Very interesting and fun lecturer. tends to get off track and behind on the lessons. You don't really have to go to class; if you want to do well read all texts, study the slide shows, and attend class because there are a few things that he will only mention in class that are on the tests. Papers are simple, but need to be thorough.

This class was overall easy, no papers or anything like that. Just quizzes and tests for the most part. The quizzes are online and you can find the answers on quizlets. The tests were much harder, but fair. Wiss himself rambled a lot and went off tangent a lot, and wasn't a very good teacher. But I loved him as a person and he was very funny.

Overall really nice guy who cares about his students. However, there is absolutley no structure to this class and no assignments are graded until the last day of class which is inredibly frustrating. He also does not respond to emails. Again, really nice guy and the class is really easy but if you want structure, clear grading criteria just dont

Dr. Wiss is a super nice guy and you can tell he's passionate about what he teaches. Lectures mostly consist of PowerPoint presentations and rambling from Dr. Wiss, but it is definitely an easy A and MUCH less work compared to other PSYC101 profs. There were two exams and you basically created them yourself.

He tends to be a monotone lecturer, but very passionate about psychology! He has lots of interesting stories about his experience with disturbed juveniles, which he works into the curriculum. Very easy grader on assignments, and the majority midterm/final exam questions are submitted by students so you can study the correct answers.
