uses good books gives good lectures, the class is interesting, he give good feedback on assignments, his exams are not too tricky, but he doesnt give A's no matter how good you do
Agree with previous post. If you want an A don't take the class. If you want to learn, and don't care about your grade, sign up.
Not a terrible guy, but NEVER answers emails. Class was interesting, and exmas were little trickey. One paper, was graded fairly.
His lectures aren't bad, however, his exams are. Also he is a hard grader w/ papers. I wouldn't take this class w/him again--or any others.
He is a good teacher. He relates things to rel life so you will understand it better....had fun in class the only thing is too much reading assigned each week because we only met once a week. but overall a good class.
this class was hard for me because it was an intro class that was 3hrs once a week. but as a teacher he is easy going. his tests a rather difficult but htats to be expected. he definately kept the class interested!
hardest class ever taken, i think i developed some kin of complex. wil never do this class again
Good class.
Boring topic, boring class, never took attendance, did not include class participation, didn't bother to learn names, no homework, no papers, only exams. Gave a study guide prior to exams, which listed every single thing talked about between exams. He was not very helpful when students needed extra help. Would not recommend!
I found Dr. Ladd's exams to be fair. He tells a lot of interesting stories. He's helpful if you go up to his office and talk to him. However, he doesn't give A's, even if you stand on your head and do tricks.
Professor Ladd will have you laughing the whole class long. He maked psychology fun and interesting,no drab like other psych professors (cough cough duncan white). If you go to every class you will do well. Exams come straight from lecture material. Quiz/Assignments online are easy. If you dont mind going to class, and you like to laugh take him.
the class was easy, only 3 exams plus online quizzes and assignments.he is very funny and if u study and do good on the exams u can go from a low grade to a high one.I liked him
I took two classes with prof Ladd and I really enjoyed his lectures. I thought his jokes made it alot easier to understand what he is talking about. He also does a quiz every class but it really helps you study for the tests and they are so easy as long as you pay attention in class. The only thing that sucks is he always has you write a long paper
NEVER ANSWERS YOUR EMAILS, SO HINT: IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS SPEAK WITH HIM AFTER CLASS AND GIVE HIM HARDCOPIES OF YOUR ASSIGNMENTS. AWESOME AT LECTURING, SUPER FUNNY. EXAMS MOSTLY FROM LECTURES, SO HINT: TAKE GOOD NOTES. GOOD LUCK!
Was great! The tests were decent, pay attention in class and take good notes and you'll do fine! Attendance isn't mandatory to pass but it sure does make life easier because he gives stats that aren't in the book.
I've taken 2 classes with Big G and he's amazing. Funny guy, I gaurentee you'll find about 5 people from TV who he reminds you of. He knows how to teach in a way that you are sure to get the subject. Exams aren't bad. Make sure to read your book! But His papers... not so cool. Good luck trying to figure out what he wants on those!
He was a very good professor. I enjoyed his class.
Wouldn't recommend taking. Makes a point of saying on the first day that he's so great about responding to emails, but in actuality rarely ever does. Has a great personality, but it's misleading because he's laid back in class but RIDICULOUS when it comes to quizzes and grading. Never gives full credit on HW.
Energetic, and knowledgable. Sometimes he can be a tough grader with homework assignments, but never had to do anything too difficult. Overall, I really liked him. He's a good professor.
Ladd gives good lectures, and notes. He is helpful and was always there for his students. I did not like the way he did his exams. Everything came straight from the book and hardly the notes. Made for a very frustrating exam, near the end I learned to just study the book. Overal he is pretty good, but there are better proffessors.
Not a good experience at all. He doesnt get your grades back fast. Doesnt answer emails, very boring class. exams are diffcult he uses the notes but its not enough. Online quizzes blow
He NEVER responds to emails, so do not email him. He gives online quiz's which are random and are not important and the exams are examples of facts. He expects each person to do 3 papers, those are the only thing that is easy in his class. If you want an "A" you won't get it. If you want a "B" you need to work hard or you will get a C or lower
Dr. Ladd is a great professor, very serious about his area of research. He tries to relate to his students and keep his lectures from sounding too boring by throwing in wacky "dorky" comments. His exams are based on the book and the notes come from the book. Know the book and you'll do well.
