He seems to be very hard. I withdrew from his class the first week. So Idk.

Professor Muller is good. He grades firmly, but it's easy if you just follow directions. He tells you exactly what he wants and if you do that its an easy A. The class is a lot of work. The business plan is a BIG project! I would take him again.

He grade hard on paPErs. i think he to stikt on me. Take point off for speling and the Grammer. He help me i need lot of help too Pass

Professor Muller was a wonderful instructor. He told us what he wants and class was and breeze. I needed some extra help and he took the time to help on several occasions. He responds to emails very quickly and grades firm but fair. He makes you work for an "a" in his class. I would take another class with him anytime.

He is very nice and helpful. Grades fairly and always told me how to improve. He uses APA style and always says that he expects college level writing. He responds quickly and is very up beat. The milestone project is a lot of work.

One of the best teachers I have had at SNHU. He actually has a clue. He is easy to understand and to the point. I would take any class that he teaches and I highly recommend him. The class is a lot of work but he makes it fun and interesting by relating the topics to real-world scenarios.

On a scale of 1 to 10 and ten being the best he is a 9.5. A really good teacher . His downfall is he doesn't give A's away. He makes us work hard to get an A. I learned a lot and he was very helpful. One of the better teachers at Southern New Hampshire University.

This is a business class but he takes a lot of points off for spelling, references, APA stuff. He was very nice and helped me many times. You must read the book. He strictly follows the rubrics. Overall he is good quality.

OL-317 is a lot of work. He told us exactly what we needed to do to be successful before the first day of class. If you follow directions he is fairly easy. He says that you will need to go above and beyond to get an A, but it wasn't really that hard. He always wants us to elaborate and to think before we complete assignments.

He is a great professor! Helps students with anything and everything. He is also fair with work, but still challenges you. Definitely worth taking him for as many classes as possible, and keeping him as a contact.

Being completely honest I must say that I got a C- in his class. He tirelessly worked with me throughout the class and I just didn't understand the concepts. I am an adult learner and he went out of his way to tutor me on class work and other basic skills that were lackng He never gave up on me. I have requested to retake the class with him again.

Imho class was easy. His requirements are straightforward and he grades fairly. The one thing I noticed is that he expects college level work. I enjoyed his feedback and encouragement.

Interesting class. He really helped me understand how to better analyze financial statements. Brought in many great real life examples to apply to what we were learning. Hard grader but always willing to help outside of class. Wish I could take more classes with him.

First week and the grades are like boot camp, holy cow I was overwhelmed. By the second week I realized what he wanted and the rest of class was easy. I think it is all about reading and following directions. Super cool guy and knows his stuff. I would take him again.

He is great. Right now we are technically on winter break (school is closed) and he has been helping me on my project everyday. Professor Muller if you read this, I just wanted to say thank you and that I appreciate all of you help! He is a firm grader. He strictly adheres to APA guidelines.

As much as I want to hate on him for making me work hard, I just can't do it. I learned a lot in his class. I gained business knowledge and improved my writing. He is the first teacher @ SNHU to point out my writing and formatting problems. I am a better student because of him.

He told us "My door is always open.... and ....I always willing to help those that need help, but I will not do the work for you" While he grades firmly, he is very fair and lenient. He pushed me to improve with positive and clear motivation. He is a firm grader but not hard. His feedback is positive and easy to comprehend. I highly recommend him. Class OL-317 has a lot of writing and Professor Muller grades writing and APA very very firmly.

You need to follow APA format COMPLETELY in this course, but Mr. Muller is always there to help you when needed. He grades consistently based on rubrics and established guidelines. If you mess up after reading his feedback, it's your fault, because he is helpful and specific. Loved having him for class and would choose him again.

The epitome of a business teacher. He knows his stuff and yet he is so down to earth. He could be the best teacher I have ever had. He puts thing in terms that make sense and grades fairly. He NEVER made me feel bad or dumb. He ecourages questions and motivated me. He responds quickly to emails, calls , and texts.

I am telling you he is smart like scary smart but talks to us like normal people. I was that problem student that teachers fear. He did not hesitate to help me. His class was by far the most difficult so far at SNHU. So many long assignments. He is a standup guy. His grading was fair and borderline lenient as long as you follow the directions. Class is an easy A or high B if you just follow the directions. He is highly intelligent and doesn't tolerate excuses. If you need more time just ask.

Professor Franz is a gem. I am only halfway through QSO-300 and it is going great. Great teacher and genuinely helpful.

Nice enough fellow. He was always positive and helpful. Class is confusing but he was helpful. He was the only professor that has ever connected with me through skype. He shared his screen and we worked through the confusing parts together. I was and still am so appreciative.

Professor Franz is 100% by the book or in our case by the rubric. He provides detailed feedback on all assignments. He offers extended office hours and he responds quickly. My experience was good and based on that I recommend him.

I took Professor Muller's class a few terms ago and looking back, I now have deep appreciation for him and his commitment to us-his students. Having had some other teachers, I now see how great he really was. He is straight forward, knowledgeable, and caring. Can't ask for much more than that. Higher education needs more like him.

Just finished my first week with Professor Muller and I love this guy. Straight forward and very helpful so far. He provided clear and specific course guidelines. His communication has been better than I expected. I will update this once the course is complete.

Dr. Mueller treated me like a college student. I learned a lot from him his course. He spent several hours working with me one on one to improve my research and writing fundamentals. My only teacher that took the time to help me improve my areas of weakness. Such a nice man.

I like his style. He puts it all on the table. Do the minimum you may pass. Do the work you pass. Do it well and correctly and you can earn an A. At least that's how I understood it. I respect a professor that doesn't give A's away. Based on that I recommend him.

The course is a lot of work. So much work. The teacher was cool dude. Grading was fair. I would take him again. His style was matter of fact and without drama. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share his experiences. His expertise was helpful.

He is very chill and I dig that. Then does tell us how it is and that's cool. The book is wicked expensive and you need it to do the work. That's all folks!

Prof. Muller really challenged me in ways that other classes have not. His detailed feedback and one on one supports has improved my business knowledge, my college writing, and research skills. Before this class began I had no idea what a scholarly reference was nor the significance of proper APA formatting. Amazing teacher! Need more like him.

OL-317 was so much work. Lots and lots of writing, reading, and research. It was horrible. The professor was good and I felts as if he did his best to keep our spirits up despite all of the class work. I had a lot of questions and he was always courteous and helpful. He would actually follow up after assignments to see how things were going.

He makes you work for it, if you want an A. He was not terribly difficult. He tells you what he expects and that's what he wants. He is a stickler about submitting a complete assignment if you want full credit. He does provide paper templates that were so very helpful, OMG! So read the announcements, listen, and then its easy.

The class just started and I am loving this guy! He is the real deal, a business professional that can teach. Professor Muller has been all business all of the time. I simply love it. No games, no bs, completely professional. Before class even started he reached out to us to introduce himself and to explain his expectations for the semester.

He is firm. He is very consistent Grading seems to be fair and impartial. Quicky responds to questions and emails Has office hours and is reachable by text or phone. Provides one on one tutoring/assistance. Follows APA standards. I highly recommend him.

Real down to earth type of professor. He relates our assignments to real world situations and that really really helps. Grading is very firm but easy if you just read the syllabus and follow APA.
