Explains concepts really well! Come to class and do the homework and you will get an A. Would take him again!
Hes a very new professor and already acts very entitled. Hes quite rude both inside and outside of the classroom. Be prepared to spend half of class trying to read whatever hes scribbling on the whiteboard and the other half wishing you had taken literally any other professor; quality of life in this class is worse than this guys handwriting.
His lectures and notes have absolutely nothing to do with tests or homeworks. It's as if he's out to make students' lives as difficult as possible by not providing resources before homeworks and exams, not answering questions on Piazza, and being extremely inflexible on regrades. Avoid at all costs.
Overall a good professor. He takes the time to explain things well and cares about students. His policy on exams and homeworks are also very fair. Personally I found the material in CS 4510 to be abstract and non-intuitive at times, but taking 4510 with Faulkner was the way to go.
Frederic Faulkner is the goat in terms of automata and complexity understanding and communication. He's been an all-around delight to learn from. As someone who typically struggles with test-taking, professor Faulkner has made this class both challenging and insightful without breaking my spirits. You will be very lucky to have him as your prof.
CS 4510 with him was my favorite class this semester! Faulkner's a great lecturer, who is entertaining and clear, and who was patient when repeating himself or even when answering my dumb questions. His grading is fair, and he gives tons of extra credit making the class easy and enjoyable, while still feeling like I've learned a lot. 11/10.
I have taken many CS and MATH classes at GT. Faulkner is a new professor, but is easily one of the best lecturers I've had at GT. On top of that, his lecture notes are extremely in-depth and are enough to do well on his exams (along with the hwks) without even attending his lecture. He also dropped the lowest exam/final at the end of the year.
Faulkner's 4510 was definitely a lot of work for me. I depended on weekly office hours and attended every lecture. However, that work paid off. At first I was a little lost, but with consistent effort and help, things clicked. I learned how to think and learn differently. Honestly, Faulkner restored my love of computer science.
Professor Faulkner, despite being new, is clearly very experienced in and passionate for his field. The material was pretty difficult for me, especially near the end, but through attending lectures and office hours the homeworks and tests began to feel pretty easy and very fair. Lots of extra credit opportunity. Highly recommend his section.
Professor Faulkner was a fantastic professor who geniunely wanted his class to succeed. The two minor gripes I have with him is he tends to move fast and write a bit messy, but outside of that, he's an excellent explainer, and breaks down complex concepts exceptionally well. The dynamic programming unit was a highlight.
One of the best lecturer's in my four years at Tech. Automata is a hard class but he does a great job at presenting the info in a clear way with just enough explanation to help students understand how concepts connect. He offers lots of small bonus opportunities, and he's nice about asking clarifying questions in class. Definitely take him!
Prof Faulkner actually makes the material in 4510 extremely interesting. His style of teaching allows you to build intuition about stuff in step-by-step fashion. He answers students question with patience. I like how he provides practice problems during lecture as well. He is hands down a superb professor. I think he should get a promotion/bonus!
One of the best professors I've ever had. In the lectures after every lesson he teaches he constantly answers questions the class has and actively tries to clarify hard concepts so everyone understands. Gives a ton of extra credit opportunities too! Just study the homeworks and read the lecture notes and you'll get an A.
Favorite prof in all my years of Tech. Normally in lectures, I always look at the clock to see when it's over, but his lectures are excellent. He has a nice weighting system on exams so they don't penalize your grade too hard and offers a good amount of extra credit. His handwriting is messy but he uploads detailed typed lecture notes afterward.
Easily one of the best profs I've taken at tech. The lecture notes one of the TAs wrote every class were really helpful in learning the concepts better and Faulkner is a great lecturer himself. He heavily emphasizes his exams on learning rather than nonsense memorization.
Great guy, very smart and is good at teaching as well. TAs gave great notes. There was a ton of extra credit throughout the entire course, and they are extremely generous on grading all exams, with a very generous grading scheme as well. If you want to get an A in 3510, take Faulkner.
I LOVED THIS CLASS Faulkner is an amazing teacher. Very patient and caring about students. TAs wrote amazing notes that helped describe the class. Hopefully he teaches 4510 again so I can take it with him
Really great professor, funny and caring in class and has interesting and engaging lectures. I learned a ton in this class, and felt challenged at the right times, but grading was very fair and you could get a high grade if you tried.