Lots of material is covered i go through at least 3 - 4 pages per class. There's an online book used which is pretty inconvenient but the exams are probably 75% from his lecture notes so if you can grasp what he says in class you'll be just fine. He likes making references about his kids and tries to be humorous. 3 exams and like 10 online quizzes.
Attendance wasn't mandatory but necessary to get good grades on the weekly quizzes. He is charismatic and related many of the topics to his personal life. I found him interesting. Enjoyable class.
Prof. Ladd is a good professor. He is whitty, and easy to understand. He also gives great examples. The weekly online quizzes add up but he grades fair and always responds to emails. I will definately take another class with Prof. Ladd.
Managed to get an A, but it was a hard task. GO TO CLASS. Don't only memorize but me sure to UNDERSTAND the material. His exams are difficult. Goodluck :/
To survive Dr. Ladd, you need to be willing to change your learning style. You MUST prepare before lecture, you MUST keep up with the hw, and you MUST study.. not memorize.. STUDY. This may seem daunting but he is a great professor who knows his stuff. If you work hard you will survive, especially his methods course. Make sure to go to class! GL!
not a good prof at all. turn around.. I gave up my entire life for the course and still only made it out with a c. and mid-semester when I expressed concern with my grade, he told me not to worry because I have everything he wants in a student, working hard etc.. yet he still only gave me a C.. very unhelpful, does not answer emails.
I learned a lot in his class. You have to be prepared to do a lot of homework assignments and studying. You must attend class and take notes. He is a hard grader. I am usually an A student but have a B as of right now in his class. But like I said you learn a lot.
Dr. Ladd is a good guy who knows his stuff. If you show up to class, pay attention, keep up with homework assignments and put in a little study time for his exams you'll do fine. I would consider him to be one of the more demanding professors I've had but I learned a lot. He's challenging but fair.
I had Dr. Ladd for Foundations of Psyc Research. He took dry material and made it somewhat interesting. I liked his class. He's challenging, but fair. I put in about 80% effort and got a B.
Exams do not match up to Text book, and sometimes even the lectures, I swear he makes up the questionss based on what he feels like. Doesn't answer his emails, difficult to talk with. He is available for office hours. Worked hard in his class and attended all but two classes, already have a bachelors degree and struggled with the class
Dr. Ladd is a great lecturer. He is passionate about his subject and articulate in his lectures. He makes it very clear that you must attend lecture, take notes on lecture, and study your lecture notes, and that the text is used more as a guide. Exams are based on his lectures, he makes that perfectly clear. He is extremely approachable, great prof
This class is by no means "easy" but if you put the effort in, you'll do well. He's a great guy and makes class interesting. EXTREMELY helpful if you show interest and at least make an attempt to come to most classes and meet with him. A good portion of his exams are from lectures, as he makes clear, and the textbook is more of a guide.
Had him for psych of aging. He is meh. First day takes 2 hours to read the syllabus. If class ends at 3:50 keeps you until 4. Very good at teaching lecture, exams are very easy. Very helpful in my opinion. Have to do one project and have quizes every couple weeks. Overall I say he is okay, not superb or excellent, just okay.
He knows a lot but doesn't know how to get the information accross correctly. There is a book to use for prequizzes and he will have you read and do a 4 hour activity the night before a quiz. i do not recommend him if you have a lot on your plate for studying.
Awful. Avoid him if possible; hard grader.
He's a good teacher and tries his best to get his point across in a way that is understandable to everyone. I recommend taking his class in a smaller classroom rather than a large lecture, that way it will be easier to pay attention. He uses a lot of fun examples from his personal life and experiences. Going to class is a MUST as well as studying.
This was a great class. Prof. Ladd is very knowledgeable and his lectures are always interesting. Amusing stories and charismatic lecturer. Don't miss classes, tests come almost exclusively from them. Willing to help if you need it.
Dr. Ladd was one of the best professors I had at RIC. I took both Psych of Aging and Abnormal Psych. He is very good at explaining difficult concepts. He is also very big on writing. That manual on APA he suggests to buy is very helpful. READ THE BOOK!!!Mostly everything he lectures on is in the book.
Great professor. Easy to listen to. I took a large lecture class. My attendance wasn't great but I guess that's why I got a C+! Although he is a very hard tester! His multiple choice questions ALL seem correct and similar so know your notes (more than your book) inside and out! Overall great guy!
