Mr. Wright is awesom! He has first hand knowledge of our criminal justice system and is extremely open and honest with his answers. He rocks and even though you graduate you can always go back to him for references, letters of recommendation or just to chew the fat.

This guy is by far the funniest teacher at SAC "F" this and "F" that, he curses like crazy and its funny. He kept me awake throught his class. He does power point type presentation lectures. No need to buy the book and u must do a 5 pg. paper, otherwise the highest grade u can get is a C. He knocks off points for being late and they add up.

Great teacher, one of the best at SAC. Take notes but do not buy the book, don't need it. He will difinitely keep you awake in class with his sense of humor and great stories. Great teacher, he runs the CJ Dept. at Santa Ana and really cares about his students. His classes are funny but always a learning experience. Wish all instructors were like him, I bet more students would actually go to class. He is what we students call a teacher of the year contender. Don't forget no book, just take good notes!!

Mr. Wright is my favorite teacher of all time. Extremely funny and makes class interesting. I actually can't wait to go to class, let alone sit in the front row! Very interesting class. Teacher is fun and makes class fun to come to. Will take this class again without a doubt. The 5 page report is not that difficult to do. and as far as tardiness...you're better off not going in. No points deducted for being absent.

This man is ridiculously funny, i had him for intersession and my jaws were numb half way through the class. he's so funny that it makes you want to come to his class and wishing that it was a five hour class and not just three.

All I have to say that this Prof is FUNNY AND INTERESTING! His Tests are easy. He puts notes on the overhead 4 you to copy so tests are very easy. I just wished this class was like 5 hrs longer to laugh. You wont regret it! YOU MUST TAKE IT!!!

Oh my god this guy was so fun from beginning to end. I learned a lot from this man. He might be old and bald from the top of his head but this guy is sharp. His lectures were funny informative what more can you ask for from a teacher! Best of all you dont need to buy a book for his class. Go the first day of class and see what happens trust me!!

This guy is great entertaining and informative. Prepare to take a lot of notes. Everything you write will be on quiz or test.& five page paper that's optional if you want a A i suggest you do it. The paper has no strict requirements easy. No book necc. you will pass with the notes in class but if you plan to be absent a lot consider book.

The class is easy, just show up to class everyday and take notes and you will do good on all of his quizzes, midterm and final. He will tell you what to study on the final and the midterm. It's important to don't show up late, because he will take points off for each tardy. He's a very funny guy and made class really interesting.

He is the BEST professor I had in my entire life. He is amazing, very funny, extremely smart and he will tell you things exactly the way they are. He worked the system so he knows the system very well so he would tell you stories from his past. It is a very interesting class and honestly you would look forward to it every week!

I would actually learn and i liked the fact that he would use actual stories to the lesson of the class, and he brougt cops to talk to the class. Such an awesome instructor. Very honest about Criminal Justice. Attendance is a must. Super approachable and a very smart man. I strongly think evening instructors need to have that enthusiasm to teach in the evening especially since most of us are just coming out of a long day at work.

Very good professor you just have to take notes review them before the exam. you will never be bored in this class! I suggest doing his 5 page essay 6+ pages because i did 5 and he didnt pass me because i only had five he wants you to try and do more than 5! very tricky! without the essay you wont receive a higher grade then C!!

Great professor! Don't be late. No textbook needed. Take notes and study them. Test are not hard and he really likes "define & discuss" which is basically just defining. Just memorize certain terms and you should do fine. You will love his class. He is very funny and honest about everything, gives you a different perspective on certain point views.

Amazing professor. Took him for 101 and 219 back when i was in high school (MCHS) at SAC. Hilarious, straight foward, and funny stories. Class will be super straight foward and the workload is more than fair. Professor wright inspired me to obtain my AA and move on to my BA in criminal Justice.

Im not a morning person and I have his class early, but he wakes you up with his enthusiasm and humor. TAKE NOTES! Notes are important. I took Mr. Wrights CJ101 and CJ209 Classes and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!! He is incredibly funny, has the most amazing stories ever, super experienced in the law enforcement field, and is a wealth of knowledge on so many levels! Hes a straight shooter in his lectures and has simple rules: show up on time, no cell phones at all, and take good notes.

Professor Wright was an absolute amazing professor. If the college hadnt made him retire early I would have surely taken one of his classes again! I hope he visits the campus often. I would say I was one of his best students and he always made my day and will always be my favorite professor. Thank you sir for your amazing teaching :)
