As long as you give your speeches and are organised she is easy. Averages >85 don't have to take the final. No reason to buy book, unless you end up taking the final.

you really have to practice organization and not using uh and other vocal segregates in your speech, or else you will do terrible!

Very Easy Teacher. Funny. Can be a comedian. It's hard to make me laugh but she cracks me up! Give introduction speech about yourself. Then, informative speech and a demonstrative speech. That's it and you're done.

She is TOTALLY AWESOME. I don't like public speakin, but she makes the class easy and tells you how to get an easy A. Don't miss more than 3 days and do all 3 speeches and you don't have to take the final.WOW!!! She is GREAT!!

The class is very easy. However if you do not like gossiping older women you should not take this class. She tells embarrasing stories about other people that have been in her class and she mentions most of their names. And her flamboience gets to be very annoying. But as I said the class is easy.

Shes a great teacher, but her grading can be kind of hard. If you do exaclty what she wants you will be fine, but if you dont, shes takes off alot of points for little things. Very funny, would highly reccomend.. just do your speeches the way she wants..easy A or B

Would recommend to anyone to take this course in the spring or winter minis. So much fun and only a few speeches compared to the regular semester. You do have to work at making your speeches great and she takes off for pronunciation, and how many times you say “uh” and “umm”. But all in all fun class and she tells great stories from her past classe

Very easy!!! i loved her, she was great only 4 speechs, do the first one and no matter what a A! she is easy pass all her speechs and do not have to take the final and do have to come back to class!

Ms. Sharpe will have you laughing at her hilarious stories and is a nice lady. However, if you do a speech poorly, you will get a bad grade on it. Attend class as often as you can and pay attention and you'll take away more from this class than a passing grade.

She made us do 3 speeches (first one was an automatic A if you did it) the second one was a Informative Speech and the third one was a How-to Speech. She has a final but if you make an A or a B in the class you DONT have to take it! Textbook was not required.

She was funny!I took her 5wk business spch class& it was easy. Did two speeches, & basically if you had an A or B by finals week you don't have to take finals. If you're willing to sit through most of the course w/o gaining any spch-specific info, take her. It's like going to a stand up comedy show, but you have to give two speeches for an easy A.

Took this class online and there was 3 speeches and a final. The textbook was necessary to know exactly what is expected in your speech. All parts of the course open on the first day so you can complete the class as fast as you want to. The professor is very helpful, I would highly recommend taking this class online!