I loved Prof Ladd! He isn't strict on attendance but showing up helps because he uses powerpoints and the stories he told in relation to the material were what helped most on tests/quizzes. He'll explain until you understand-and then some :) He's very funny which made going to class much more bearable.
Although I got an A in his class he seemed extremely unorganized. He lost one of my exams, and gave me the wrong score on my quiz. He showed up one day and passed out quizzes to find out he didn't have enough and had to reschedule the quiz. He seemed irritated every day when he came in. Hes okay to take just watch your grade carefully.
He's the best professor I've ever had. He tries to make the lecture fun by adding in stories and jokes that really help students learn the material. He's very approachable and tries to keep the students engaged during lecture. If I could take another course with him I would!
I have no interest in Psychology, but Dr. Ladd's class was extremely interesting. His lectures were hilarious and very informative. If you had questions, he was willing to answer them so that you understood the topic. I recommend you read the book before class as the lectures will be easier to understand. Quizzes were online as well as the book.
Overall, he wasn't that bad. His lectures are long and he literally just sits there and talks at you. Doesn't make it easy to like the topic but he can be kinda funny sometimes. Just do what's assigned and take notes and you'll get an A. No surprises and tells you what he expects upfront. Nice guy too.
Dr. Ladd is the best professor I've ever had. He makes human development very interesting and he uses a lot of examples to make topics clear. Definitely take him! You only have three exams in the class and homework assignments every week. It's a lot of material but if you do the homework you will get a good grade.
Dr. Ladd makes lectures interesting, he's a pretty goofy guy. His tests are a little difficult and there's a lot of emphasis on the textbook, but it isn't an awful class and it's fairly easy if you study.
Easy professor. Gives a lot of busy work though. Exams are easy.
Dr. Ladd is hilarious & it is great to be 15:1 with him in this honors class. He makes the lectures memorable though they feel quite long. 2 exams, 2 papers, 2 quizzes, & 1 group project. Reading beforehand is especially helpful but don't buy the book just buy the LearnSmart code! I worked for my grade in this class, but am happy I took it honors.
A ton of online work in this class, learnsmart due for a chapter every class (1-2 hours of work with the reading) plus homeworks and online quizzes. Material isn't difficult but there is a lot of it. Not always completely accurate and can be a little arrogant. Doesn't answer the question actually asked almost as if he stopped listening halfway.
A ton of online work in this class, learnsmart due for a chapter every class (1-2 hours of work with the reading) plus homework and online quizzes. Material isn't difficult but there is a lot of it. He is a fabulous psychology professor!! He loves what he teaches and encourages his students to think deeper about the material. There is a lot of reading and online work is a must and very helpful for preparing for the test. He is very funny and provides many real world examples, like his two children. I highly recommend him.
Lectures are fine. Consise, but nothing special. He seems to be suffering under the delusion that women now dominate the scientific community and that men are being muscled out. He brings this up frequently, and it can be very frustrating to anyone who knows otherwise. His sense of humor is pretty lame also. Overall aggrivating but mostly harmless.
His exams are right from class, go to class and take notes and you'll be fine. He gives some extra credit. You have to read the book. He has homework, chapter evaluations, and quizzes. It's a lot of work. Don't take if you have a full schedule. But over all, go to class and read and you'll do fine
One of the best Psychology professors I've ever had. The class is extremly fair; all you have to do is show up to the lectures, take notes and do your online assignments. Easy A. Dr. Ladd combines humor, and personality to his class to make the material easy to understand!
I'll be honest: I didn't enjoy this class much. With that said, now that I'm taking upper level courses, I realize that I never gave Dr. Ladd enough credit. His courses are tough but they really prepare you for upper level courses (especially 320/Stats). Great sense of humor but can come across as arrogant. You end up learning more than you think.
He's definitely tough-you have to work hard to earn a good grade. I thought I was getting a B- but I ended up getting an A-! Do all of the homework/assignments; tests can be tricky so make sure you don't just study definitions. Really understand the material. Go to class-he explains things well. Meet w/ him outside of class too. I recommend him!
Dr. Ladd's lectures are either hilarious or a drag. Unfortunately, he taught my Research I class APA formatting completely incorrectly and now I have to teach myself the correct formatting so I can pass Research III. I do not think he should be allowed to teach Research I if he is going to teach incorrect and outdated information. Such a shame.
