This is my 3rd time taking Sainvil and each time his class gets better! What distinguishes him from all the other BORING science teaches is his ability to keep students interested. Its a true art form HE IS BY FAR the BEST teacher @ Broward. You will learn, laugh and love this class! If you pay attention, STUDY, and attend class you will get an A!

By far one of the best professors teaching at Broward College, he explains everything in a way you understand it...uses examples, tells stories, tells jokes etc. He does an excellent job of keeping you interested--I wish I would have found him sooner!! And I would absolutely take him again.

Is the class easy? No...it is possible to get a good grade? yes grading scale? its fair. professor? he is an excellent one. what grade did i get? an "A". How much did i study? Professor Sainville has the ability to keep his students interested in whatever he's teaching by co-relating life with anatomy. I feel that he is the absolute best teacher that BC has to offer and you leave his class learning more than you expected. He is awesome and very knowledgeable and anyone that is considering taking his class SHOULD!!!

If you think you will walk into this man's class and leave with an easy "A", you're crazy. You have to study your butt off and show him you deserve it. He's the best and you would be a fool not to take him. He makes learning the anatomy extremely fun and most importantly you leave his class with alot of great information that you will have for life

This professor is the BEST PROFESSOR AT BROWARD COLLEGE! He is the reason why I decided to switch into the science field! He loves what he does, he loves his student and he is soooooooo funny! I mean Anatomy is hard! And you still have to study but taking a hard class with a funny professor actually made me enjoy going to class! TAKE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

He is an overall awesome teacher. His way of teaching keeps its intersting and is a very funny guy. Do the extra credit it helps so much. The test are not straight forward and are pretty hard I would recommend studying like 2 weeks in advance for them. But overall love this teacher and anatamy is hard class what do u expect=)

GREAT Professor! Keeps the class fun and interesting. One of the best classes I have taken. I wish I could take him again next semester. Read the chapters, study the PPT and do the extra credit and online practice. You will get an easy A this way :) Good Luck!

Proffesor Sainvil is a good teacher but he has no review for his test which has 80 questions;(. overall he gives you extra credit and also if you go to his office he will help you study. If you have somewhat a understanding of anatomy go on ahead and take him but if you don't than good look in his class.

Prof Sainvil is a commendable teacher.This subject is a challenege but if your willing to learn,hell help.He knows his subject very well...dont try to correct him lol you have to be consistent with your studying in order to pass this class...He offers extra credit..but no review packets...you have to pay much attention. I miraculousy recieved a B.

Prof. Sainvil is a great teacher. He is very funny guy and uses interesting anologies to make students uderstand things easily. His tests come with 80 multiple choice questions and gives extra credits. Anatomy is not an easy subject, but he made it interesting, and I got an A.Pay extra attention to what he writes on the board.

I LOVE this professor. He makes A&P very easy to understand. He gives several opportunites to pass the calss. A make up exam and extra credit points on each exam. If you do not pass this class or do well in his class it's becasue you are absoutley lazy & ridicilous. Pay attention to things he says are very important becasue it will be on the exam.

Professor Sainvil is a great professor, he is very helpful to the students, gives a lot of practice assignments that are not mandatory but will definitely prepare you. Extra credit on tests. He has a great sense of humor and is always making class fun. The only thing is he has a heavy accent and calls on students randomly to see if your on point.

Who ever is picking classes I recommend you to def take this professor. Hes one of the Best, the thing some people dont understand about Prof Sainvil is that he see's life easy and humorous. Professor Sainvil is a good professor, but I don't think he's the best. Students like to blame his heavy accent as the main reason for failin his class but its really because they don't study. This class requires a lot of hard work and studying. Don't take him if you aren't in the medical field or if you're looking for an easy A. His test are hard.

While I came to love his class, I will say that his teaching style is not for everyone. His tests are very hard, but he really pushes you to learn. His accent is very heavy, but after a couple weeks you don't even notice. He is extra generous with extra credit and wants you to do well in is class!

Took him for both 1085 and 1086. He gives a lot of opportunities to get an A. You have to be willing to study and read the text. But the online resources really help. I really learned a lot in the class. Got A's both semesters. One of the best Prof at BC.

He is the funniest teacher i have ever met! Anatomy lecture with him is a blast. I was so lucky to get into his anatomy class for summer session, as it was full to the max! His classes are always full so sign up early! But for sure take him!!!

Took his Lab. Great Prof. He is funny, Has a Thick accent but you can still understand. His class was easy and fun. Take this class with him and you will do fine. If you really try you can get an A. I barely did anything and I got a B. Just make sure you study for the Final.

Awesome Professor! Most definitely the best that I have had at BC. Don't get caught up in the accent...you get used to it fast. Make sure that you do the online homework, study the PowerPoints and write down everything he says about the exams! If you take the time and study for this class, then there is no reason why you couldn't pass.

