quick to clarify anything confusing, by email or phone. He is proud of the students that work hard, and is eager to help you walk away with an EDUCATION, not just a grade.
This particular professor did a lot of talking, but when it came down to taking his tests,it was too much material at one time. Try another profeesor.
The worst TV classes @ TCC. He brags about students not being able to find the answers. I worked on the workbooks and Essays questions nonstop for both classes and received a C in both. The questions very conflicting in the workbooks and many of the dates are incorrect. All I can say is write good essays, if you take him.
I did not find this teacher to be very helpful when I took his class.
i learned a lot.
he makes history which is already a boring subject, more boring then himself. i had to force myself to stay awake through classs. ontop of that, he is an ****

He's hard. he's a good teacher, but his tests are really hard!
One of the best professors I ever had. I don't know why anyone thinks his tests are hard, since he files past tests in the library that you can copy - and 75% of the material on the test you get will be the same. Anyone who complains about him just wants a grade handed to 'em.

He is the most horrible teacher. He's so rude to his students and goes directly by the book. This is one of the most boring classes I have ever taken. I do not advise anyone to have him as their teacher, you will highly regret it.
horrible teacher! hes very mena and his tests are EXTREMELY hard. hes also very boring. i loved history but i HATED this class! do not take his class you will be sorry
He is a wonderful teacher! The workbook keeps the reading to minimal and I found his class very interesting. I recommend him to anyone. If your willing to work a LITTLE bit you can pass his class with an A. Take him, he's great!!!
He is a jerk, the worst grades I have ever received. The kind of teacher that makes you wonder why to put effort into what your work because they just get shot down by his grading. I DO NOT recommend his televised course!!
I hated this class! He is incredibly boring...every once in awhile he'll make a joke but that's about it. I studied so hard for his tests and still didn't do that well. I highly recommend you DO NOT take him.

He is a terrible professor and needs to retire! Hes so srtict and grades so hard, your lucky if you get a "c" in his class.
HARD!!! Very stuck in his ways... Reminds you that a "D" is passing, and doesn't like to give above a C. Grades essays hard. If weren't for Workbook assignments, you'd probably fail! Nice man, but wouldn't reccomend as a teacher!
I enjoyed this class because he is clear and well organized. It is difficult and demanding, but you will learn a lot if you study. You definitely will fail this course if you do not work hard.
He's great. You'll learn your history, but you had better do the work. A real teacher, one that believes strongly that an education takes a lot of effort. He keeps an orderly classroom and clears out the riff raff.
I took the time to read all the comments about this teacher just to be sure I'm being fair. Do Not and I repeact "Do Not" take this professor. I watched him like a hawk and I seen pure hell in this man. His tests where co-writen by the devil, so take heat and run like hell!
He's not nice, tests are detailed and require you to recall specific facts from crap you didn't know.
I have no idea what you people are talking about. A fruit fly with A.D.D. could pass with a little effort. He gives you an outline and sticks to it. His homework is multiple choice. He makes sure the class doesn’t get in the way of your learning about history. If you don't do well in this class you may want to consider a career in waste management
Professor Baglione is a hard ass but he is fair. Show up to class, study and it isnt hard to get at least a B. Miss class, jerk off etc etc and he will withdraw you from class without asking for an explanation. I enjoyed this class and thought it was pretty easy to get an A.
He is a little strict (gum chewing/tardiness/absences) but don't let it scare you off. It was not too hard to get an A in his class as long as you pay attention. The tests are taken directly from the homework which is about 12 questions a week. The 2 essay exams are a little long, but no big deal. Tip: Just make sure you write at least 5 pages.
he is a very difficult grader you really have to apply yourself to pass his class. As long as he see that you are trying and improving he is willing to help you pass. As long as we try you at least get a C. However, you really have to put forth effort...So Beware!!!
im an idiot and got a b. dont miss class and study the 12 Q's from the hw because the tests are almost copied and pasted from it..hard to get an a on the essay..id take someone else if you can
TCC profs were not challenging me until I walked into this class. College at last! Even the good students get nervous on his tests. Kind of a law and order type, but I enjoyed his cynical humor.
WORST TEACHER ON CAMPUS.
