if you take eco get geeta, she gives A's away. you have to do a lot of busy work but that is really how you get you grades in there.

she gives you the answers to most of the questions during review which is the class before the test so you cant fail the tests and the tests are only worth 10%. lot of busy worth but definitely fun!!

Professor Shah is the best professor I have had since I began my college career 2 years ago. I have her for micro and will be taking her macro class in the fall. I always recommend Mrs. Shah to everyone. I had her in Microeconomics (seated class) and Macroeconomics (online class). I missed her in the online class. Take her in a seated class, because she is that good. She makes sure you understand and is clear. She cares about your grade and her tests are easy. She should be #1 in the top 10 list.

Mrs. Shah is a good teacher. She obviously knows Economics inside and out, and does her best to teach it in a clear way. What I didn't like is that she treats the class like grade school at times. On the final she assigned seats and had everyone put their belongings at the front of the room. She also gets off topic a lot so the class is long.

Mrs. Shah is a wonderful teacher, and without a doubt the easiest teacher I've ever had. She literally gives you all of the questions on the tests for study purposes as well as all the answers. I'm not very interested in Econ, while Mrs. Shah did not raise my interest in Econ at all, she helped make an otherwise boring subject bearable.

Ms. Shah is a great instructor who is always willing to assist her students. Her classes are not hard if you participate, read the chapters and do the homework. She assigns a quiz, aplia assignment, discussion board every week and 2 exams per semester. She provides study guides for each exam and quiz. Overall, a very nice and easy instructor!

Best teacher ever! I took micro-economics back in 1994 and got a C - hated going to the class! I took Professor Shaw's macro economics class and got an A over the summer session online. She is an amazing professor a hundred times better than my first professor! She really wants you to succeed and she makes the information easy to understand!

You really know that she cares about you, both personally and as a teacher. You feel like you are part of a family. I actually became friends with several other students in class. She teaches the material and as long as you pay attention you will pass. She teaches you everything in a clear manner and even teaches you without you realizing it(HW).

Mrs Shah is UNBELIEVABLE! Very helpful to her students. I loved the class talk to her, get to know her, let you know you are there and she will help you in long run (I.E - missing quizzes, hw, etc) Course uses APLIA Textbook online and is required. Also this was an online course however the midterm and final exam are seated on campus and required!

Mrs Shah's the best teacher I've ever had. She has her PowerPoint, up and goes over it, but then writes everything that you really need to know on the board and explains it till everyone gets it. Took her Micro class online, easy A as long as you do the work. Most understanding college teacher (especially for Wake Tech), concept is tricky but if you can get past that I highly recommend taking online to not have to go to class. Discussion board, quiz, and Aplia is due at the end of every week, so a whole week to do an hour worth of work

Had her online. Proposes interesting discussion questions, and helps you understand a tough subject. For me, it was Macroeconomics. If you're a disciplined student, you'll do fine in this class.

I have never had a professor that cares more about her students success. I took ECO252 online, and I am definitely going to try and take her for my ECO251 next semester. As long as you follow the material you should be perfectly fine. She is very nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. Great professor!!

Do not take her if you want to learn. It is an easy A if you pay attention and take notes, but you will be miserable in this class. She is never focused. She tries to "teach" but can't stay focused for more than 5 minutes, so she goes on random tangents for half of the class. It is very hard to focus or pay attention in this class. Stay away!

I'm currently taking Microeconomics with Ms. Shah online and just signed up for Macroeconomics with her as well. Even though this was a online class, Ms. Shaw provided lots of materials for the students to understand the subject. She does a occassional lectures so students can ask questions personally about the subjects they didn't understand.

For the online course, Professor Shah was a decent facilitator of information, but I did most of the course on my own with little interaction. She is a very generous grader and allows for multiple attempts, late submission in some cases, and generously rounds grades at the end of the semester. Friends have also told me that she is good in class.

I had Mrs. Shaw for ECO251 online. She does want to see her students succeed and allows for the reopening of units near the end in case you missed any. She gives good, in person reviews for both the mid term and final. She is kinda full of herself, I was told "She had already helped us so much" with no further help when having final reg. trouble.

I took this class during summer and it wasn't hard at all. We had a quiz and discussion board post due every week and they were easy. Gives exams to study guides which were very helpful. She made class fun and made everyone laugh all the time.

This class is an easy A, but you need to work for it. Shah assigns a lot of aplia assignments which is worth 25% of your grades. Her test are easy as long you study the study guides and take good notes. And there is a group project which it is sort of easy if you understand the materials; presentation is held at the end of the semester.

I took this course and followed it with her ECO 152 course, I could not have asked for a more understanding professor. Even in her online section, she was willing to work with me when I had to leave the state at the last minute and finish the course from across the country. She gives her students every opportunity to succeed.

Easy A if you put in the work. Even if you don't, Professor Shah gives you many chances to make up work missed and multiple tries for a better grade on assignments. You really can't go wrong with this professor.

I literally was late every single day, didn't pay any attention, and still got an A in this class. As long as you just do all of the HW and listen when shes literally GIVING TEST ANSWERS you will pass 1000%. 1 group project which you will present. shes so funny i would take her for any class.

I didn't even pay a single millisecond of attention in that class and still got an A. Just do the homework and make flashcards out of the study guides she makes and it's the easiest A ever.

My situation was very specific in this class, I took her in Summer 2018 so it was an accelerated class. I unfortunately got very sick for half the semester and was hospitalized on and off. She was very understanding and even with all those hurdles, I passed with a C+ having never taken an Economics class before. She is very kind.
