AWESOME teacher! I took him for both classes. The first class was really easy and the second was a little harder. But he's really funny and keeps the class going. Tests are ok, be sure to study. But all in all, i totally recommend him!

Anything art related is completely out of my realm, but Mr. Connors help me to appreciate and understand the art we studied. His tests can be a little hard, so you have to work to do well. Class atmosphere is very laid back and interesting. This is not a blow off class!!

This is hard, and you have to really want to understand that different forms of art and everything that goes into it. But he is helpful, kind, and really funny. We are still good friends!

GREATEST teacher ever! gives incredible amount of extra credit-DO THEM. This was the funnest class I've ever had!! He's super nice and extremely hilarious. I took him during the summer, so there were only two small writing assignments that required going to two museums. He was very caring when I got sick the first week of class and when I had to got out of town for over a week due to a family illness. He's awesome!

He is a great guy and an ausome professor. Although I made a B. Taking this class in the minimester is not very wise. we covered 530 pages in 2 1/2 weeks. He grades pretty hevely on the papers. If you study realy hard on the test you will do well although many test i thought were mostly terminology. many many terms. But great professor.

Great guy, really entertaining. He can make some pretty gross jokes, but he keeps it somewhat classy. You can tell he knows what he's doing and that he definitely can have a sense of humor and respect for art at the same time. For some reason he won't let me buy his artwork (why? I don't effing know).

It's rare when someone can be professional and have a sense of humor at the same time. He likes student participation and gives lots of extra credit and has test reviews. What ever term is in the review look it up in the book and you should be fine. Take him if you can =D

Professor Conners will never get your bored during lectures. I found him has this dry sense of humor but really funny guy. And you can actually learn something from his lectures.His first exam is easy but when it get to second or third, it can get tricky sometimes; just study study study. He offers extra credits that is VERY HELPFUL for the exam.

Take him if you can especially during a mini-mester unless you want to write more than one paper about art. He will make you laugh a lot. The class is not difficult if you pay attention and read.

Took his 3 week class. One of the funniest people I've ever met. I could have studied harder than I did but the tests were still relatively easy plus he helped out on the tests. One 2-page paper which he does check for good grammar and punctuation. Got a 97 in the class. He's very passionate about art and teaching. I'd definitely recommend.

Took him for Honors Art History. Lectures are always so lively and energetic, he really knows how to keep our attention and keep us awake throughout class! Very friendly. Possible to pass class just by listening to lecture, didn't use textbook. Provides lots of easy extra credit opportunities on campus.

But I am telling you, if you see an opening in the class, grab it. Normally you watch people drop classes. The size goes from like 25 to 12 by the 4th week. NO one left his class!!

Gray Conners is the man! He gives you so much background information on the art & it really keeps you awake and interested. He makes some good jokes, but 9 times out of 10 they're horrible ones. Super easy class, not that boring either. He cares about attendance, don't miss more than 2 or 3 classes. He gives out study guides and you can look up the terms on google so you don't need the textbook.

I have no interest in art history whatsoever maybe that's why this class was rather difficult for me. The professor is a nice guy, 1 quiz weekly and 4 exams total. The exams and quizzes do contain short answer questions where you'll be writing a paragraph at least about an artwork. I struggled but still finished with an A. Get ready to read.

I was told that this was a note heavy class but this is mistaken! I passed with notes covering just the art piece and general information about the time period. Will show treasures from his adventures. Still cool even after the class. Dont know if he still does it but he let us get a copy of the powerpoints on a flashdrive. Pretty great guy!

2 exams which he gives you a review for and a 2 page paper as the final plus attendance. Easy class, plus he is really nice and funny and will try to help you with anything as much as he can. I recommend taking him.

This class is must! I was think of taking music but thank God I took this class. 2 (EASY) exams and 1 (EASY) final paper. One thing he's serious about it attendance. Overall very funny and if you want a class where you're going to LOL, take him. Easy A, and I can honestly say I appreciated art more !

Took this class for a 3 week Winter mini-mester. So glad I did. It was an easy A! No homework or papers, only Quizzes and Exams. Answers not on quizlet, so definetely need your book.

DO TAKE PROFESSOR CONNER'S CLASS AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT! THE CLASS IS AN EASY A!! He doesn't give any homework as well as you don't really need the textbook to pass the class. This class is a bit lecture heavy, only because he is too busy roasting the art pieces. He is hilarious, so do take him.

the easiest class you could ever take! just show up (attendance is mandatory) take down notes, listen to his lectures (he makes them fun with his jokes) and you'll pass. there are three exams all throughout his course which are easy and done through a lockdown browser.

You will have assessments and quizzes throughout the semester. Reading the the textbook is a must if you want a decent grade. You can find it online which is great. He is very caring and always emailing us to make sure we are okay (I took him during the COVID-19 Pandemic). The quizzes and tests aren't hard if you can refer back to the textbook.

