The tests are very very easy truly speaking. I once really study at got 110%. Tests come mainly from your notes, listen to him. Also the calculator is allowed always, even though he never mentions about it but you can use it because I always use it's fine. He doesn't care. So study, take notes, and come to class. You will get an A for show!!

Jones can be difficult to get along with. He's an older man with his own ideas about how the world is (or should be). Taking his class requires some maturity on a student's part, as he can be crotchety - and the homework is all self-directed. I did great in this class because I studied the book carefully and attended class.

After one week of class, I paid no more attention and just went on my phone. He just reads off the textbook. He's really boring and not interesting at all. VERY STUBBORN. Although the class is easy itself, it'll be hard to learn with him teaching. DON'T TAKE THIS PROFESSOR.

He is a poor teacher for multiple reasons. First, he has poor handwriting, only writes in cursive, and only uses the chalkboard. Second, he has problems doing arithmetic so he constantly is making mistakes. Third, he spends class doing proofs and little to no actual practice problems. To get a good grade students have to learn/study on their own.

here is a perfect example of a hopeless teacher. he doesnt follow the book, doesnt teach the material, just highly specific examples of a problem, usually involving sinh and cosh, and his test are not easy. the only good thing is his curve is massive, but there is a reason y the curve is so large, no one gets the right answers

His teaching style is shut up, listen, don't ask questions, and study yourself because you should already know it. His pace of teaching is extremely slow and problem specific. The worst professor I've ever seen or heard of. If you take it get a tutor.

You are expected to work on the exercises in the text corresponding to subject, bringing to following class any questions you have. He readily answers questions, & gives AMPLE review time before each test. Problem is, most the class does not come prepared, does not ask questions, thus bombing test. So study up! Overall, I like him. Funny guy too

Class is extremely boring. He mostly goes over the equations of how to solve problems but never actually goes over problems and examples. The learning is basically needed to be done by yourself. Hard grader and constant mistakes causing confusion. And unfairly short amount of time given for tests and quizzes. STRONGLY ADVISE to NOT take his class.

Dropped his class the first week. Could barely understandhear what he's saying. The dude next to me even complains how this instuctor confuses him with things he already know. He's also strict. Whenever someone asks a question he would cut them off and tell them he's not yet talking about that subject. Ugh. Goodluck to people taking his class.

Boring class and not a very good teacher. Most of the class was confused and didn't understand what he was saying or teaching. When someone would ask a question, he couldn't here them and goes on with the lesson. He makes a lot of mistakes even on simple math and people have to keep correcting him. Also, he contradicts himself so no one understands

As many others have said, he constantly makes mistakes and contradicts himself. He also often gives unassigned pronouns so no one knows what he's talking about ("this I just combined with that right there but make sure it's not there or that"). Tests are not about what we went over in class, and he can't hear or understand any questions asked.

HAHA this class was a joke. Literally showed up half the time. If i did show up I'd leave halfway through class. Super easy tests, and really boring lectures. Just take him if you need to pass any precalc classes or if youre good at math. If you really wanna learn take someone else. AVOID HIM.