If you are going into nursing take this professor, studied the PPS that he told us passed the class with an A, got perfect score in A&P part of the HESI. Very easy class.

had this guy for both a&p 1 lecture and lab. great teacher helps u get the material using jokes and life experiences. does have a thick accent but with time u should get used to it. make sure to do the online e.c quizes and study alot outside of class.

Great Pro. great class. He does way more than other professor. makes class fun and easier not harder like other pro. Lots of extra credit and study materials. A or B if you just read or go over power point notes. A&P 1-2 is hard but he makes it easier. breaks it down to life experiences so you can remember them forever not just later.

Awesome Professor! This class was entertaining and funny! His style of teaching is like no other! He knows what he's talking about. This is one of the best professors I have ever taken online. He is very helpful and answers emails quickly. He gives extra credit, and you have two chances to take his quizzes. Rate the professor-not the subject! I have never had a professor who cared about the success of his students as much as this man does. His recorded lectures, connect questions and game shows are provided as supplements which he puts together outside of his 9 to 5. If you're lucky enough to actually get into one of his classes - appreciate it.

He's absolutely the best anatomy professor you could get. His lectures are available for you to review at home but it's so worth coming to class to have a great laugh and understand the concepts at the same time. Do not slack off, study hard because the tests are not the easiest. Classes are review, so view lectures at home several times!

So glad I decided to take this course with this professor. Anatomy is not easy at all, but this professor helped us out so much. He gives four exams and a makeup to replace lowest score and he also gives extra credit. You have to study though an A won't just come easy. Taking him for part 2 in the summer.

4 test 3 chapters each + 1 make updrop lowest grade test. Quiz after each chapter. Connect extra credit. Recorded lectures in Connect to use at home. Uses PP! Heavy accent but you get used to it. Funny. Rewards hard study and effort. Grading is straight forward and no surprises. Wish he would be teaching micro, chemistry and bio. Take him!!!

Took him for two semester and got a B+ in both. If you don't watch the videos or do connect you fail. Connect is 8+ pts on test, 3 test plus a "make up" aka important chapters (replaces lowest grade) and quizzes per ch. Accent heavy but it becomes second nature. Like he says he gives you everything what you do with it is up to you.

Pro. Sainvil is the funniest professor I have ever had. No one fell asleep in his class at 8 a.m. because he is a comedian. He knows his stuff and always has a smile on. You have 5 exams with one make up exam. Anatomy is not easy so study a lot. I needed the class for my reg. AA and it was my favorite class of all time because of him. A must take.

Took him for BSC 2085 & BSC 2086 Lectures and got an A in both! I'm so thankful i took his class. I learned a lot and it was really interesting. I took BSC2086 in 6 weeks. It was a lot in such a short time but if you STUDY you will be fine. 4 exams, one makeup to replace lowest score, quizzes and extra credit. I studied the powerpoints.

Anatomy is easy, but it is time consuming. -Watch the online lectures. -It's quicker to study off of the powerpoints than to read from the book. -He gives 9 EC points on exams for doing 3 connect assignments. -Exam Qs come from the online game show -Exams are really easy, the same questions show up multiple times.

I would take that class any day. It's anatomy, you need to study. He explains clearly, and if you need help go to him, He really want the best for you. Really easy class. I rarely go to the book, only when I need to memorize something. All I did was paying attention. Easy A... Great great teacher.

HE IS AMAZINGGGGGGGG. If you want to be a nurse and willing to work to learn your anatomy take him. His lectures are so funny you will be dying but at the end, you would have learned so much I took for Anatomy 1 and 2 and there was never a chance I regretted taking him. I love him so much I'm going to beg him to teach micro the following semester.

Absolutely love him, very funny, makes learning easier with all the tips and examples that he gives relating to subject matter. Gives extra credit to help bring up your grade, I took his class -fast track (a lot of work) but doable. I would sure do another class with him.

Adore him. Makes anatomy fun, taking for anatomy 2. A lot of work, but any anatomy class you will take will be. Puts online lectures, you need an Eclicker.

Professor Sainvil is an amazing Anatomy & Physiology teacher. I took him for Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2. He has an accent but he talks clearly and he is fair with grades. He gives an 8 point curve on tests if you do the connect assignments. He likes to joke around & will call on you if it looks like you're not paying attention.

The best professor you want to take for Anatomy and Physiology I & II!!!! You don't just learn but will understand the human body. He provides useful resources that is also beneficial for the Lab class, you will not fall asleep in his class!!! Study and you will achieve the grade you deserve! Yes, this A&P is tough. However, Dr. Sainvil makes the class as easy and as fun as he can. If youre not majoring in science or medicine I dont recommend, but if you need to learn and understand Anatomy, he is deffinitely the person to go to. Best A&P Professor there is!!! Once you get used to his accent you'll breeze through the class!! There are 4 tests and a bunch of quizzes. There is no hw but if you do connect he gives 10 points extra credit on each test. He drops the lowest grade and replaces it with a make up test.