Worst teacher I have ever met! I studied no LESS than 6 hours for each test and about failed them all! He is one of those teachers that refuses to give his students an A no matter how hard you try! Seriously...DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!!! You will highly regret it if you do!
not a good teacher at all! you dont want to take him!
If you can't write essays well and can't link together cause and effect then I wouldn't recommend this guy. He is a hardass and grades with an iron fist. His test averages hover between 65-70. The assignments are easy and the 2 multiple-choice tests are taken straight from the assignments so the only difficult part is the 2 essays.
He is a ****... but he will at least help you to go to sleep... he goes on and on about nothing... his class is not interesting at all. The major thing is that he loses people work and then looks at you like you have it.
This is the first time since I been at TCC I hated going to class. He is really hard and a very diffulcult grader. I had some students that were in my class that I know were smart and know there history were making C's and D's on his test. I myself made a 40% on an essay and only wrote page and a 1/2 other guy write 6 pages he made a 38% WORST PRO
Took both 2010 and 2020 with him during the same semester and no lie it was TOUGH. However, I got an A on both courses mainly due to following his outlines. Those things are so easy it is a joke. The writing assignments suck, especially having to write two on the same day. Test questions are right out of the outline so I thought they were easy too.
Great Teacher! If you do the work book and take all the test you should at least get a B, but if you put just a little more effort into it you'll be sure to get an A.
This teacher is very nice! He is very intelligent and easy going! He does go over some very complicated and detailed subject matter, however, if you follow the booklet and study there is no reason you can not get an A in his class. He is a very good professor and i enjoyed this class.
The Bag man was a cool guy and really smart...but damn was his class hard!
This class was tough, you didnt know what to study and when you did study from the guide you have to remember every single thing including wrong answers because they might be on the test too. He called me a D student when i went up to ask advice on why he graded my paper so unfairly. He is a grumpy old man who grades unreasonably.
Very interesting professor if you like history but a very tough class! I managed a B but I'm sure many people failed his class...
Very very tough test, doesnt use a book goes straight from the workbook. Needs some sunshine in his life.
TAKE THIS TEACHER FOR TELEVISED CLASSES!!!! Easiest class i have ever taken by far. the grade consists of two papers, a midterm and a final, both of which are given to you in the orientation and are 1500 words. the material for both essays is found in the book and can be completed the day of, i did that and earned an easy a. take euh1000 or 1001!
this is a hard teacher
Hard class to stay awake through. He uses a workbook as opposed to a textbook. Pages in workbook contain outline for class and extra credit hand-ins that he goes over in class. Doesn't use powerpoint and lectures the whole time. Probably easier to pass if you attend and can stay awake. Tests are hard, but he goes over everything in outlinean handin
He is a very soft spoken older man who tries to make class enjoyable while educational. If you are sleepy you are guaranteed to fall asleep. Tests are hard but give you extra credit that will add up to 10 points to your final grade! Midterm is essay & tests are multiple choice. Gives information about the midterm and tells you what to study before!
tough course and like my other history classes dull. he tries to make it interesting.
The best professor ever! I would reccomend him to everyone!
the most boring teacher i've ever known! lectures every word from the book and puts you to sleep. tests are hard! get another teacher!
this class was boring ... you have to buy a outline workbook that he basically reads out of.... there were only 3 tests plus the final so there is no room for error. i do not recommend anyone this class to an enemy. it s horrible and hard. his test questions are confusing. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!
I took his online course and I liked it. If you stay involoved and interested, you'll get a lot out of it on your own. He definitely isn't there to motivate people, but he knows his stuff and he's a nice guy. Read the text, do pretty good on the essays and do the (very easy) workbook assignments, and you have a gauranteed A.
DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! His class puts you to sleep and he does not properly prepare you for the tests. I studied so hard in this class and came out with a C and I am not a C student. Do everything you can to take AMH with another professor!
I thought he was very thorough with the material as well as providing an accessory outline which had any information that may be needed for the test - Right There! Anyway, all that a student has to do is to give a more than half *ss effort and can pass this class.
gereg
He was one of the worst teachers I've ever had. Reads straight from the handout. Will single certain people out all semester, and only those certain people, and will continuously call them out during class. Will kick you out of class for doing nothing wrong, minus the fact that he just doesn't like you. Horrible teacher, and a flat out mean person.
