Awesome. His tests are very easy if you just skim through the notes and the book a little bit. He barely gives homework, and when he does, it's all extra credit. He's lenient on attendance. You couldn't fail his class if you tried.

Dr. Levine is a wonderful teacher. Although I didn't like reading the book every,single night, his class was one of the best classes I have taken at Edinboro. If you have to take Gen. Psyc. Dr. Levine is the professor I would highly suggest.

Great professor! I took this class over the summer so I was in there for three hours a day, five days a week, for three weeks and I absolutely loved it. He is really smart and helpful! He's an all around great guy.

He's the best teacher I've had at Edinboro so far. He let's you know what you'll need to know for the test, but doesnt make it extremely easy. He's smart, honest, and keeps the class so interesting. I love that class so much.

A very interesting class, really makes you think, and can change the way you think about things. Levine makes class fun by not just giving notes, but also showing examples of what the class is discussing in video clips from various news specials, tv shows, and movies.

This class was great! It was always interesting and it's not hard as long as you read the book and go to class! If you have to take a psych. class take one from him, I loved his class!

Tests are pretty much impossible-- even if you do read as suggested. You pretty much have to have photographic memory. But class is actually fun to attend and Dr. Levine makes it interesting. And...Dr. Levine is a good looking man.

I don't understand why people are saying the tests are hard. As long as you read and go to class, it's an easy A. Levine is a VERY good professor and makes the class interesting. I would definitely reccomend him.

Dr. Levine's class was the bomb! His tests were easy as long as you payed attention in class and at least studied your notes one or twice at the very minimum. Some of the homeworks were lame, but at least he knew what he was talking about and actually cared if you passed his class or not. And I agree, he was hot! I reccommend him!

Shows video clips and uses powepoint to explain notes available on his webpage. It really got me interested in psycology. Even if you don't become a big psych buff, you'll come away with some interesting information. Exams are hard, especially if you don't bother reading the book...

I took this class in the first summer session, so it was a lot of reading and writing. He wants Q4's for each chapter you read, so it's kind of time consuming. Wrote a couple of papers that "related" to psych somehow. Good teacher.

I love Dr. Levine! I would definitely recommend his class. His discussions and power point clips make the class really interesting, and the class is really easy as long as you pay attention and atleast skim the chapters in the book.

He made the class very interesting. You learn a lot of new and interesting things, even if you are not a psych major. I liked it a lot and made it my minor, it's only 6 psych classes.

Awesome class! I didnt think i'd like it at first, but he keeps it interesting and fun! I would take any class he teaches. You do need to read and take notes. The text isn't bad with short chapters. Homework is required but not hard. Read and you will pass the tests. At the end of the course I was really interested in social psych!

i'm a psych major going into my senior year, and i totally regret not taking dr. levine before this. he's probably the best psych prof i've had here. keeps it interesting, even though i took it during the first summer session and we had class for like three hours every freakin' day. if you can take him for anything, don't pass up the opportunity!

Dr. Levine is great!! His powerpoint lectures are interesting and memorable. He uses funny clips every class and also incorporates technology to get everyone involved. You do have to read the text tho-he puts questions on the tests from material covered in the book. Not hard tho, I'm getting an A. Would take him again!!

He's an awesome teacher, one of the best in the psyc. department! His lectures are awesome and really make you think, he also shows videos which really help with the tests. If you want to do good, go to lecture pay attention and read the book (it's where he gets all of his test questions)

Great Gen Ed course! Fair grading and fairly interesting presentation. I would highly recommend this course.

Dr. Levine is a great professor. His lectures are kept interesting and up-to-date with video clips and pictures. He is a fair grader and is lax on attendance. Wants students to do well and tries to make sure everyone is learning. Buying the book and reading almost all of it is necessary for his class though. I highly recommend him.

Great professor! He keeps the class interesting by doing other stuff than just talking the whole time. The class itself isn't that hard because he only covers things that a gen ed course should so you don't have to know tiny little details. I would definitely take another course by him!

