Do not take this class unless you want a hard class and be bored out of your mind. I wanted to die during class, so long. He doesn't help at all, unless you kiss his butt, which I didn't. The HW is long, and you have to do TONS of reading. Don't take Anatomy at GW unless you HAVE to. Tests are so hard, I never knew anyone who got an A in a test.

Half the time he leaves you in the lab to "learn with the models" but if you don't know what you're suppose to be doing with them, how are you suppose to learn? If this is your first class in the medical field forget it. His tests are super hard and have three parts to them. If you don't have a photographic memory, good luck surving. :P

Hard class, but there is a lot of extra credit. It will hard not to get an A if you attend class and keep up with the work book.

Had him this summer & it was the most interesting class I have ever taken! He really makes his students interact & you WILL make a few close friends. This is anatomy, so of course you have to study people! But he's pretty lenient & offers alot of extra credit. It's hard NOT to earn an A if you do the work. Workbook is time consuming but helps alot

The workbook was very large and needed some editing/updating. Expect a lot of group activities/going up in front of the class. Offers a lot of extra credit, so an A is possible. He refused to give the class back any of our test scores the entire semester. Even at the end of the semester he only gave us our final total points and our grade.

He is a nice guy but be prepared to not learn much. He lectures a lot but it goes in one ear and out the other because there is so much to listen to. Be prepared to do a lot of practicals in front of the whole class by yourself. He likes to put you on the spot...very smart and knows his stuff but likes to talk about stories and esp his daughter...s

Ok..600 pg workbook must be filled out by end of semester, quiz almost every week(HARD) 20 <?> every quiz has vocab words to memorize and paired with an Essay due that day, quizes are fill in the blank. Midterm 100 pts, Final 200pts 4 Practicals 3 of which are group, so u must name things in front of the class. Lots of work but A is possible.

Work book is redundant, technically have to rewrite the text book into the work book. Time consuming, expect a lot out of students. Tests are hard. Quizes every week, fill in the blanks. If you miss one words, you will miss the whole question (2 to 3 blanks per questions)

I enjoyed his class. You do need to attend as he stamps your workbook randomly. Unlike others I found the workbook to be helpful because you are forced to read the material. As far as level of diffuculty--you NEED to learn EVERYTHING. He does not lecture with PPT or an outline which makes you responsible for the material.Wears a relevant tshirt.

Anatomy is NOT easy! So Baker is the best professor to take it with! Best advice: KEEP UP W/ THE WORKBOOK! You get behind - you're screwed! He turns a lot of quizzes into group quizzes in front of the class. If u don't know ur stuff - he'll embarrass u and grill u until u know it - then u'll never forget it again=) Easy to get a B, work hard 4 an A

Awesome professor. KEEP UP with your workbook or will be screwed big time!! STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!! Attendance is a must, you learn so much. Quizzes are hard! But they are in group, some at least. Do it all on your own don't depend on others!

I love Frank. I recommend this class to anyone going into the health care profession. He motivated you to succeed and to do your best. No Anatomy class is easy, but the 4 hours in this class went by quick, and were fun!

Prof Baker is an AMAZING teacher. He holds everyone in his class to a very high standard. DO YOUR WORKBOOK! It's time consuming and feels like busy work sometimes, but in the end you will have learned a ton. There's a lot of group work and you will definitely spending a lot of time with your classmates outside of class. A great class!

I got an A but learned little. Lecture time is wasted with digressions. The workbook is busy work (word search puzzles, etc). Google and the book are better with plentiful, rich diagrams. Some exams are done in groups. You don't know your grade standing until the end of the course. The course's one redeeming quality is that it's relatively easy.

Class was easy as long as you studied on your own time. Have time to work on the workbook. All quizzes were decent, but don't get too caught up on failing a quiz or two. Really aren't worth that much, and most can be recovered via extra credit, practicals, or final. Let's say, overall, class was good. Interesting class. Everyone good luck.

I am taking him currently in Fall 2010. The workbook is long, but if you keep up you should be fine. Beware of the sexual jokes. You MUST be an independent worker. Gives some extra credit. Quizes are hard, but don't worry if you dont do so well on one or two. I would take Baker again if I could. Great teacher.

Class is designed to teach folks how to study...hence the workbork. Honestly, I felt like I was in kindergarten with the way Frank holds your hand throughout the course. The subject is easy, but the course is full of bs work and is a waste of time.

One of the only influential community college professors I had. I probably used his name in vain several times and I hated him during class, but that's only because he made us work so hard. He improved my study skills tremendously and I can attribute much of my success to him. For health majors, this class will give you an edge in ALL future classe

He does NOT give out extra points at the end 'cause he likes u..don't listen to others who say so. Do NOT fall behind in the booklet, get along w/him, DO ALL the extra credit, and be prepared for Practicals. 1st Prac: group. 2nd:partner 3rd: group 4th and 5th: On your own. He is truly a wonderful teacher!!!

Awesome professor!! Cares about students, his quizes and practicals are hard but he gives you lots of EC. First day of class he lays it all out: it's going to be tough-you need to keep up-focus and stay diligent. I took physiology first which really helped me bc I took Anatomy over the sum. Be ready to donate your entire life to Anatomy. Good luck!

Honestly, he treats you like he owns you during the course. I think the only reason why some people like him is if they either kissed his ass and got an A or if they shouldve ended up with a c and got a B. I got a B and I did much better work then someone I know who got an A, I also know someone who got a C that did as much work as I did...

I am a reasonable person, Ive taken all the pre nursing courses... none of them were like his.. they were all normal teachers, baker is not normal.. seriously.. on the first day of class he told parents to reconsider what they wanted to do..take his class or parent. hes got emotional issues and is hubris!! its actually sad.

So. Much. Work. If you take his class, be prepared to spend a lot of money (~$300) on textbooks, online codes, and his lab manual. The manual is 600 pages and he expects you to complete the entire thing (it's A LOT of busy work). Doesn't go over much and lets you teach yourself. HARD CLASS, so don't take any other classes while taking Baker.

He's an awesome guy and a fun teacher (if you like inappropriate jokes) There is a lot of hw but if you do it.... you'll get a good grade on the quiz.
