Pretty laid back teacher. Gets a little off track but it always relates to material. Tons of extra credit. The only thing bad was the labs, the lab book sucked and he did not explain well. I always got high grades on class tests but lab tests were terrible! Just read the material you will be fine

This class is demanding of time, but worth it and is very interesting. You have to be a dedicated student to the material and ask questions. The professor is willing to help as long as the student is willing to work. I enjoyed the class. Just be prepared for each class and you should do fine.

The professor is well versed in the subject and seems to want to help students to the best of his ability. However, many students gripe about how his extra credit is dispersed. If you're a motivated student that doesn't mind studying, putting time into this class you will end up with a good grade.

This is not a free A. You earn the grade you get. I studied and got A's on every test and did the extra credit(which he does not have to offer people). He is not hard, he just wants you to learn it. overall a great motivator and super nice.

Mr. Crapse was probably the most helpful instructor that I have had in awhile! He gives out a lot of extra credit, which can tremendously boost your grade up. He will let you know what you need to study for the test. Very nice guy!

Overall, this class was pretty hard, but at the same time more interesting than most of the science classes I've had thus far. The professor is new at teaching, he does do well at helping if you ask him and the tests are easy if you study for them. He is a nice guy and seems to care about students grades.

Gave tons of extra credit, those that did not do well did not put forth the effort. Not an easy class you must study but he doesn't trick you, very clear about what will be on an exam. Class attendance is a must to get the info needed.

Good teacher come to class stay in class the whole time he will give you extra credit. It's a tough subject and a lot of material to go over but hang in there all you have to do is try and study the practicums are tough so STUDY. and the lecture tests if you just study and go over the stuff he tells you to go over you will do fine.

Professor Crapse is a great teacher. He is clear as far as what material is important. He is not the teacher that will give handouts; your grade must be earned. The amount of knowledge that I gained in his class is extraordinary! He gives good examples and mnemonics to help his students remember things. I'd love to take one of his classes again!

He's a good teacher, I took him in the fall. He gives a lot of info anatomy wise to you, and sometimes goes very deep in detail. His lab exams are hard. But he cares and wants you to do well as possible. His jokes are not that funny, but oh well. Nice guy knows his stuff and cares. I enjoyed his class. Not easy but a B is obtainable.

Professor Crapse is an awesome teacher! His lectures are long, but they are really informative and detailed. If you have questions, he'll answer them with a clear answer. If you miss class I suggest reading the high points in the text he gives out and go over the powerpoints so you understand what's going on. I loved this class!! He's pretty cool.

Professor Crapse was the only reason I am getting an A in physiology this semester. His class will prepare you for the ones to come later. He tells you exactly what you need to know for tests.

He is clear about what to study, gives extra credit that is relevant to the material and actually helps you in the long run. Tests are long but if you study everything he says, almost guaranteed an A. His mnemonics help with the material that is hard to remember.

Tests are spread out enough to where you have plenty of time to learn what you need! Extra credit is given alot. Answers all your questions. Pretty easy to pass with an A or B.

He gives quizzes at the end of labs, VERY straightforward and over the labs, also does extra credit at the end of them. Lab practicums are the hardest part of this class, there are 2. He gives a TON of EC so it really boosts your grade. 2 hmwk assignments and they were 30 Qs. 4 tests w EC are passed back & the final is cumulative of the 4 tests.

Really enjoyed talking this class in summer. Breaks everything down were I could understand the material. He does review questions before each exam helped with preparing for the exams. Longs you pay attention in class and go over slides can make decent grade in this human anatomy course.

He is very helpful and gives extra credit that helps you prepare for the exams. Power points in class are mainly what are on the exams but the book is also needed. Really enjoyed his class and his "jokes". You must put effort in this class bc of course it's tough but he really does try to help you pass and learn the material.

This was a good class but if you didn't know anatomy before coming into the class then i don't recommend taking his summer class. He gives reviews before exams and lots of extra credit which helps a lot. I worked really hard in this class and studied daily and still only managed to get a C. Also be prepared for lots of TrueFalse questions.

Took this class over the summer so more extra credit was given. A really cool dude who teaches like he would want a professor to teach if he was a student. He has funny stories that he relates to the topic he is lecturing about. I would take the class again.

Anatomy is a hard class as it is, but professor Crapse tries his best to make both lecture and lab enjoyable! Tests are super hard and require tons of studying. But overall he's a great professor!

He's a good guy. Really nice and understanding. His tests come straight from his power points so you almost really don't even need to buy the book. Experienced Professor that delivers amazing material, which will definitely benefit you if you plan on going into medicine or allied health. Also a great down to earth guy who cares about his students and is there for you, I would definitely take again without hesitation. Develop a good study plan quickly and you will not struggle.

I got to see Mr. Crapse in action as a substitute as my original last-minute professor had to go out for surgery. Mr. Crapse showed us videos and pictures of conditions. If he thought that we didn't understand something, he would repeat in another way until we got it. If you listen in lecture and study the lab guide, you will pass.

Althouh the class is tough I ended with a B in the class. I would suggest that you pay close attention even to the professors jokes and stories because they are funny but they pertain to the class lectures. Do all work assignments study study study and you will pass the class for sure ")

Professor Crapse is a wonderful teacher, he really wants you to learn the material. Lectures can get boring sometimes, but he gives you "highpoints" to study in each chapter, which will be on tests. Makes bad jokes, laugh at them. TONS of extra credit, that requires lots of writing but it really made me learn it. Lots of studying required!

Awesome professor! He really tries to help his students exceed by giving extra credit and assigns review homework that correlates with what is going to be on the exam. He also gives High Points for each chapter that is going to be on the test. Plus he grades by a point system not by percentage and explains the material where you can understand it.

I enjoyed the class. It's not an easy A by any means, but professor Crapse is fair and you will learn a lot. I slacked off a little bit in the beginning, but I was easily able to recover my grade before the end of the semester. I suggest taking this class if you're interested in learning, and not just wanting an easy A. Lots of extra credit

The homework and extra credit he gives is entirely handwritten, so don't expect to do anything online. The tests are short answers and possibly a few true or false. You really need to know the material before hand but he gives you everything you need to know. This class is very doable you just need to learn how to manage your time.
