Terrible teacher. Never have I tried so hard in a class and saw no result. If you don't get the hang of the first test, you won't the entire semester. If you think taking geology is an easy substitute compared to the other science credits, think again. And take another course.

At first I was furious. A lot of his answers are dependent on his own word games. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's a system that can be mastered. Not that hard, folks. And every attendance and daily homework is extra credit. He's a sweet guy, too.

If you do not like to study, do not take this class. I found I had to study every day for this class because of the volume of information. However, if you study hard and get used to the tests, you'll do fine. Geology is a good class to take because you can use it in your daily life and it's not just all about rocks, believe me.

I took Dr. Kujawa's Geology course way back in 1996. One of the hardest courses I ever took. It relies heavily on critical thinking and logic, so if you learn by rote memorization (as I do) you will be miserable in this course (I got a D). As I recall, he is a stickler about attendance and penalizes students with 50% or greater absenteeism.