I took his televised class. EASY. All you have to do is write a midterm essay and final essay. The workbook assignments are easy and give you extra credit do them! You don't even have to watch the videos or read the book except for the subject you write about in your essay.
He's not horrible but he's not great. He reads straight from the outline. His lectures are very unexciting. If you don't study you won't do well. Studying is a must. The only thing you have are test grades and his tests are VERY WORDY.
I took the TV Online class. If your not a history major, take this rather that the actual class. It was a breeze... one mid-term and one final paper are the only mandatory things. You don't even need to watch the TV episodes. Workbook pgs are optional, but they are worth extra credit. He is helpful in his office hrs, but you wont need him to help
This class is not for the unmotivated or undisciplined if you read the book and follow the outline there is no reason not to get a good grade. Two discussion board assignments and two essays are the only manditory work and there are 12 extra credit sheets. Professor expects work to show knowledge of subject and be in proper form.
I suggest if you want a more involved class to not take his online course. I loved it cause I have a very busy life and he requires very little for the course. you write a mid term and final paper and have some extra credit. You have to write a paper showing how well you are understanding the chapters.
Have to pay for outline that has many spelling & grammatical errors. He is boring & monotone reads straight from the outline. Tests & hmwk very difficult to understand & rediculously wordy. You will have to study hard! This was not history, this was ECONOMICS. Have to memorize many superfluous facts. Do not take if you like history or hate history!
Basically the same as the AMH2010 class. Read the book and outline, do workbook pages and write 2 essays. You have to be self motivated follow the guidelines and turn work in on time. No reason not to get a good grade. Professor is very helpful.
I despised coming to this class. Everyday is a lecture from the book that puts you to sleep. Takes attendence, and tests are very difficult. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!
Took online class for Am. His 2. Only 2 assignments a midterm paper and a final paper and some multiple choice questions. Pretty easy. Just do the essays and turn in the questions and you'll pass.
D0 not take this man! I took his online class he writes his own book so he can reap the benifits that you have to buy. He asks for a midterm paper with a couple of senteces as directions but grades it like he gave you a page of directions. The class average was a C. Do not take him! Worst teacher at TCC!!!!!!
His online class is great. only a couple of assignments, but make sure you do a good job on them. He grades tough, but is fair if you do your part. Don't expect to be "given" a grade, you have to earn it!
Dr. Baglione wrote his own textbook. I found it to be full of typos and mistakes. I took as an on-line class because nothing else was available. He promised to send me red lined copy of my mid-term essay but never did. I still have no idea why I received the grade I did or how I could have improved for the final. VERY frustrating!!!
I agree with the previous posts about the online class. Dr. Baglione promised to send us our redlined midterm paper so we could see where to improve and NEVER did. Only when I wrote to the Dean did I get a copy. He graded me even lower on my final essay which would have been written differently if I had been privy to his grading methods. CRAZY!!
Dr. Baglione, has a very odd method of teaching, the book he wrote is his lectures. He has assessments for each chapter in the back that will greatly help on the tests. There are only 3 tests in his class, if you chose not to attend, be sure to read some of the book, he does give the answers for the assessments that are extra credit for the tests.
Lectures every class which are very very boring and nearly put you to sleep every class. Not a hard professor tho only gave 3 tests all semester and no other assignments. Also was able to write an essay instead of doing his final. Don't have to go to any of his classes.
AWESOMEEEEEEEE... I took his online class and it was SUUPER EASY!! all u have to do is The Work of course and your good.. NO TEST.. 2 ESSAYS.. n 12 assignments you do on your own time.. LOVED IT 1t online class for me
His lectures are straight out of the book. Lectures are VERY BORING and will put you to sleep unless you are taking notes. Tests are VERY DIFFICULT. irst test blind sided me, so I studied a lot for the 2nd one and it helped little to none. I highly recommend taking a different professor.
I very highly suggest taking a different professor.
Awesome if you're taking online. You have to buy his book, which he is the author 50$ not bad. I found the book interesting and the class great for having something done at your pace.
I suggest to take this class online. Please take another professor. Test and Quizzes are hard and out the book. Can't understand nothing he says.