This man is the epitome of a civil servant.
Professor Faulkner is an excellent professor for DSA. Great lectures, enthusiastic and a good overall experience.
Professor Faulkner has amazing lectures and makes the subject very interesting. He paces the class very well and seems to be one of the most inspiring and funny professors I've had.
FOR CS1371. Great professor! Easy to follow lectures, though he goes a little fast sometimes. Posts recordings and notes for each lecture. Material is fairly easy to grasp as long as you pay attention and do the homework. HW has extra credit!
All the materials of CS1332 were online and attendance wasn't mandatory but I enjoy going to his lectures a lot. He's patient with questions and does his best to help you succeed.
Loved him for CS 1371! Really great lecturer and funny, too. Definitely would recommend.
Faulkner was a great professor for 1332. He covered everything you needed to know for tests and homeworks in lecture and he publishes lecture notes(albeit hard to read). Most material is shared between professors, including tests, so choose Faulkner for his lectures.
Professor Faulkner taught us MATLAB, what most CoE students need to know in the CS realm. Lectures were S tier (based off the legendary Prof. Kantwon) with a great balance of conceptual practice and helpful in-line comments. He also taught us WHY CS matters, with connections to every field of engineering. The tests are fair, but study >= 2 hrs.
Faulkner is a good lecturer, but I don't really get the hype for him. Lectures are a bit mundane and his handwriting is borderline unintelligible. He teaches the topics very well though and is a very caring person. Tests aren't too difficult, but you are not given enough time. Def time yourself when you practice for exams. HW is boring but fine.
Amazing dude with lectures that are very important, make sure you do the homework well cause it prepares you really well for the tests.
Highly recommend, this professor was absoluetly amazing. Although the course content can be challenging at times, he throughly explained all of the different data structures and algorithms so that we were prepared for the exams. There's also plently of online resources to help as well, along with practice exams and worksheets.
Probably one of the best professors I've had. Very calm, lectures are great, and he's so good at explaining things. You're always engaged during lecture. Tests and homework were reasonable (though I do have to note that test 2 was quite brutal). Only problem is that he has bad handwriting on OneNote, but he's great overall.
Professor Faulkner's lectures are always clear, straightforward, and understandable. The only unclear thing is perhaps his handwriting. That's why you'd better go to his lectures, though now 1332 has online modules that cover all content of the course. An enjoyable and amazing professor.
Talks way too fast and handwriting is borderline illegible. If you want someone slower, take HB. But, Faulkner is very knowledgeable. He's good at explaining things and knows what he's talking about. Exams are fine but not enough time at all. Ridiculous. HW's are fine as well.
Faulkner is a good lecturer. Makes concepts very easy to understand, but his handwriting isn't great. HB videos are on Canvas if you ever miss class. Tests are either "you'll have 30 minutes of free time" or "you won't finish the test", no in between. Homework is relatively straightforward and reality checks are free participation.
Absolute god. He is such an amazing lecturer and person. He teaches so well and explained concepts so visually. The TA's provided us with so much material to prepare with. Definitely have to second the statement that he is the epitome of a civil servant. Absolutely loved the class (very helpful for the future btw) and loved the professor even more.
Goatner
This class was pretty easy itself, but professor made is more simplified and explained content very well. His lectures are pretty worth it, but you don't necessarily have to go since the content mainly is on Zybooks (which you have to do as an assignment). Easy A, but he does have a preference for two-column table proofs which can get annoying.
Professor is incredibly good at explaining things, even with his somewhat messy handwriting. Great lecturer, you never get bored during lectures. And incredibly helpful when you have any questions. Highly recommend this prof when he teaches 2050 again - he clearly knows what he's doing.
Truly an amazing class and an amazing professor. Absolutely 0 complaints.
The professor's lectures are very clear and easy to understand and the homework/tests are hard but fair.
The absolute GOAT. It was his first time teaching Discrete in a while I think, but he did a fantastic job and the lectures were very helpful. Pretty funny and nice guy too. In general the class is pretty easy though and his informative lectures definitely put you in good shape for the exams. Definitely recommend if you can take him.
You're in great hands if you're taking his 1332 class! While the course is lecture-heavy, he teaches in a very clear and intuitive manner ensuring you actually learn the material in a logical way. While some complain about his handwriting, you can still follow and his teaching pace is manageable. Recitations help a lot too for one-on-one stuff.