The clips are great illustrations of material and he records lectures and posts them so you can review for exams and catch up if you've missed a lecture. Great use of technology. Super easy teacher, and all of his lectures are online. If you go to class or watch the online lectures, the class is really easy. You HAVE to read the book because that is where he gets test questions from, along with the lecture. Also, make sure read pictures and all captions for the test. Nice guy.

He's a nice guy and utilizes a multitude of sources for his lectures and wants you to pass. (I'm in his class now. "I get no pleasure out of giving bad grades" He just said.) He gives you every chance to do well so there's no reason not to pass, but he is somewhat hard to hear. I would definitely recommend him. Rules: Read the book and show up.

Online Social Pysch over a winter session (condensed learning). I literally loved this class. It was very rigorous but it is so interesting you don't even mind doing all of the work. He responded to my e-mails in a timely manner. He gives you study guides which are extremely helpful on the test. I loved this class, take it if you get the chance

Online social psyc: it was one of the best online classes I've seen, incorporating video lectures, web links, and textbook use. Required quite a bit of work but it was worth it. He is a really good professor.

SHow up to class, do your work ! Make sure you do the study guide in the back of the book because thats where all his test questions come from ! the EC and RC quizzes on D2L really help you out ! Overall easy class and sometimes it can be quite interesting! If you study and try there is no room for failure !

good professor. will help you out if you ask. it's an absolute MUST to have the textbook and read it as often as possible. tests are relatively easy, mult choice, taken directly from text, online quizzes, and videos.

This guy teaches an interesting Psychology 101 class, that baslines psych for you. He has study guides and these RC/EC tests on D2L that if you do them, you'll be better prepared for his tests. Easy way to get a good grade on a test: show up to class, note everything on slides, write a note about the main point of class vids, & watch online ones.

I really enjoyed this class. It was challenging, but the material was presented in a really effective, organized manner. The lectures were interesting, but I would have liked to have been able to download the files so I could watch them offline or on a mobile device.

You take seven tests and the top five scores count. This is awesome because if you fail one test you have another chance to fix it. His class is super easy if you just show up and pay attention. Questions are directly from notes and study guides. Highly recommended if you just need the credit.

I often stay away from online classes since its so easy to get through the class without learning much, but Ive surpringly learned more in this class than most. You will put a lot of work into this class if you want an A, but if you keep up with the reading and online assignments, youll do really well. If you have the chance, take this course!

This class is pretty easy if you put in the work. he not only gives you one but two chances to replace two low test scores with a "second chance" midterm, so it doesn't kill you to fail it. You also can do online quizzes & test that you can get 100% on if you remember to do them aka DO THEM. he does give a max of 6 credit points which is helpful.

Levine is an understanding professor. He is an easy grader and gives many opportunities for extra credit. Although I recommend attending, it isnt mandatory and a lot of the content is online. The lectures were actually interesting. Its one of the few classes I actually enjoyed going to.

I do recommend this professor for PSYCH 101. It was a manageable class and overall I actually learned a lot without being overwhelmed. Quizzes are super easy if you actually watch the lectures.

Only teacher here ive had that doesnt dock points for attendance. Open to make-up tests and understand of life events, amazing with answering emails. Class is mostly lecture, but he records and posts them online, which makes note taking a TON EASIER. love u gary mwah

Dr. Levine requires that you pay attention during lectures. I would even paraphrase what he says because it is important. His class is easy though, he gives you literally EVERYTHING you need. If you are not going well then talk to him about how you can improve your understanding of the material. I learned the most in his class.

I truthfully enjoyed his class. I took this class online and accelerated. He had interesting lectures, and his tests were easy. If you took notes on lectures, readings, and the extra videos, it is an easy A+.

Gave us reading assignments multiple times during the week and weekends but they are easy. We had to watch alot of very old clips. textbook is free online. very nice and pretty easy tests lots of extra credit

Kind and chill guy! Super easy class as long as you watch the videos and do the small quizzes before each lecture. Posts lectures online too, so missing a class isn't anything to panic over. Class consists of lots of small (but easy) quizzes and unit exams.