I loved his online class. Workbook and essay, pretty simple. However, I'm an A student and got a B. Take this if you're not interested and would feel satisfied with a B.
I took this online and am taking 2020 with him too. There are no weekly due dates in this class, 6 quizzes from back of book and 2000 word essay are due at midterm and then again at final. You have to read the book cover to cover to do the quizzes and you have to make yourself do the work wothout being forced, you cant wait until last minute.
I would NOT reccomend taking his class, he lectures the entire time, without visuals. He enjoys treating his students like they're in middle school. He lets you use his study guides on the test, BUT the study guides are misleading, and give you very hazy distant information compared to what is actually on the test. I would NOT reccomend him.
This class is pretty straight forward. There are 3 tests and participation. Made his own book and you use it for workbook pages that are extra credit and can use on the tests. BORING is and understatement with him. Lectures straight from his book EVERYDAY. Either be a good test taker and interested in the subject material or stay away.
I took this professor for AMH 2010 and AMH 2020 online. You must take his class. Very easy. He wrote his on book. You have to complete 6 chapter worksheets from the back of the book (12 questions each chapter) and a 2000 word midterm essay then another 6 chapter worksheets (12 questions each chapter) and another 2000 word final essay.
Hardest teacher ever. Tests are so LONG and hard. You have to memorize "his" whole book to know the answers. They are trick multiple-multiple choice questions with essays at the end. Terrible!
I took his class during the summer as an express, and it wasn't that hard. If you go to class everyday and follow along then you shouldn't have any problems. He recommends you use his book by getting it you have a chance at extra credit, by completing the worksheets in the back, you can use them on the test also. Not as hard as these reviews claim!
There are literally only 12 worksheets and 2 papers for the whole class. You have to buy the textbook he wrote because the worksheets are in the back. All the answers are in the book you just have to read it and when you write the papers, base them off what he says in his book. I did the worksheets and papers the first week of class and was done
This is the only class that I would ever recommend anyone to take online. Its straight to the point. all you have to do is read, answer questions and wright a mid-term and a paper on what you read.
Read the chapters, complete the worksheets, and there is the option to write 2 papers or take his exams. He is very helpful, email him with any concerns and he is very prompt. His classes fill up quick, this should be a sign. Highly recommended.
Very easy class. Read the chapters, do the workbook pages and you have a choice to write two papers or take two tests. He is very helpful if you have any questions. Highly reccomend him if you are looking for a class you do not have to worry much about.
If you like to nap and need some extra sleep take Mr. Baglione's class! His long lectures and boring tone of voice will put you straight to sleep. The minutes in the class go by very slowly, if you like excitement, DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!
Wrote his own text and it is an easy, fast read. Book has a lot of interesting stuff and the lectures are peppered with wry humor. Cracks up the class with jokes on himself. Friendly and fair. Best history course ever.
Dr. Baglione is a pro, he's very interested in his subject. Every class is a lecture, but he will tell you what you need to know for the tests which are open note. He's got a fun dry sense of humor, but sometimes the lectures feel a little long. Overall I would highly recommend him for history classes.
Good teacher. Doesnt care if you miss class. Buy book you can use pages in back on test. Lectues kind of boring but he does care if you miss class. I recommend him. But make sure you study.
Online. Buy the paperback book (he wrote) and answer multiple choice Q in back. 2 essays, one mid-term, one final, 2000 words each. Go at your own pace. Workbook is pretty EZ but he's fairly strict on essay so put time in it. I'm good at writing and made a B. Book is interesting and outline also online, helps with questions. Good class.
Before taking AMH2020, I had heard a lot of bad things about Professor Baglione so I was disappointed when I got him for AMH2020. However after being in his class for a couple months, I can honestly say that he is one of the best teachers I've ever had. His instructions are clear and deadlines are posted well before the due date. Just read
A great professor, who works with his students to make sure that they are successful in passing his class and there is no way that you can possibly fail his class thanks to his lecture outlines online.
He is a great professor, who makes sure that his students are successful, when it comes to passing his class and gives time for his students to complete all assignments when needed.
I love Mr. Baglione! He will work with you and is crystal clear about what he expects. The essays are long, but not hard to write, and he only requires 3 per semester. (Or you can take the tests.) He's awesome!