Dr. Ladd is an average professor at RIC. Going to lecture is important because there will be stuff on exams that weren't in powerpoints that he talked about in class. His exams aren't terrible but you need to study a good amount. I would take him again if i had to, but not my first choice. Lectures can drag and he talks about himself A LOT.
Very much wants all his students to do well and succeed. Assignments made it slightly more helpful to practice material, learning it however it was more of an on your own experience. 4 quizzes and 3 exams with no study guide to follow except "study everything book and lecture." Tough grader on Lit Evals. Might be helpful to know he's a Gemini..
Professor Ladd was the WORST professor Ive ever had at RIC. Get ready for him to sit on a table and lecture for 2 hours while he humiliates his own kids with storys of their childhood. Oh and he gives 2 exams and a cumulative final. He gave my class the last exam on a Thursday and had us take the cumulative exam the following Monday. dont take.
Professor Ladd is a professor who makes you WORK.. as long as you read, review your notes everyday, and pay attention you will be fine. He gave us an exam at midterm time, then one on the last day of classes, and then a cumulative final during finals week.... STUDY STUDY STUDY!!! get help early in the semester if struggling.
Love love love! Great Professor, teaches in a way you'll understand and is very easy going. Will answer questions when needed and always open to help. Yeah, he talks about himself but he's really passionate about what he does so it isn't that big of a deal. Fair grader, gives lots of extra credit opportunity. Show up to class and you'll get an A.
Funny, nice, cares, easy A
Arguably the best professor I've had at RIC so far. I have no idea why everyone says this guy is so difficult. His criteria is clear and his assignments are fairly simple. I suppose he claims his grading on papers is harder than it is but it really is not tough. Not to mention the guy is hilarious. His lectures were so fun, could not recommend more
Rarely answers emails and exams are based on what he talks about in lecture and not the powerpoint which is nonsensical in my opinion. Don't waste your time on reading the textbook unless you want to EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE (like it said in the textbook) SMH
Most people dont like Dr. Ladd, but I just finished his Adolescent class, and even tho there were 14 Learnsmarts for practice, 4 online quizzes, 2 exams, 1 cumulative final and a 10 pg paper, he is pretty easy. The only thing I dont like is the fact hes unorganized and rarely answers emails. His lectures are funny tho, so hes okay in my book.
Dr. Ladd is an average professor. He assigns homework weekly which mostly does not have to do with the material needed for the exams. His lectures can drag at times when he just sits in the front and talks for the period. Don't just study the powerpoint. What he says is very important as well. Exams are simple and fairly straightforward.
be ready to study. He does give extra credit but you have a ten page term paper to do and does want to see the researches
Dr. Ladd was a great professor. His lectures were funny to listen to and his notes weren't lengthy. It's important to buy the book and highlight the things he went over in class. This was very helpful for studying. He gives plenty of opportunities to do well, as well as extra credit. My only complaint, I wish his notes were more structured.
Dont expect 1 point you didnt earn. Submit your lecture notes if you think you might need the extra 2 pts. No participation points and all exams are based on lectures, so I wouldnt advise missing any classes. Peer notes (mentioned above) were just people copying PowerPoint slides, so useless. Great prof otherwise.
Professor Ladd is a solid choice, he gives lots of examples in class, you should read the textbook because he lectures about it in class. the exams are tricky with the wording. Online homework and quizzes should get done easily. IMPORTANT: you MUST read. If not, you're going to have no clue what's going on.
Very difficult, exams are lecture based if you dont take great notes you are doomed! Exams are beyond difficult. He does give extra credit IF the class is doing bad but not in every class.
He is SO easy. Honestly just keep up with the reading evaluations, DO the hw, quizzes and do good on the exams and you'll get an A. ALL of his exams are *ONLY* based on lecture notes so go to class! His lectures are never boring and you actually learn stuff. Other than him not responding to emails, he was pretty good
The learnsmarts are given after the reading and it's easy to get a 100 if you do all of them. The exams are based off of the lecture he gives, whatever he discusses is on the exam. He does give plenty of extra credit, if you study and understand the material you will do well. I was nervous at first but ended up doing really well!
READ THE CHAPTERS! The wording is almost verbatim on the exams. Chapters are short. Homework and quizzes are on LearnSmart. Take advantage of the extra credit offered. He wants you to do well but YOU have to do the work. He's lively and entertaining - lectures the entire class. Like any job - show up and be present.
