It's hard to see this guy as a professor. He is down to earth, willing to listen and thoughtful. He was helpful in and out of class. It was nothing for students to hang around after class. Not for a few minutes, but hours. The class rocks. I gave him a hot rating, not for appearance, but for the way he brings life and insight to the class.

Very patience, especially with students like me from other cultures. I feared this class. I hate to talk in front of people because of my accent. Master D reminded us that everyone has an accent, so get over that fear. By the end of the term I was actually looking forward to make my speeches. He is right there for you.

He should be doing stand up. He spares no one. Makes you think about words and how even inflection or tone defines impact of what we say. Extremely useful in everyday conversation. It takes a while to realize how he uses humor to bring home the seriousness of speaking effectively while being at ease. Things I never thought about.

Nothing bad to say. Goodclass. I got over my fears of talking. The teacher is straight arrow, but some classes are constant laughs ashe talks about himself and what we need to know. Very practical and worth taking. He keeps reminding us that we're doomed so what do we care what other people think. Very liberating.

Great class. People actually work together and come up with amazing videos on group projects. Only class where technology (videos, power point, editing) use is preferred, so it's a very useful class, plus the nine speeches. It was kind of sad tonight. Last class. before finals. I have already recommended this class to my friends.
