I don't think it's normal to have him for a 101 class since our original teacher died a week before class began so he was teaching this class last minute. He is a huge gamer nerd but he's funny. Hardest class I have ever had, only grades are from in-class essay exams and a final paper. Gives literally no feedback with no grading criteria so you don't know what he's looking for. Absolutely horrible. He's late to class every day and class always runs long. He is arrogant, long-winded, and has no clear expectations for assignments.