Dr. Ladd is such an amazing professor! His lectures are very clear and straightforward, he is funny and very engaging. The online assignments are extremely helpful for the exams. He gives a lot of opportunities to pass the class even if you dont do well on the exams. Office hours are a bit inconvenient but overall great professor
never answers emails. takes forever to grade assignments. says he will post notes on blackboard and then never posts them. honestly a pretty lazy professor does not seem to care about his job
Do not take. never writes back to your emails and if he does time has passed by so fast that you forgot you even asked the question. promises to put lecture notes on blackboard and never does. would not recommend, and many times does not write back to emails
Doesn't respond to emails, lost my learning disability paper and refused to give me extra time on exam, didn't post notes like he said he would, didn't lecture like he said he would, very unfocused (basically taught myself), posted work late or not at all. Just didn't do his job even though he seemed like a nice enough guy.
horrible guy, doesnt email you back dont take this class this guy sucks. And for the person who his lectures are fun, please tell me what was so fun from his class. He is not funny at all.
Real life comparisons. Clear standards. Easy A if you participate and complete assignments
Professor Ladd is kind but he does not respond to emails very often. He is a great professor though and if you do not work for your grade he will know and your grade will reflect that. Just do the work, put in the effort and you will succeed.
His classes are so long and boring, you always want to fall asleep. He is also rude and narcissistic. He loves to belittle his students. He rarely answers emails. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give him all zeros.
Dr. Ladd is by far one of my favorite professors. He ACTUALLY teaches you the material. My advice for the class: do all of your assignments, complete your readings and examples are your best friend for understanding the material. Ask for examples and you will do an amazing job, multiple choice and there are no tricks. Best class ever!
Doctor Ladd is a good professor while I did not do well on my first exam I did talk with him to see where I was going wrong. I was able to turn by C- at midterms to a B by the end of his calss. This class is very lectures based, I strongly recommend you audio tape his lecture and listen to them before exams.
You'll have to put in work to do well in this class. Lots of reading, homework, quizzes. Lectures were very interesting, and he explained topics well. He provided lots of opportunities to ask questions and made sure all topics were understood by students before moving on. I learned a lot from him, but exams were difficult for me.
Dr. Ladd is a great, entertaining professor and you learn a lot of his lectures. However, the term paper for this class in particular is a pretty hefty assignment when paired with the exams and quizzes that are also required throughout the semester. If you don't know how to write a formal APA literature review (like me), maybe avoid this class.
This class is a lot. I took it with Bio and Chem and it was too overwhelming. There are long assignments due before class starts and homework assignments after each chapter lecture. Professor is strict about phones and paying attention. If you're willing to put in the work for this class then take it, but just know there is a lot of work.
He's a tough grader(Idk if he gives out A's) but if you go to class, pay attention & do your work, you'll pass. Expect a good load for homework, specially in the first 1.5 months but not much after. For quiz&exam he takes ?'s from text book & gives ?'s hints during lecture. He actually answers your emails if you're in 473.
Great professor for sure, but a lot of assignments and quizzes to do. Only three exams, but they weigh heavily. Make sure you are there every day since he does tell you a lot and shows you a lot of information that is really important. Studying everyday is very recommended.
He is a good professor he is funny but is very lecture-heavy. A lot of homework and reading so be prepared and study every day if you can. The tests are really where you have to put in the work because there are 3 main exams, if you do badly on one it can set you back a whole grade level. SO STUDY AND GOOD LUCK!!
He is very passive-aggressive and way too focused on himself. He comes off as very critical and harsh most of the time. He is disorganized and really likes hearing himself talk. If you can take literally ANY other professor beside him, do it.
Obsessed with himself.Things he says will be extra credit on tests aren't. Don't learn .88 GPA even though he brings it up 50x. Don't need to know he was watching X-files and eating pizza when he had sex with his wife and got pregnant with son. Tests are multiple choice, disorganized, and he uses the same question multiple times on the same test!
Do not take him. Very lecture heavy, spends 30 minutes on one slide, and A LOT of reading. There are 3 exams that make up basically your whole grade. If you do bad on one exam your grade will drop dramatically!! If you can take literally anyone else, do it.
Exams are really hard and study material is the notes we take in class which can be up to 15 pages. Lots of homework, have to pay 100 dollars for a textbook just so you can complete assignments. Lecture is extremely boring he takes forever to switch slides. Take someone else.