Great professor but this is not the class to take if you have others Classes. I am taking three summer classes and this one has the most homework and very frequent . Hard to keep up if you are taking other classes.

I took it as Dual Credit over the Summer and everything was very doable. The Quizzes were simple with little to no writing within the workload. He gives great study guides, and as long as you complete them, you're set to have an A in this class.

Not a terrible class, just be sure to thoroughly study the book in order to pass the class. You need to be very familiar with the readings and how to talk about them for the essay questions in the Quizzes/Tests. I've seen better classes, but I've also seen much worse. I'd rate this one a 7/10.

If you are nervous about online classes or professors, trust me. Take this class. Easiest A, this was a class I didn't have to constantly worry about. Few quizzes for like 2 to 3 chapters at once and that's about it. There are no other assignments to worry about. Just quizzes, tests and the final. Super easy, TAKE THIS PROFESSOR.

The assignments are super easy and so are the tests. Just read the powerpoints given and use the study guide and you will do fine. Assignment very with some being docs off of youtube and others being over things you've learned in the class. He sends out emails 3 times a week with reminders of assigments and their due dates. Overall super easy class

The professor gives us an exact lineup of what we should focus on. His lectures are funny and if you ask questions and participate which would make lectures more enjoyable. As long as you're paying attention in class and put away your phone or computer, you should be okay. Talk to him if you missed an assignment, this is a very easy class.

He gives you daily reminders when stuff are due and it's a quick and easy class.

I took Prof Conners 3-week minimester class. It was very easy and straightforward. There weren't many assignments and he would send out reminders every couple of days of upcoming deadlines. There was a test due each week and you were allowed to use a study guide. He's a very easy grader and definitely recommend if you need some easy art credits.

overall this professor and his course was easy, he would take points off assignments for minor things which kinda sucks. the worst part about this class was that he only opened the assignments for us to complete on weekends so we had three days to complete an assignment or sometimes several. be ready to watch 1 hour long boring videos

Took Art History last summer, the class just consisted of a test every week and they weren't too difficult.

Took his class over the summer. There was some reading involved but most of the writing assignments were based on videos he shared at least a week in advanced. Very straight forward class no extra credit opportunities and no late or makeup assignments allowed, at least from what the syllabus stated. Still the assignments are fairly easy.

He was really chill and funny. I slept in his class most of the time but he didn't care. If you do your assignments you'll pass.

He is a very good professor he does make a ton of dad jokes but its okay because he is a dad lol over all pretty easy going great course and great teacher

I wish I would have taken his class in person instead of online but he is very responsive in email. He had a few exams and then a few writing assignments that you watch a video and answer questions about. The videos you watch are interesting if you like art history. Very caring and wants students to do well.

Oh my gosh, I took Professor Conners during my sophomore year of high school, and I still think about his class as a freshman in uni! After his class, I can't lie but I have noticed a change in how I look at art. His lectures from what I remember were funny, and he always made an effort to make sure we applied ourselves. Great professor, TAKE HIM!

Professor Conners' ART1301 class was a breeze. With regular reminders, easy assignments, and lenient grading, it was a great way to get those art credits. Unstuck ai was a lifesaver for exam prep.

The most hilarious professor ever. He casually made jokes during his presentation ,and they were the epitome of excellence. He made me view art differently; I was very fortunate to have him as my professor. If you see this Professor Conners, I want to let you know that your class was spectacular!! Take care

His humor and love of art shines through during his lectures. Through there were many assignments to turn it, it wasn't too big of a stressor.

Amazing professor! He's really passionate and well informed about his subject. Not too much homework, gives you 1 assignment a week and 1 week to complete it. 2 exams (about 50 questions) and a final exam. Provides study guides for exams, very helpful! I didn't struggle at all in his class, I definitely recommend taking him! Also, he's very funny.

Professor Conners was in my opinion a very good Professor, I had him online so communication wasn't as well but he still made sure to leave comments on my work and respected me, he had pretty easy homework, just time consuming, he didn't have too much work but enough so grades would balance, his class was worth it and I would take it again.

Good teacher! Cracks a lot of dad jokes, but overall good teacher. Most of the work is based off YouTube videos. Take notes during lecture because the tests are based on it.

Prof. Conners was an amazing choice; I had him for the Honors Art History course, where all quizzes and tests had multiple attempts, and he was always cracking dad jokes and connecting with students. He had something serious come up in the middle of class and still tried to tough the class out 'because [he] loves us and we deserve it'.

Professor Connors is an excellent instructor who brings genuine passion to teaching art. He actively engages with students and creates a welcoming classroom environment. His lectures are enjoyable and informative—I truly appreciated being in his class.
