Professor Klonarides is an excellent Professor. For those with negative comments towards him seriously did not pay attention in his class. First of all it's "principles of micro-applications" not computer engineering. So ofcourse it's an easy class. It's alot of stuff we learned in CGS 2200 just more intense by applying current events. Probably the best professor I've had at FIU so far. Very easy and makes class interesting and time fly by. Exams questions are straight from his homework and classwork assignments he hands out throughout the term. Projects are easy, and the only reason we had to do project #2 was because he canceled our last exam and let us out 2 weeks early.

His tests are directly from the HW and CW assignments. He doesn't like to answer questions, but his tests are very easy. Just do the reading, take notes, study the the hdts and you'll be fine. Easy A!!!

Fantastic professor,class was a lot of fun and this Professor knows his stuff. Does not like people coming to class late so don't show up late if you do not want to get yelled at. The class is tedious but quite simple when you think about it. He is VERY clear on the syllabus and the tests are straight from the chapters and lectures. MY ITlab is annoying but useful. Class usually gets out after an hour and a half sometimes earlier. Do you work and you'll pass with no problem but dont get on his bad side & NEVER be late.

Very good proffesor ! He is very good at explaining and hes test are not hard as long as you study. He will work with you if you are doing bas in the class do not stress. The professor is pretty easy and laid back. There are usually at least 2 exams with 50 MC questions and a project but they are pretty simple. He's also helpful in giving advice about your future and your career.

If you're looking for an easy A, take this class. I put in minimal effort and got an A-. If you're looking to actually learn the subject you HAVE to read the book though. He's very sarcastic and funny but he doesn't teach much (especially towards the end of the semester)

You must buy the access-code that comes with the online book and the SAM project, which was annoying but you learned some new things. So he has a lot of experience and he is all about sharing that in class. You will learn the basics, but he will challenge your way of thinking. It really isn't challenging, but just go into it ready to talk.

This prof can be difficult to read and seemed scary at times. He will make you feel bad for saying something stupid, or not doing what you're supposed to, but that's kinda your fault. His assignments are easy if you follow instructions, and his tests are straight from the book, which has a great study guide for each chapter in the back. He also reviews some key areas to study. Overall he's great and begins to loosen up as semester progresses.

He's awesome I would definitely take him over and over if I could. The only thing is that he talks a lot about his personal life which i dint mind because his stories are slightly interesting. Also, it had a student that didn't do any of his hwk and still got an A! My class was rather short so idk if that made a difference.

He's so awesome! He seems intimidating on the first day of class, but he's the best. Buy the textbook with a friend, you only need it for the exams. 1 group project, not too bad if you have a good group.

At first I though Professor Klonarides was a bit rude, but I think its just a front for every semester. He turned out being really nice and cared for everybody passing. He gives reviews for every test and assigns one big group project. Really simple and I would definitely take again. He really made this class very possible to pass with an A.

I took Prof. Klonarides online so I only met him at the in person midterm. He's hilarious, kind, and easy to get into contact with. He posts interesting weekly discussions, you have two group projects which are very easy 10 slide powerpoints, a midterm, and a final. The midterm is in person mostly true/false ( a little hard) and an online final.

weekly discussions-write exactly what the book says, make sure your grammar is perfect or you will lose pint for the littlest mistake. 2 group project with the same group, make sure reference pg is on table of contents. only midterm is either on campus or proctorU, not the Final (regular). Easy course, just wished he wasn't as pick about grammar.

this is is the first time I'm rating a professor. This by far the best professor I've had at fiu. one group project, some homework, three test and that's about it. His lectures are fun and very insightful. you would learn a lot from him. He gives feedback on everything. And he is hilarious. Easy A!!!

Klonarides is by far the best professor i've had in all my 4 years at FIU ,sucks that every teacher can't be like him. Working 2 jobs and going to school is not easy. However, this professor made everything a breeze and more! Follow instructions and submit work on time. Assignments weren't a hassle. I had an amazing group for the projects. He will try to contact you since this is an online class, I never had a problem with that. LOVED IT!