Fantastic professor and fantastic dude. Knows his stuff when it comes to course content and knows how to explain things extremely well. Always had a reasonable answer for everything and never lost his composure. Also no busy work. Tests were hard but fair and grading was lenient. Only nit-pick is his handwriting but aside from that he's the GOAT!
There is a bountiful amount of tools, resources, and practice that is provided for this course. However, the resources and practice can be attributed to previous professors. This professor is great in that he is understanding towards his students and gave me strong advice when I wasn't sure if I could pass this course or not.
Explains concepts extremely well. Very friendly. Always maintains composure.
Explains concepts extremely well. Very friendly. Always maintains his composure.
absolutely fantastic! i was technically in the online section, but went to his lectures every day because it was the only way i could grasp the topics. he does plenty of examples, explains difficult topics in a way that makes them easier to comprehend, and knows how to link concepts together. this is my first A in a GT CS course because of him!
He was very good in lecture, you can easily understand what he is saying and you will truly understand the content just by showing up to lecture. He has a likable personality
Knows what hes teaching and very knowledgable. Final exemption is also a big plus. Knew the material and taught it in a way where I didnt have to do any outside studying to understand it. Very good professor would def take again
the goat. sometimes goes too fast, which makes sense given the amount of content in the course, but you can catch up using all the online resources. very well structured lectures and course, and hes a great guy overall
Faulkner's lectures are very straightforward, easy to understand, and I personally thought he had the perfect pace to prevent students from getting bored. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what he's doing (unlike some professors at this school). Quite possibly the best CS professor I've had. WE LOVE YOU PROFESSOR FAULKNER
Great lecturer that is passionate about what he is teaching. He goes through many examples in his lectures that are very useful for the exams. He is thorough in answering questions and if you attend all his lectures, you will be well prepared for this class's exams. Minor cons are that he speaks pretty fast and has pretty bad handwriting.
One of the best lecturers on campus; he was so adept at explaining course material that it was worth going specifically to his lectures rather than the internet in order to learn course material. Only caveat to this course is their reliance on specific implementations of algorithms, meaning that if you learn off the internet, you may lose points.
Amazing Professor, CS 1332 is very test heavy, but Professor Faulkner does a stupendous job in ensuring his students get ample opportunities to thoroughly master Data Structures and Algorithms. Withstanding his handwriting, his socrative polls, examples, and pseudocode lectures in class are absolutely top-notch. AMAZING PROFESSOR!
Professor Faulkner does provide a very solid quality lecture but at times it can be difficult to follow along because of his hand writing and talking pace. CS1332 itself is heavily based on exams and looking back in hindsight, all the exams were super fair but do put in the time to study everything and really learn all the coding homework.
Faulkner is an amazing lecturer. Overall great professor although his handwriting was hard to read. You can learn from HB's module videos but his lectures are way more concise and understandable. The TAs are great, and you just have to put in the effort to get an A. If you took 1331 asynchronous, you will be glad that 1332 tests are way more fair.
Data structures and algos wasn't my thing, so I barely squeaked by with a B. But make sure to attend lectures! Faulkner is a really good lecturer (maybe not handwriting tho), and will prepare you well to complete the homeworks.
Pretty good and approachable lecturer who explains concepts very well, though he goes a little too fast that sometimes doesn't allow you to digest the content. Exams were very fair and TONS of resources (like past exams, practice worksheets, review sessions, office hours, etc.) were provided to help prepare. Solid choice for 1332 overall!
Truly a terrific professor. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. His lectures worth always worth attending, even if his handwriting was at times a bit illegible. This class is crucial for CS, and he does a great job making sure that you master concepts.
handwriting hard to identify, lectures at a fast pace, 15 weeks have 16 modules need to learn.
Amazing professor! His lectures made the concepts easy to understand and were very engaging. Not a super difficult class if you stay caught up with material and take advantage of resources.
Faulkner is amazing. He speaks very clearly and down-to-earth. The course itself is structured very well and Faulkner does a great job teaching the content. Would definitely recommend for any class he teaches!
Faulkner is a truly caring professor. He always answers questions and ensures the content is accessible online for everyone and understandable. He doesn't care about staying perfectly on track, he just wants you to learn. The bad thing with that is he has to rush at the end of the semester, but otherwise he is the perfect professor.