I Literally Did Nothing For This Class and I Have A B. He Writes His Own Book, Has Workbook Assignments That Are Pretty Easy. He Lets You Use The Workbook Assignements on The Tests. Barely Opened the Book. He Has 3 Tests. And He Even Gives an Outline of The Chapters(that i also used on the test) shhhh
Worst teacher!! -doesn't help - never knows your grades - doesn't care
took his online class and i did better than i would've expected. For grades only 3 assignments and three test to go along with it. You can use the assignments on the test. Didn't have to ask him many questions everything was very direct.
mr. baligone class is boring and he reads long lectures but he wants all he's students to be successful and he works with you you can write papers or do an essay and he helps out pretty simple class attendance is important to him also which should be important to us anyway!
You have an option of writing an essay or taking his test. He's a great professor and he makes it clear in his syllabus what he wants out of you. The class requires you to put in effort.
Mr. Baglione is one of the better if not best college professors I've ever taken. Yes he can be a bit boring because all he does is read all class, but that means all you have to do is be awake for class. He gives an option between writing a paper, or multiple choice test for your exams. Overall though he's an amazing choice for AMH2020, or AMH2010
I took this course online, probably the easiest, most straight-forward class I have taken, and I have dropped AMH2020 before. You are required to read a book, do workbook pages, and show up for OPEN NOTE exams. The workbook pages are a huge help during exams. I would recommend taking his online class.
Seriously if you can't pass his online class it's because your not trying. I failed history class a total 4 times before taking his online class AMH class. This is so simple. You have 3 test or write 3 essays and workbook questions that are very easy and help you. #EASYA
This professor is one of the best in the history department. You can write an essay in lieu of a multiple choice test. Exceptional if you prefer writing.
Took his online class. Only 3 major grades with some problemsets You can either write an essay for each unit test, or memorize the chapters that go along with each test ( I think 70 questions). I wrote an essay for each test ( each essay was about 10 pages long). You have time to read his textbook he wrote and study a lot take it or a good writer.
I like that he creates his own book so that the information you read is pertinent to the test that will be given. The textbook is actually a work book. You are able to use notes on the tests. Work hard in the beginning; reap the reward in the end.
His lectures are extensive, and attendance wouldn't be required if he didn't keep track but he does. Honestly you just have to read and pass the quizzes, he doesnt assign homework. He is very sarcastic too and boring.
This was by far one of the easiest online classes I have taken. His syllabus is very clear and to the point (so make sure you read it). He responds to emails very quickly and was very helpful for it being an online class. I would recommend taking this class to anyone who needs the AMH2020 credit.
Can choose between 3 exams (can write notes on Workbooks and use them in test) OR 3 essays. Write another essay & he drops lowest exam/essay grade. Be thorough in essays!* Lots of reading (took me 3-4 hrs for 20-30 p.), so split up reading into chunks! 5 wks given to fill out Workbooks (like quizzes). Good prof. overall! Work hard & you'll succeed!
Only graded on tests and workbook pages. Test are open-note but not as easy as you would think. Very tough multiple choice questions. Lectures from start to finish. Very mono-tone voice. I showed up once a week (out of two classes per week) and got a high B.
I'll be honest, his lectures are boring and if he so much as gets an inclining of a thought that you're on your phone he will snap at you. He went off on one girl who was actually studying what he was going over and he didn't apologize. Get ready to fall asleep or panic if you don't do good on tests. You are graded on two things. Tests and homework
His lectures are straight from the book. He lectures the complete class from the beginning to end, maybe twice let us out early. Only 6 grades the whole semester, 3 tests and 3 homeworks. Do not even think about using your phone in class because he will embarrass you in front of everyone.
His Syllabus is very clear and to the point. All you have to do is read and do the workbook pages by the test date (also can use them during test). Responds to emails in a timely fashion. Easiest online class ever.
Good class overall, sends out the syllabus before classes even start so you know what you are getting yourself in to when you take this course. Choice of essays or tests for the 3 required assessments, in addition to the 3 unit workbook assignments. Tests are subjective so note that, but a lot of the answers come from the workbook pages.