He's not the worst but his lectures feel like they're 10 years long. He goes through slides slowly because he talks a lot but he doesn't post them so attendance is basically mandatory. Your grade is basically reliant on your 3 exam scores because everything else counts for like nothing. LOTS OF READING and notes, so, pay attention.
Honestly this was the hardest class that I took in undergrad. Prepare to do a lot of reading, lectures are very long. Make sure that you take notes during lectures and when you are reading. Exams are mostly written answers, so prepare to write your little heart away! Overall, he is a great professor, just a lot of work!
Honestly, I took the summer session courses with Dr. Ladd to avoid having to spend a full semester. While he is an authority in his work, he is also boring to listen to and the amount of REPETITIVE coursework that was required for this course was brutal.
The content is easy enough, but there's a lot of it. It is worth taking Research Methods in the summer setting since it is cheaper and faster. I would not recommend taking this class with Ladd. He overbooked the syllabus, did not get our only research writing assignment back to us until after the session has ended, and gave no significant feedback
Great professor! I had the 8am class & it will definitely wake you up!
This class is quite challenging. Even after going to all the lectures and studying for a while I got a D on the first exam. Many people I know in the class did not pass the exams. There are 3 exams in total which make up 60% of your entire grade. There are MANY homework's but they only count as 10% of your grade. The grading system is quite unfair.
Extremely difficult exams, only 3 exams that make up almost ur entire grade, don't take if you struggle with exams, so much homework and reading, lectures can be boring DONT RECOMMEND
I don't know what people expect from a high college-level course; the workload was fair, lol. Put the time and effort into studying for exams, and you will be fine. Material isn't necessarily hard, it is just a lot. Also offers extra credit to add to exam scores, which was also helpful. He is very lecture-heavy, though.
This class is NOT that hard, it just requires effort like most college classes. It is very lecture heavy, but he tries to keep them entertaining. His exams are application-based, so knowing the concepts is more important than memorizing! He provides a lot of examples in class to help understand the concepts. Trust me, this class is not scary.
Psyc230 with Professor Ladd is a challenge, but engaging if you put in the work. The lectures are detailed, with lots of info - use unstuck study alongside the textbook to stay on top of it all. Exams are tough, but doable with consistent studying.
PSYC476: Make sure you complete the assigned readings; lots of group work. He did not appear to like giving accommodations, but will do so if required. He was unable to reach once I was not a student. I tried to get a recommendation from him, and he did not respond back to me. Disappointing.
Don't take this class if you have a life. Class Tuesday and Thursday- makes quizzes for Friday morning due Saturday! He's an interesting guy can make class fun but the work is all online he doesn't review any of it! You'll have to really study the textbook to get good grades. If you have a job esp in service don't expect a good one.
Exams are challenging, extremely lecture heavy, lots of reading. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
-Only have 3 test in this course including our final, he didn't give back our first test until a week before our final. Doesn't scale grades. -Make sure you know how to understand, give and example and compare and contrast a topic because he says memorization isn't going to help you in this class (do both) -AVOID enrolling in the class.
Honestly, genuinely loathed this class. Extremely unclear, never responded to any of my emails. Tries to seem appealing through humor, and some people really like that - personally, I'm not looking for a friend; bottom line - if you want peace, do not take this class; it was the bane of my existence this past semester.
This class is doable. I saw the reviews, it freaked me out having to take this course but I ended up doing fine. Though there's a lot of reading and homework, I PERSONALLY feel reading the entire chapter is only convenient to complete a homework, the exams are heavily based on notes taken in class, so i didn't take extra notes as instructed. 8 AM:(
Makes classes very interesting with adding his funny life storys that tie together with the class
if you could take this class with someone else, consider the other person. INCREDIBLY LECTURE HEAVY. Lots of weekend homework, relies on the McGraw-Hill Connect to actually teach you. Attendance is done through QR code (keep the tab open and refresh it at the beginning of class, it doesn't register if you're in the classroom or not )
I took this class my first ever semester of college. I don't know why my advisor set me up like that, this class made me want to drop out of college. It was so overwhelming, so many exams, lecture heavy. My advisor put me in this class 3 weeks into class and he didn't excuse any of the work i missed or didn't let me do it. Do not recommend at all.