I love this man. I've taken him for 2050, 1332, and will this summer for 3510, and I thank all the gods there may be that I'm going to be able to take him for that class.
One of the best CS professors I have ever had; explains every concept in a clear, understandable manner; gives the class a lot of materials to prepare for exams
I loved Faulkner's lectures! He explains concepts so clearly. If you pay attention to lecture, exams are extremely straightforward. He goes over plenty of examples and diagramming. Really can't recommend taking him enough!! My favorite professor at Tech so far.
Faulkner truly has a gift for lecturing. He's able to teach at a quick pace without glossing over important details. He's great at explaining the "Why?" part of material and is great at condensing information as well. He explains his reasoning very thoroughly in his notes, so you can learn the content well even if you didn't go to class.
Not a good professor but better than HB. Talks very fast and does not make sure students understand. Course is not structured well and puts a lot of emphasis on memorization over understanding. Grading scheme is awful. Also, Faulkner does not answer emails, so don't expect to be able to get in touch with him outside of class.
He was the best professor ever! He helped me understand the course material better, and as a result, I ended up getting an A in his class. I really like his teaching style, it was very inspirational. Additionally, this class has a very cool final exemption policy where you can have your final exam exempted if you achieve a test average above 94.
He is a good professor, even though he can be boring at times. Better than all other 1332 professors. Exams are worth so much that if you mess up on one your grade is done for.
He is literally the best teacher I've encountered in the CS department so far. I didn't need a lot of extra resources to succeed in this course as his lectures very extremely helpful in making this class easy for me. He presents information in a clear and concise manner and covers most of the edge cases you require to understand.
Favorite CS professor thus far. This dude is so chill and nice. Literally have no complaints.
Faulkner is by far the preferred choice for 1332. He shines best during his lectures as he explains every aspect of the course excellently, despite problems with legible handwriting. If you're gonna take 1332 I'd recommend you do it with Faulkner, he's newer than the other professor, but based on her online lectures I'd go with Faulkner.
Honestly is probably one of the best professors I have taken at tech. He always explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated how everything works. He also did a good job covering edge cases and explaining the time complexities of every operation/algorithm. Exams were fair as long as you do the homeworks and understand how each algorithm works.
Not bad
He may not have any emotions, but I feel for him. Frederic is an advanced specimen with interesting qualities
Professor Faulkner was a great professor. He taught the content very well, so I would attend lecture. Homeworks are often straightforward, but can be a lot of work. Exams are fair, especially since we have practice exams. Overall, just do the work and enjoy your grade.
What a legend. Prof. Faulkner is an excellent professor, and his lectures were top notch. I would highly recommend anyone taking CS1332 to attend his lectures
Awesome professor. He teaches everything you need to know and made this seemingly tough class into one of the classes I did the best in. The TAs are also awesome in helping you with any confusion. The module videos are also cool.
Professor Faulkner is a great lecturer. He is fast paced, but will circle back to answer questions if you have any. Advice for tests: check out the past forms provided on Canvas. I would advise starting the HW assignments early.
Faulkner was great. Obviously knows what he is doing and explains concepts very well. You must start the homework early, and do it completely unassisted besides office hours if you want to succeed in the class. Set up perfectly. Exams were fair, just study the previous ones posted in canvas. Great class, great professor.
Great lecturer. Tests are fair and so is homework but homework can be very long and you kind of have to hope that other students write very in-depth test cases (or write your own obviously)
He is probably the best CS professor out there. I highly recommend taking him for 1332. He made the class look pretty easy. Attendance was not mandatory but I attended every single lecture (This is the first time I did that for any class so far). If you do the homework honestly, you will be fine with exams. I exempted the finals as well. Good Luck.
The class was fairly straightforward. Faulkner is a good lecturer, and everything covered in class showed up on homeworks and exams. The Canvas was combined with virtual sections, so finding online resources was easy.
Faulkner is great at using OneNote to draw pictures as he is explaining things that easily breaks down dense topics and makes them digestible. He is funny, tests are fair, and I highly recommend him for the fully in person lecture setup instead of the hybrid
This man is the goat. Easy to understand class and funny at times. Will take his class again in the future.
