the homework wasn't bad but to complete the homework I had to learn the entire course outside of class. He goes so fast and never asks if we have questions or if we are understanding. If you have taken a logic course this class will not be as difficult for you. Those who haven't taken a logic course are basically left in the dust.

He is very difficult but it is very manageable, he has a textbook for the class but I never needed to buy it. You are required to attend lab periods unless otherwise excused. Many students find him intimidating but he is always willing to help you with whatever you need. I've had him for 330, 362, 370, and now 380. 10/10 professor.

I promise that you will learn A LOT in Zoppetti's class but he will not make it easy. You will need to attend every class, pay attention to lectures, study hard for exams, and put in a lot of effort on the labs. He will randomly call on students during lectures so be prepared. Will be very helpful if you talk to him after class or in his office.

Will respond to emails and help after class, but if you are stuck after all he taught in class and during office hours, you might as well drop the class or change your major. The textbook is required because he takes questions from the textbook and puts them on his exam. All exams are in person. 5% participation goes towards students' grades.

This is one of the easier courses required for the major, and Dr. Zoppetti is a great professor to take it with. As per the usual, his class is HARD, but you'll learn so much if you put in the work. Go to class, take notes, and STUDY. Don't stress too much about the paper and presentation, I don't think they're graded as hard as his exams.

Dr. Zoppetti is not meant to be feared! He may be a giant and act like a robot, but he has a kind heart and a great sense of humor. If you go to office hours, he will respect you as a student and take the time to help you. If you don't do your work or you don't take his classes seriously, you will quickly fall behind.

Really great prof. Keys to success: Ask questions (might seem intimidating, but is kind). Read the textbook (LOADS of practice probs, read as much as poss. before class time aka 1hr before class). Talk to him, TALK TO HIM (he really is so kind, he's tough on you, but you WILL be prepared for 162 +). Be proactive, communicate, easy B-!
