This man is easily one of the best teachers I've ever had. I don't have one negative thing to say about him. His dry sense of humor is absolutely hilarious. Also, if you're a Grandville resident who gets offended easily, don't take his class!! -People who have had him know what I'm talking about!

Criminolgy was a blast, fun lectures, great stories and easy study sheets, easiest a i ever got and learned a lot. However, once you are in academy, WATCH out, he gets VERY serious with ya!

Mr. Zeeff is hands down the the funnest prof. I have had. This is the one class I was actually disapointed about when I had to miss.

This man is both funny and charming in his old man way. He makes easing into the realms of the psycho and sociological perspectives of crimes relatively pain free. He'll keep you interested and excited to go to class every day/every other day

All you need to do is read what he tells you and take his notes. You don't read the whole book like some professor would want you to do.

He is the best teacher I've had yet. He teaches in a way that you feel like your havign fun. I remember telling people, I learned so much in this class and it's the one class I did the least homework. He teachs you what you need to know for the most part in the classroom. Funny, nice guy. Zeeff is awesome. Has lots of experience in the Crim. Justice system. If you take anyone at GRCC, take Zeeff - even if you aren't in Crim. Justice!

Zeeff is the best prof at CC. period. I had Sam Naves before Zeef and I loved him, but Zeeff is even better. He makes everything intersting and has lots of HILARIOUS stories from his 15 years of experience as a police officer in G.R. Great guy, fair amount of profanity, but not tastelessly.

i actually looked forward to going to his class! tells great stories, and has plenty of knowledge. you won't regret taking the class with Mr.Zeeff

The greatest teacher! If you come to class, fill-out the study sheet, and show up for exams you'll be fine. Has tons of great stories, teaches well, and doesn't make the class hard. Great teacher. I always looked forward to going to his class. fun times!

interesting subject matter but not a fan of prof. spoke to class like we were all naive 18yr olds still living with our parents. left me feeling like i was the only person old enough to legally drink in the class. pretty biased also.

Mr. Zeeff is a cool teacher. The atmosphere is very relaxed and he's very down to earth. The class was very easy to pass and the tests were easier. I think he's great and would take his class again if I had to.

Awesome Prof. Just do the test reviews and you'll be perfect. Class discussions were awesome, it was a night class and I always looked forward to his class because he was so entertaining.

Very interesting stories, interesting material. You can tell he does the same lectures year after year, but you still learn a lot, and it's a lot of fun.

He is an awesome teacher, he is able to keep up the interest in the class with witty comments and sarcastic remarks.

He's got a lot of knowledge from experience, you listen to him talk and he gives a study guide for the book, then the rest of class you laugh and experience law. Great Class Made me want to change my degree to be a cop.

He tells lots of great jokes in class. I loved the class and he was willing to work with you. Show up and get a good grade!

He's an awesome teacher. Really funny guy and will make you laugh at least once during every class period. Goes slow and writes out all the notes on the board for students to copy. Tests are easy as long as you study and listen in class. oh and he actually cares about his students a lot.

Fav prof so far! i learned so much in his class. if you're looking for an elective to fulfill macrao take his class! he tells a lot of stories from his cop days and keeps class interesting. Tests are 50% lecture notes & 50% from the book. he gives a study guide for the book. no surprise ?'s on the test. My favorite class so far and best prof at CC!

It is important to get him during a night class, he is more favorable and likes the "adult" group better. Overall GREAT teacher, he is straight forward about test content and expects you do the study guide based on your own self discipline. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor!

GREAT TEACHER! He is funny with lots of fantastic stories from his police experiences, yet they still remain on topic. questions are straight off the study guide so just study!

Great guy, breaks up the powerpoint with stories. I really enjoy the class, however, there is one girl in the class that makes it very apparent that she is displeased with the way Zeeff teaches.

Great teacher. Makes you interested. A little intimidating at first, but you get used to him. He knows what he's teaching. If you do your packet work and take notes in class, you will do exceptionally well in this class, and he'll tell you that.

AWESOME teacher! i just had him for a summer class which was acccelorated and it was easy, fun and interesting. He's an old man but very funny and lots of experience! he always has a story to tell relating to the topic that has personally happened to him in the field. his tests are easy but make sure you do your chapter guides!

This man is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever had the pleasure of listening to speak. I look forward to his class, and I have never learned so much. Regardless of the grade I get in his class it will have everything to do with me and nothing to do with his knack for teaching! Highly recommended!

I would nominate him as best professor on campus. Gives 3 tests and a final, no homework. Downside is your grade is based entirely on those tests. Upside is the questions are 50% from the notes in class and 50% from the study guide. Has some of the best stories to tell and he's a really funny guy. He knows his stuff and that is saying a lot.

Funny, Interesting and very good content

Great prof. If you're interested in criminal justice, or just taking a class for the hell of it...make sure you get into his class. This man knows his stuff for real.

This professor did an amazing job lecturing this class. He kept everyone on task with his humor and real stories. He used to be a cop, so he knows his stuff. He was very helpful, and likes to make sure that all of his students are doing well in his class. He made Criminal Justice very interesting by presenting real cases, and offering great advise.