Faulkner is the GOAT. He answers questions well in class (even those that go beyond the scope of the class), and has very good lectures with time for in-class practice. I went to his class more than any other class and attendance wasn't even required
Absolute GOAT, this class is beyond easy so I didn't learn much from lectures, but his notes are amazing and he clearly knows the topics. If this was my first introduction to data structures, I don't think I could've asked for a better professor. Homework doesn't take longer than 30 mins and tests are all super easy.
The Best Professor at Georgia Tech. He is hilarious but this doesn't take away from the course content. He answeres the questions perfectly providing just enough information. His teaching style is immaculate, with the perfect mixture of allowing students to think themselves and guiding them to the solution. Professor Faulkner is the GOAT
Best prof at tech, 100% recommend for 1332, lectures were great
Honestly I feel like most of these reviews are written by his TAs. He's a good lecturer and understands the material. But his handwriting is SO BAD. Entirely illegible if you want to review his notes. The exams also feel really shoddy and like they want to make hard questions just because they can
Faulkner does talk very fast, but he makes almost all 1332 concepts digestible. The class is actually pretty intuitive so as long as you can draw out or visualize everything, coding and answering questions should be fairly straightforward. Definitely recommend him, but HB's videos are also good as well.
good prof, but i stopped showing up to lecture after maybe a month lol. i took 1332 hybrid and the class itself is def not a joke - it's been my worst cs class so far.
Lectures weren't too helpful but attendance was not mandatory. Video lectures on Canvas from HB were amazing. A lot of resources to succeed. CS vistool is extremely helpful in learning concepts. Homeworks are a bit difficult, and you can lose a lot of points very quickly. TAs are hit or miss. Overall a great course that I learned a bunch in.
The combo of Faulkner's lectures and HB's videos is great. I appreciate his understanding of the material and his ability to clearly explain the topics of the course. csvistool is an excellent resource. The beard has major aura.
lectures are so easy to understand, exams are super straightforward, if you study you will get an A.
Prof. Faulkner is a great professor for CS1332. His lectures are sometimes a little fast and dry, but he gets the information across in an understandable manner. Exams are also fair, and homework is not that bad (just copy the CSVistool pseudocode if you're lost).
Great professor. His lectures were engaging and really made me learn.
Faulkner is an amazing lecturer. He brings clearly planned out notes and navigates through the topics of the course effectively. He teaches everything you need and sometimes even more! There are so many resources for this course, so there are plenty of ways to be successful. I would love to take another course with Faulkner.
Very doable class and not too time consuming. Make sure to actually understand the data structures and be able to visualize them rather than trying to memorize the hws. Faulkner was great and an entertaining lecturer, but I ended up watching the online videos instead and using his online notes as a supplement. CSVistool is very useful.
terrible exams, decent lecturer. bs policies
Faulkner is truly one of the best professors at Tech. He somehow finds a way to dissect a hard topic to make it understandable to the class. He can answer questions outside of class content and goes deep in a structured way into each topic. Gives lots of opportunities for the class to ask questions. Would definitely recommend taking him for CS1332!
Dr. Faulkner is nothing short of a genius. He teaches things by introducing the problem first, piquing your interest before showing you how the solution was devised. The class will give some difficulty, but even if you don't pay attention, he gives you every resource you need to succeed x100. You can't go wrong in this class—shoutouts to CSVistool!
Faulkner's lectures are the best I've ever seen. He does a great job at giving you the intuition behind DSA to the point where it can sometimes feel like we're inventing it ourselves. He doesn't just tell you how things work, he makes you understand WHY they work that way and why it makes sense for them to be that way. HWs are fine, exams are fair
This review is more for the course rather than the professor. This class can be very unfair since students have friends from past semesters who give them their exams. I also heard about another csvistool version students used which had prior exam questions on it. There is a lot of cheating that this teaching staff is unaware about.
good teacher; difficult class (at least for me).
Cool dude, lectures are mostly useless (at least for hybrid), make sure to utilize office hours. Pretty easy class as long as you utilize csvistool well.
I don't usually rate professors, but Faulkner deserves this 5. He talks a little fast in his lectures, but he somehow manages to explain everything clearly. I never struggled with any of the homeworks or exams, and all I relied on was his lectures and CSVisTool. This is coming from someone whose only prior coding knowledge is CS 1301 and 1331.
great prof, good lectures, insanely difficult tests, make sure your study for them
One thing I'll add to Professor Faulkner's list of compliments is how well he introduces ideas. He explains what situation you'd find yourself needing a data structure or algorithm before even teaching it- and this made understanding everything so much easier. He's a great professor.