Great Professor !! A&P is not a easy course but his teaching style helps you understand the physiology of anatomy. He wants all his students to pass so he gives a lot of opportunity to pass the course. Professor Sainvil is awesome! I loved his class and I would take his class again. He gives great examples and he made me believe that if I could pass A&P 1&2 then I'm able to pass any class! 4 test (1 makeup to replace lowest grade) 10 quizzes that he gives you the answer to most of them or makes us answer it out loud.

He has a strong Haitian accent BUT you get used to it and you can always ask him to repeat, he is super nice. He is the best. 4 exams. 10 quizzes. One make up exam that replaces lowest grade. So very lucky that I had him for BSC2085 & BSC2086! I love this man!! He is a great professor. He breaks the topic down, & use jokes and antidotes to help me successfully remember a lot of material. Just be sure to listen to all of his online lectures a couple of times, & print out his power point notes (use a highlighter to mark important points).

He is hilarious and always happy! I miss him! There's 4 tests and 13 quizzes, he gives extra credit on the tests if you do the online activities. He lectures in class and online. DO NOT take him for the 6 week session esp. if you have other classes. A LOT of studying. This is not an easy A class, he makes work for it. An A/B is possible though!

A&P can be challenging, but this professor explains everything in a way you won't forget. I did not like him at the beginning because he has a different sense of humor. Overall, there was 16 quizzes, 4 major tests, connect assignments for extra credit, and a makeup replacement exam if you need it. If you put in effort, you will get an A.

He's really carefree and funny when he teaches. He makes you interested in his lectures and his jokes and little life lessons are both inspirational and hilarious. Attendance is not mandatory, but you will miss very important information to know either for your exam or HESI. Our exams will computer generated, and they were a little bit hard. As a Fast Track, it was A LOT to study for. Do not take as fast track if you have more than 2 classes in the same 8 weeks. He's funny, and asks questions to engage.

Doc S is a tough instructor, but there is never a dull moment. Make sure he gets to know you. Participate and attend.

Dr.Sainvil cares for the people that take his class and he wants you to pass. His exams are a bit difficult so you have to read and study a lot, but it is totally possible to get an A. He also curved a lot of our grades at the end because he sees we were really trying. If you show the efforts and are not lazy, he will help you out.

Professor Sainvil was not that bad, 13 quizzes all were non-proctored (5 exams were proctored though, 5th one is optional to replace a lower exam grade), 4 discussions, 4 homework assignments in auto grade system (gives 2 attempts). Overall, it was a smooth process, study hard for those exams though 100%.

professor sainvil was amazing! truly my favorite professor, he explained things in the textbook in a way that was easy for us to understand and remember. he gives extra credit which helps so much and he's even put quiz and tests dates for later when we asked. he's the best!

He's a great teacher makes sure each student understands before moving on! Never has a teacher who actually cares if you get it or not and breaks things down to make things simpler to understand.

He is a really funny guy and his lectures are amazing. students get extra 10 points on each exam if they complete the connect assignment. For example, if you got an 86 on the test and completed the connect your grade changes to a 96 on the test. you also have 5 test exams but test 5 is optional you can take it to replace your lowest test grade.

Professor Sainvil has a unique teaching style, but engaging with it can really pay off. His exams are challenging, so staying on top of the textbook and attending class are a must. Unstuckstudy AI was a lifesaver for me - definitely check it out!

This professor is great if you like to teach yourself and do not want a lot of homework. He gives 4 exams and a 5th optional exam to boost your grade. This professor is overall absent the entire course and responds rather rudely over email. He does NOT care about you. If you do not mind a lack of professor, this course was light and easy.

Great lectures, he makes funny jokes/references which kind of make the material stick imo. Wouldn't be a good online class, but as an in person one he is pretty good. 5 exams, one optional, no final/midterm, and hw is optional. The only non optional items are quizzes 10 pts each and exams 200 pts each.

I had taken this professors online course for BSC2085 and though I never met him personally, he was always understanding. With each email I send, he responds within hours, and his class is not that hard. Just make sure you keep up with the work as there are specific due dates per module. I would recommend.

Lectures are uploaded online so you can listen without attending class. Online tests only, but they are difficult.

I loved having Prof. Sainvil for BSC2086, I wish I had him for BSC2085! If you want to pass Anatomy, TAKE HIS CLASS. I took the online course, you have to really study for the exams but duh it's Anatomy. The tests aren't tricky like some teachers, if you take notes and study you'll do well. Studying flashcards on Quizlet is also really helpful!

I wish I knew about him being a great professor before signing up for anatomy 2. He is very fair with curving some exams and he gives out a ton of extra credit. Any anatomy class you take is hard, so I still had study a lot but he always emphasizes he only asks questions on exams that you would really need to know in the medical field.

He is a good teacher, His online textbooks and resources go in depth and are very useful. He is an easy grader and curved some of my exams, however he would not respond to any of my emails, I had a family emergency and could not take one of the exams and he would not respond to any email, text, anything. Other than that it was okay.
