awsome teacher! gives open book tests and gives you 2 days to take it and its all multiple choice and True False questions. doesnt take atendence just show up when you want to. im already signed up for one of his classes next semester.

I really enjoyed going to class, you can't say that very often..lol Very easy-going and loves his job! I wish he teached all my classes. Makes the subject relate to the real world. As long as you do decent on the tests, and participate in class discussions, and do a project or two you'll do fine.

Great teacher, third course of his I've taken. Very laid back and down to earth. If you have problems with projects, he'll help u. Just do the assignments pay attention, and participate in class discussion, u should do good. Overall great teacher.

Prof. Corona is the bomb! He teachs many different business classes and and I would highly recommend taking all of them if you can. Very student friendy and unbiased. Uses real world examples vs. just boring lecture/book theory. FCCJ needs more Profs like him!!

Online class. Post to the discussion board once per chapter. I disagree with the book used for the class, but the test questions come verbatum from the text. Prof is prompt with email responses, but you should be able to cruise through this class.

He is one of the coolest teachers I've had. He really knows what he's talking about and he is really interested in the student's success.

Teacher isn't pushover or easy "A" by any means, he is very student driven and the best professor I have come accross here at FCCJ. Attendance is up to you to maintain, it's a college class, so you should attend for your own satisfaction, points off for attendance missed. Great learning experience, book used as well as everyday examples. Awesome!!!

Prof Corona doesn't only teach Customer Service, his behavior toward his class is the epitome of his subject matter. He is fair and flexible and genuinely loves the subject matter and has the students' best interest at heart. He requires timely work and attendance, but doesn't micromanage to get it. His class is great!

Easy class. Weekly discussion boards for which you don't really even need the book and aren't required to post more than once per topic. Quizzes open for entire course and can be taken over and over. Two ridiculously easy projects: a PowerPoint and an interview. Entire course at your own pace. Little interaction from professor.

teacher does not grade discussion boards till end of class. follow syllabus and you should be ok.

Fun class with an awesome teacher. (Plus, he is HOT!)

Took class online and it was really fun and interesting. You have 10 discussion questions, 10 quizzes, a midterm and final exam. You can take quizzes(30mins) over to master an "A" and the exams are timed for 2hours. Professor doesn't ask any tricky questions, just read the book and the answers are there.Professor very helpful too. I made an "A."

Great professor. Tests can be taken over and over. A few deliverables, but easy ones. Do you work and follow the course outline and you will make an "A" in the class. I highly recommend this professor.

If you want an A, then take him! His online class is pretty easy. You get multiple attempts at the quizzes, discussion boards are super easy & I didnt have any problems in understanding what he needs us to do for our assignments. I'm taking him for other classes.

Professor Corona is NOT an easy Professor. I have had numerous classes with him and I have gotten good grades, but I have had to work my butt off and actively participate in class to earn them. What he is, a caring student focused teacher that goes above and beyond for student success. Teachs from real world experience.

Corona knows how to connect with people which is why every class was basically a chill session that centered around the powerpoint topic, deviated, then came back. The class was a lot of fun but there was plenty of self-teaching involved. Just watch out for his last project (group project). It killed most of our grades.

AWESOME! He really works with you and answers any questions you have pretty quick. His assignment explanations are short but if you are reading the book like your supposed to you will already know what to do and if not they all you have to do is ask!! Take this class!! Easy!!

2nd time taking him. AWESOME. I had no issues with him replying to me. I even called him & received a call back an hr later & he answered all my questions. The syllabus is clear. online DB & Quiz ea wk, midterm & final, powerpoint & 2pg summary. Super easy and you still learn! highly recommend him! He's an easy grader too.

This was a TRUE online class. Everything was open & available on DAY 1. There were only 2 mandatory deadlines. All else could be completed as you saw fit. When I emailed him, he replied. The requirements were simple and clear. Quiz & Discussion board + 2 small projects. The way true online classes should be. Im taking his ADV class next semester.

Prof Corona makes class interesting and fun to attend. Even though he expects us to earn his grade, he is also very forgiving and understands that we have more than "just his class" so you will receive fewer assignments with more substance instead of many pointless assignments that only waist our time and I appreciate this. overall a great class!

I don't know what the last 3 posts are talking about. Easy A. Just make sure you have a good group for the final project. Everything is laid out in the syllabus. He does joke around alot but take him with a grain of salt.

Professor Corona was a good professor I didn't have any problems with the course. He responded to emails in a timely fashion. I didn't have any issues getting my work done in time provided. Overall, this was of better an easier courses that I've ever taking in a 8 week block!!

2 HW and 1 Quiz each week. DB every other week. HW was tough. Quizzes were easy. WileyPlus portal had many tech problems. Grades did not transfer to BB and other issues. Prof responded to emails promptly and was accommodating. Seems like a good guy. Like any other course: do the work and you will get an A.

Corona Is an awesome teacher willing to help unless you show you don't care about your grade. He is a real world kind of teacher. You must speak up and participate in class discussions or your grade will suffer. He allows students to help make decisions and gives you rewards when you do a good job. I have taken 2 of his classes I have taken!!