Go to his lectures if you can!! His explanations of data structures and process for tracing are straightforward and clear. The weekly homework makes you write up the data structures you're learning which is a bit of work but really helps with understanding
Great prof, very structured, well made lectures. Always does examples and answers questions well. You can skip the final if you do well on the midterms too!
Phenomenal lecturer overall; engaging and funny at times but knows how to explain the concepts of the class really well. I took a hybrid section so I went to lecture in-person one day and watched a recording the other way, both of which were high quality (eventually, I just went to both in-person sections though, since attendance isn't checked).
Fun class overall, the difficulty does increase over the semester. Make sure to take advantage of the early tests, as the later ones become harder and harder. He's very good at teaching as he explains almost every concept and goes through examples.
Extremely good at teaching material, watching his recording + doing practice exams should be enough to do well on exams.
Lots of cheating and giving away exam questions. His TAs definitely write some of these reviews to make them look better
1. Extremely knowledgeable TA's who are of great help 2. Great lecturer- love the real life examples 3. Easy homework that aids your learning a lot (dont GPT it!) 4. Structure of the class is smart and fun 5. Exams are tough Great class! He organizes everything very well and you truly get out what you put into it. I would take any class w/ him.
Amazing lectures that go well with the HW's and exams. You will understand so much about every data structure and algorithm after this class. Also they added demos this semester which were alright just a little stressful under time pressure.
He's an amazing lecturer, he is quite funny at times, and to be honest he seems really chill. But the thing is that this class is hard, and you're gonna need to put time into it outside, I'd say study for this class everyday for 45 mins to an hour, especially if you don't understand the content in lecture. Also practice alot with the given practice
Very good lecturer, really knows his stuff. However, he speaks extremely fast. So, I would learn the content before coming into class and then understand while he speaks rather than taking notes. Tests are standardized. Can watch MHB videos as review after going to Faulkner lecture. Very nice guy and good teacher. Also, he posts lecture videos.
Pretty good professor but definitely overglazed on rate my professor. Lectures are not very good for actually learning, but are decent for reinforcing prior knowledge.
Great guy, great professor, great course. I will say lectures lowkey take too long though just watch Prof MHB's module videos on canvas, they explain a full week's information in like 20 minutes. But nonetheless lectures are pretty good for understanding. Try to exempt the final cos it's worth it, exam 1,2,3 are pretty easy imo
Faulkner is the GOAT. Lectures are extremely well done and informative, and there are videos on canvas if you don't attend. Tests were very fair and you can exempt the final if you do well on them. Homework is manageable, especially with the help of CSVistool. Overall, definitely take 1332 with Faulkner.
Best 1332 prof. Clear expectations and grading criteria, lots of extra credit and you can exempt the final.
Overall great lectures that are to the point. Explains things well and clearly. Uses OneNote instead of a PPT, which is so much better IMO. I hate lecturers that just use slides.
Very solid professor for 1332. Take if possible
Literal goat professor. Explained topics so clearly. Exams were very fair and similar to the practice exams, and there is a bunch of extra credit. You can exempt the final too. One thing I recommend is to take the hybrid version because they get recorded lecture videos which are up for a week, and can still attend lectures if you wish.
Great lecturer, not really too keen on speaking to students personally but he explains concepts insanely well from the ground up. Would recommend!
My glorious king
1332 itself is a very straightforward class, and Professor Faulker's lectures were easy to follow and understand-- most of the time I didn't require any review after paying full attention in class. He does speak really fast so if you plan on watching recordings, you'll most likely need to keep it at the normal speed.
Faulkner is a GOAT professor. In terms of learning from lectures, his lectures are far easier to follow than HB's, as he keeps things at a moderate pace with annotated notes on OneNote. He always keeps things straightforward, and if you pay attention in class, it is p easy to get an A if you also use the pseudocode they provide in course materials.
Professor Faulkner is an excellent professor. His lectures are clear, well-paced, and easy to follow with annotated OneNote slides. If you pay attention and use the provided pseudocode, getting an A is very doable. Exams are fair and similar to the practice exams. There is also a lot of extra credit and a final exemption option.
