Mr. Dawkins, is a very entertaing teacher. Your grade is based on all your tests. He gives his students grace by dropping your lowest test. Make sure you use your review sheets to study! There is extra credit that is offered which can raise your grade 1 whole letter grade!

I love this guy!! He is so good. He even talked with an admissions person at my next college for me. Prof will teach you how to think critically. Although I am a conservative and Dawkins is not, he can and does present all sides of an issue. He can present the conservative side much better than O'Reilly and people like that. A real prince.

this guys is tight. he is one of the best professors here on campus. he is easy to understand. he uses alot of examples in today current issues. he loved to talk about OJ simpson when we saw the video. his knowledge about the subject is incredible. i highly recomend him. if you unsure of taking a class. i took him in the summer.

Second time I had this prof. He is the perfect professor. If you need help he will tutor you. Explains material very clearly. extremely knowledgeable and helpful for students.

Dawkins makes 1.5mil a year yet he teaches here at Sac City. That speaks a lot about his passion. Losing 40k for each class he teaches, you would miss out if you didn't take him. You don't get to hear a $800 dollar lecture everyday, let only every other day.

Best teacher I have ever tooken. I took his class right out of high school goofed off and failed. I retook it when i matured and o man he is great. Dawkins is the fairest professor I know. Our class had good discussions about presidential powers and the constitution. He points out when presidents violate the constitution and what federal courts are suppose to do. Bush has been defeated in the courts as was Clinton. Best class here. Good guy also. Four tests, drops lowest, extra credit.

This teacher is one of the best teachers you could get if you are getting your degree in accounting or other. He can teach that you will understand. The book is pretty boring to read, but he makes it interesting by explaining the chapter/terms in real-life stories/examples. He explains the law in examples and realistic life stories.

Great Professor!! Only 3 exams for the semester consist of 60 MC each. They are pretty easy. His lectures are interesting. He is very clear in his explanations. Learned a lot from his class. 1 extra credit research paper 40 points. I will highly recommmend him to friends because he is great.

You need to read the textbook, take notes, and study to do well. I enjoyed the class, but sometimes the teacher would go so far off subject and never find his way back. He was mostly interesting when he did this. I loved his positive attitude and enthusiasim. I wish he taught more classes, as he is a gem!

This was a great class! Attendance counts, but the lectures is entertaining so it'll be easy. everything that is on the test comes from from lecture and the tests are straight forward. I used the fourth edition "understanding the law" since there is very little difference (much cheaper). many students got As. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing teacher! He is very overqualified for this job- he is a successful lawyer in Sac. He is VERY clear and concise- he gives study guides and extra credit. He is an overall great teacher. I took him at night and he always lets us leave early. He takes attendance; 10% of your grade is based on this. He gives helpful study guides before each exam. If you come to class, you'll pass with an A. By far, the greatest!

One of the best professors Sac City has to offer. One of them most important classes anyone will ever take. A must for Latino's and Native people's considering the Arizona thing. Read the Declaration of Independence before calling Mexican's illegal. "yes we can" = "si se puede"

Pay attention when he tells you the story of the priest who gave 'private' surmons to a lady ... in a motel ... and you will never forget 'Libel Law'. Pay attention is ALL you have to do and he will demystify law for you so you will speak 'legalese' as if it was your mother-tongue. Dawkins is a rare gem, don't miss his class/es.

The class is a pretty easy A...you have to be able to sit through his rantings most really don't have much to do with law...if you are catholic, republican plan on being very offended most of the time...he gives good study guides...he has his favorite pets...big ego but funny

Prof. Dawkin is one of the best professors in Sac City! Business Law is hard but he made it super easy with lots of examples. It's extremely easy to get an A, just pay attention in class (which is quite easy to do since he's funny) and study before the exams (all multiple choice questions). And he gave out study guides before each exam!