First off Professor Corona is one the most down to earth Professors this college has to offer. For students (as in previous comments) that think they are worth an A, sorry but you are not!! When having an "open book" test, these are the same tools you have access to in the real world!! Get over yourself! I've taken his courses 4 times an love it!

Corona is an awesome professor. He is a great communicator, and he teaches us at our level. He presents us with real world problems and then teaches us real world solutions. Take his class and you will be better at your job.

Very clear outline of class on syllabus. Used "Connect" (secondary website for material and testing. Once you figure out the secondary website, the class is a breeze. Only a few discussion boards. Would take his class again.

He is very supportive and replies quickly to emails.

Nice guy. Gets off topic a lot. Does not lecture about material from the text, lecture is about "real world" application. All assignments and quizzes are done through Learn Smart. VERY willing to help. Great about office hours. Will change quiz grades if you successfully argue your reasoning. I plan on taking GEB 1011 with him.

The course is great and easy to follow. Phrasing of some questions can throw you off so make sure to do your reading and analyze.

I took the online class. She used Modern Management by Pearson. I loved the learning tools but the program by Pearson is a little glitchy. Connect directly to the ethernet instead of wifi. Her quizzes were focused on the chapters assigned no surprises and she gave clear feedback on discussions. Yes, Gary is female for those it matters to.

This class was an easy A but you will have to work hard. At the beginning of the course he has a printable syllabus with all the due dates for each assignment. You dont have to enter the course everyday but all work is due on Sunday and there are no extra credit or makeup work. As long as you annotat each chapter then you pass the test/quizzes

She used the Pearson software for this class. It is very easy to use and provides excellent study aides. This is the second class I have taken with her and will choose her for many more.

Super easy course. Two modules of homework and two quizzes each week. A few discussion boards - where you do not need to reply to other students. I would take him in a heartbeat.

Professor Corona did a very good job in teaching this class. He laid everything out front and what was to be expected. I appreciated his discussion boards as they pertained to the real world in being a successful manager. I would highly recommend him for any class he would be teaching.

Professor Corona is PRO-student, which is so rare to find these days. I highly recommend him, it's clear this job is something he's passionate about and if you treat him with respect that's exactly what you'll get back. And the course itself isn't that difficult, I'd say an easy A.

He is laid back, as long as you do your work it is easy to pass. The world is easy, though some is a lot of questions. He is nice to talk to and is very open in class. He likes his class to be laid back and open. Its a relaxing environment. He does assignments week by week, all due Sunday. no lacework is allowed. show up to class and do the work

Took MAN2021 online. Very clear grader. 2 of each; Homework, assignments and quizzes due each week. 4-5 discussions regarding basic concepts covered. Assignments are easy, but TIME CONSUMING. I received a lower grade only because I was distracted by taking other hard classes. Should be an easy A/B if you do all the work! Online login required!$$

Great teacher. Took during the stay-at-home order so class had to be moved online only and he accommodated us. Participation is a biggie and being on time.

Quite possibly the easiest class I've had. It was strictly online. Literally just do the reading/questions, activity and quiz, 2 chapters a week. Super easy! But BEWARE, only 1 attempt for the activities and quizzes. So be sure you're right atleast in your answers.

Professor Corona was one of the best professors I've ever had, and this is the 4th college I've taken classes at. He really cares about his students and does everything possible to help them succeed. He is not arrogant like some professors. I really like how he invites participation during class. I learned so much in his classes.

This professor is very nice and always answers back in a timely manner. Once you are in the smartbook online you do reading, assignment, and quiz every week. I liked how you can get into a routine and know what is due for the next week. TAKE THIS CLASS, easy to learn the subject and pass with a good grade.

Excellent professor. His class had a reasonable amount of work, and he gives you very clear expectations. The times I reached out for an extension and a resubmission he was very accommodating. Super nice guy, and cares about his students. I definitely recommend his class. Lot of the work is 1 attempt online, so make sure you read before hand.

The professor has a specific system, but if you engage with it, the class works well. Stay on top of the work, and you'll do fine. Unstuck AI was a lifesaver for exam prep - definitely recommend giving it a try!

Professor Corona was one of my favorite professors. I learned so much in his courses! He is a very effective communicator, teacher, listener, and leader. I especially like how he focuses on what is important and he never wastes anyone's time. He is extremely efficient and effective. I highly recommend taking his courses! You'll be glad you did!

He is a really nice teacher. His lectures are well organized, and he approachable if you need help. the only thing I wasn't a big fan of is the quiz policy, you only get one attempt, and there are no retakes. i think having at least one additional try would help reduce stress and give students a better change to show what they've learned.

I have taken two of Gary's classes and both were extremely easy to get a good grade in. You are able to complete his week's work in MAX a few hours, allowing you to put more energy into other courses. He is a considerate person who works well with different situations you may find yourself in, just put some level of effort forward and you'll pass.

I took the 7-week course and besides having at least six assignments due every week, this class was super easy. Material is taught through McGraw Hill; reading assessment, activity, and quiz due every week; discussion post every other week. Despite the course load, I enjoyed the material and was able to finish assignments quickly!
