Class is a joke with him. He makes is soooo clear that u have to be slow to do poorly. He gives formulas for exams and practice exam questions beforehand. Lets u answer ur cell phone in class & lets you out of class early. Takes attendance. Real NICE GUY

his teaching style is horrendous. miss a few hw and u will be screwed out of an A like me. in my class, there was a weird incident where he accused a student of cheating when he wasnt. he is nice but goes by the books.

If your a stat major stay away from his class. If ur just taking him because its a requirment higly recommend, just do his homeworks and the tests are easy average is 95. He teaches the non stat majors what they need to know doesnt teach the unneeded stuf

Like everyone says if you don't get an A in this class you don't really belong in Business school. he's soo easy the Home work is the test just do it a couple of times and you're fine. He goes really slow to make sure you understand do you have no problem

He's a great teacher. At first, you'll think that he's mean but later you get to realize that he's the greatest teacher that ever existed in Baruch. Do the homeworks cuz the exams are almost similar and he practically gives you the exam on the review.

If you get anything less then a "B" (though even a "B" is stretching it low for this guy)... I suggest filling out an application to McD's and dropping out of college. Hopefully you won't spell your name wrong on the application. Easy class.

once you come to class and understand all the work in class you get an easy A. But you have to come to class he changes things in the book so you have to be in class to understand.

Such a wonderful professor. He makes statistics easy. The exams are not hard because he teaches very well. Come to class and you will get an A. Very funny too, I took this class on a friday morning and I am glad I did because this is the best professor at baruch. Take him.

Excellent Professor! Easy A. Lets you bring a cheat sheet to exam. Exams based on homework. He teaches you what you need to know. Homework=10%, Project =10%, Exams 80%. Definately take him if you can! I took him Friday mornings and absolutely a wonderful class! Very laid back class.

He was a very easy and good professor. Exams based on homework assignments. I didn't understand why we learned the formulas though. I got an A in the class, but that's only because I knew how to plug numbers into a formula. If knowing why you learn something isn't important, he's the best professor

great professor, great guy. the homeworks are short and easy..do them and get an A on all of the tests. he checks the homeworks and then changes the #s and transfers them to the tests. allows a cheat sheet, so u basically have the test right in front of you. easy class, and simplifies statistics for everyone.

Nice man. Really knows his stuff. Does not make the class complicated, actually simplifies formulas for you and doesn't bother teaching you the bulls't that other professors make you learn. FYI, do all the homeworks and dont miss class, or else you will regret it. makes work so easy that sometimes it seems hard, just follow his directions EXACTLY

Easy exams:true because of cheat sheet; Easy grader:I don't think so especially on the exams and homeworks. You won't learn much in this class. Take his class if you don't really care about statistics but an easy A is all you're looking for. Even with the cheat sheet you've still got to study so don't get mislead.

3 tests 5 problems each and you get to take a study guide with you into the test

best professor ever!i came in on fridays just to take his class. he lets u use a cheat sheet on his tests. u have to be completly retarted if u dont get an A in his class. this semester, he broke his hip with a week left to the semester and he said that ppl who had an A, which was mostly everyone coming in wouldnt have to take the final. TAKE HIM!!

Course is very hard and the material is very complicated. But Professor makes it easy to understand. He skips a lot of material, so you won't spend your time studying all unnecessary material. I hardly recommend him. He is a great person as well.

A high school freshman could get an easy A in his "Stats for Dummies" class. He barely teaches anything and allows cheat sheets on the tests, which are the same problems from the homework, just dumbed down. Sure it's great if you don't care but if you want more out of the class, take someone else.

VERY good prof. and a great person. He broke his hip this semester, and I hope he will feel better soon and come back to teach. Highly recommend. Teaches you only staff that you need to know, you can bring notes to the test. Do homework!

Great Teacher. Great Class. He doesn't clutter the class with unnecessary topics that isn't used in the real world. The class itself is somewhat boring but it is easy to get an A. Before buying the text book check tosee if it is on reserve. Because you only use it for the homework problems.

This is an easy "A", if you do the hw. He goes over the hw every week and his test are almost identical to the problems he assigns. There's also a review class before every exam. Let's you use cheat cheat. I think more than half of the class got A. Highly Recommended.!!

What can I say, EASY EASY EASY! But you don't learn much and he gives out a very stupid and annoying project worth 10% of the final grade. Dont ruin your gauranteed A by not doing this project though.

he is easy but you do not learn much , he only want you to copy the H.W Qu into the tests, i do not understand his point, the good thing about him is that he let you pring a page of paper to the 4 tests, he take AT on time,and gives 10 point for project whice is very easy, and 10 point for H.W.i got an A but if you ask me what i learned, NOTING.

I want to say that he is bad but he IS good in a way. He excludes topics that Friedman includes in her tests He clarifies questions if you ask them in class If you do all the HW and probs in the Lecture Notes then you wont have a problem. But his tests are MC so no partial credit D: Exam I is 25%; II is 30%; III is 20%; HW+Quiz+Final Proj is 25%

Easy A if you do all your homework and study for the exams using the textbook/homeworks.

He tries very hard to explain everything but some people expect to be taught like in middle school. I am taking the online course with Pro. Frankel, the exams for the face2face class and the online ones are almost exactly the same. So far 2 perfect scores in midterms. I know i'll be getting an A. Take the online course! no attendance and very easy

He teaches from the powerpoint and uses the whiteboard to explain to use problems where we have to use step by step solving. Gives us 5 online homework and 5 exams but drops the lowest 2-3 grades. My advice is to read the sections in the textbook that he taught the following day or beforehand to make it more clearer. Would recommend.

It was a pretty easy class. He lets you bring cheat sheets to exam. Just write everything out and you're good to go.

He lets you bring notes to use for the exams. For the math parts it's very helpful, but for the word or definition answers, you have to study a bit harder, since those are the tricky questions. Homework not mandatory, but you should do it for extra credit. He really just goes over the book, so use the book as much as you can to prep