Only grades were 3 exams and 3 workbook page assignments. Lets you use the workbook pages but still pretty difficult. If you're looking for a class that doesn't have too much work, I suggest this class and teacher.
Do not take his class, he is to hard. I think he enjoys failing students.
I took this class in fall semester as a 12 wk express class. 3 unit test and workbook assignments due the whole semester. Do the work and pass.
Youre graded only on tests/essays and workbook pages. What I liked is that you could choose between an essay or a test for your assignments. I always chose essays- and theyre required to be quite long. I took his class online, but overall, it was a nice experience. I never had a problem with him. Overall, I would take his class again.
A true gem if you are looking for an instructor to share his chops on more than just the subject. A professor who cares about the whole students experience. Lectures can be a bit dry unless you interact. That is when the instructor shines.
Do workbook pages and study and you will pass easy
I took an online class with Baglione and all there is to it is three exams and worksheets that coincide with the exams. You must buy the textbook written by him, which is solely what the class is based off of. There is no interaction with him other than getting graded and his confirmation of receipt of worksheets. Easy for those who like to read.
Great Class!
You have an option of writing essays or taking tests. I just did the essays and worksheets and I did fine. He's a very nice guy.
He doesnt tell you beforehand but he doesnt help you with anything you read the textbook he wrote on your own and take a timed 50 question test on that. SO HARD. Dont take his online class
Terrible professor overall. Speaks to students in a condescending disrespectful manner. Does not own up to his mistakes on quizzes/exams and instead attacks the students intelligence. By far the worst professor I have ever had.
Frank is not happy with his life and takes it out on his students. Do not ask questions or correct his mistakes as it will only lead to him acting like a snob. Be prepared for mass amounts of typos. Buddy is overdue on retirement
this class consisted of 12 quizzes and 3 tests. the tests were 50 questions and pretty hard because of the length of the questions and they would trick you. the book you buy is written by him so you have to buy it
Assignments are critical thinking style- All answers are the correct answers but which one makes more sense style questions. If you submitted an essay in place of the exams there was no feedback so you do not know where you went wrong. You can make it work but if you normally get A's probably will not happen with him and it is not you, it's him!
Professor Baglione was incredibly fair and accommodating. He provides clear instructions and was very lenient with due dates. I feel he was very dedicated (i mean he wrote his own text book) and graded fairly. There are absolutely no take backs on quizzes, but overall this class is an easy A-B, you just have to actually study.
Very straightforward and not much work. Lots of reading, but important things are in bold in the book so it's easy to know what to focus on. Not a bad professor, but not amazing, either.
Professor franks class is sooo easy if you just show up. He assigns no homework and his tests are alll online
He only did 10 quizzes that were not honorlocked. They were worded so difficult that I never made higher than a C on any of them even though I have all A's in the rest of my courses. He did adjust each one to match the course average so it could go up by a point or so. He has two writing assignments that are kind of confusing but didn't grade hard.
Seem completely disorganized, doesn't understand how canvas works. Over explains things to the point it complicates things. Deletes assignment expectations after it's been submitted and expects writing assignments to be submitted through email. Quizzes are a joke, he gives two similar answers, don't pick the one verbatim from the text book
Quizzes are a joke, he gives two similar answers, don't pick the one verbatim from the text book you'll get it wrong. Tends to come off as condescending, try not to ask ignorant questions.
Insane work for absolutely no reason.
Don't take this class if don't know everything there is to know about it beforehand. There is no history. It's just all in Frank's world. Don't be shocked when you fail quizzes. Since he wrote his own textbook, the answers are all extremely stylistic. Absolutely be ready to read and put up with lots of grammatical errors from a snob of an old man.
Professor Baglione's course was pretty easy! His syllabus was very direct in what he expects as well as guidelines for the pace at which this course should be taken. He provided study guides for each quiz and the study guide is exactly like what each quiz is going to be.
Professor Baglione's class has a steep learning curve, but with dedication and using helpful study tools like unstuck AI, it's manageable. Attend lectures, read the textbook, and you'll do well.
This class isn't for those who hate reading. expect to read your entire textbook. every answer can be found in the text for quizzes. really interesting writing assignments. i was able to finish the entire class in a week due to being able to work at whatever pace you want.
