Lots of note taking but easy assignments! The quizzes and tests are a little tough but as long as you are paying attention and taking notes you should be fine.

Acevedo's course is textbook heavy but he relates concepts from the book to real world situations. Which helped me better understand concepts within the class. His lectures are fast at times but if you're reading the book you will understand the concepts. Overall great professor and he is fair with his grading.

I took Economics of Business and his class was great! Assignments were SO easy, you just pick the answers out of the textbook. Quizzes were nothing crazy and assigned every few chapters. The midterm and final are nothing you aren't prepared for just by doing the work throughout the semester. He's not a tough grader at all. Do the work, you pass.

Very easy class to pass. Take notes everyday in his class and you will be ready for the quizzes. Some quizzes had about only one or two questions that were not covered in class but covered in the book.

He is a very caring professor. He simply wanted to help each and every one of his students and never denied anyone help to pass this class. All assignments were simple and straightforward.

If you pay attention you'll be fine and a lit of the information helps with future finacial decisions

Professor Acevedo is very funny and genuine. He genuinely cares about your learning and it shows up in the way he teaches and his dedication.

This class was very fun to take and it also ended up being not that hard to follow. Sometimes graphs can be confusing but the lectures help a lot. Lectures matter more for the final project than the actual homework, but not going would mean missing out on a lot of insight.

Loved his class. Always was willing to reopen assignments no matter how late anyone asked. It was a great class, learned a lot and cared alot. I could tell he wanted to be doing this. Like this wasn't a chore or a job. He seemed to genuinely enjoy what he did and I never once did dread going to his class. I left with a smile :D

he had great tone, HILARIOUS and made the class interesting to learn. he also showed great love to his work, and you could see giving us this information about business mattered, and he cared for our future, and warned and taught us about the real work. he was like a father to me.

This professor allowed me to understand economics easier and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who wants to go further into business.

Professor Acevedo was very lecture heavy but he didn't make the class quiet, he often gave clear examples that related to real life dilemmas according to what we were learning. He made class interesting and gave new things to learn everyday we came to class. Him as a person, outside of being a professor, was very kind and understanding.

He is very caring absolutely loved his class. I loved his class I think it was better than any other. I was extremely grateful because he told us he only got paid to be in the classroom with us but he still opened up assignments that we forgot to do and he helped us a lot. I felt bad I didn't laugh as much to his jokes even though they were funny.

He is very funny and very inspirational, my class was asleep half of the time but my friends and I were always laughing about his jokes! It is not the easiest class but he simplifies it with the lectures, taking notes is VERY IMPORTANT. One of the best professors ever.
