Awsome M.D. really cares that his students learn. He knows Biology has alot of information to review and study for. He is not out there to trick you on quizes so you have to take the course over again. The professors who teach lecture should take classes from him.

Was a lot of fun as a professor, but I'm sad to say that my i didn't have as wonderful an experience as so many other commerets had. He's a very good professor and you will learn so much from his lectures, but I must say I found his tests to be difficult, often reflecting material he didn't go over, and containing a lot of trick questions!

Dr Jack was great. He teaches u a lot so u will actually learn. Especially thru his funny stories. He doesnt prepare u for the final though. Did a bad job on that. We didnt do any dissections or anything. He is a real good human. He does so much for others and has a lot of knowledge. I would recommend him but his test can be tricky.

Dr. Patuto is an excellent professor. His experiences as his teaching tools has enhanced my interest highly in the field of biology and medicine. Those lessons are imprinted in my memory. I was fortunate to have had him as my instructor. I wish there were more like him.

Dr Pattuto, is the best professor I ever had , he is a doctor so, he explain with examples from his own experiences. He is very funny, and help you to remember things with funny examples. Dr. Patuto is nice but I had no real lab experience with him. The class didn't dissect or view slides. He spoke the entire time and at the end we could look at models. He made us study so many things in detail that were not on quizzes or the practicum. Specifically said you must know this but it was not on any test! He isn't an effective teacher

He's very helpful and talkative but you'll learn alot. He teaches straight from the book, and his quizes are somewhat easy, that you'll still pass even if you didn't study hard. I am taking him for bio 106 lab and I recommand him.

Dr. Jack is an Angel, or better yet, a saint! He is the most interesting person I met in my life. He is also extremely funny. I am currently taking him now for a summer class (bio105). I wanted to write this review before completing the class so the grade does not influence my rating. He is not easy, but sometimes ppl mix up easy with nice, or hot.

Ahhhh... what an amazing professor he is. I read his reviews but didn't expect to be this great. His teaching techniques are awesome. Never thought myself being able to do this good but the way he teaches it makes so much easier to understand unlike other professors. Highly recommended!!!! I personally hate science, which is why I didn't major in it. I still had to take a science class, and so glad I chose his. He's very straight forward about exams and with his teaching. He wants to help the students, and so he makes the class as easy as possible. Not sure if all his comments were appropriate, but it was this was my best result.

Absolutely love him! Very helpful and makes it fun to learn. There was one student in our class who constantly tried to challenge him& tell him he was wrong, which was dumb and wasted everyone's time. Dr. Jack is awesome! HIGHLY recommended! Taking him again for 106!

Genius, Genius, Fabulous!!! The Best I ever Had, But Tough!!!

This professor knows that biology can be a complex subject, so his lectures are very broken down so you can relate and remember the material. Prof Patuto is hilarious, I really enjoyed his lecture / stories and you can tell he's very passionate about the topic. My advice: read the material, show up, participate and do well on quizzes. You'll pass.

Dr. Patuto is Awesome! Does not read off powerpoint. More than willing to help if you do not understand. You will leave the semester with majority of the information memorized in you head because of the great way of teaching the professor did. Great Professor!

He's an amazing professor and really wants you to succeed. He gives out a quiz every week about the week before and he tries to confuse you sometimes but over all quizzes are easy. We didn't really have any hands on lab but he made the class very interesting and gave the best analogies for students to be able to remember. The BEST professor!

Dr. Patuto is amazing. If you're taking 105 for nursing he is a medical doctor... you will get so many examples from his experience working at Overlook and overseas that are applicable to your career. He is caring, accessible, and all he asks from you is to study what he highlights. The quizzes can be tricky but he wants you to learn! Love him.

I really enjoyed Dr. Patuto's BIO Lab class, I will say that if you're taking his online class you will end up emailing him ALOT. He isn't that computer savy so a lot graded assignments were missing on canvas, you have to email him to ask him what your grade is and also on clarity for assignments he wants turned in, he can be finicky but means WELL

Dr. Patuto is a real gem of a professor. If you have the chance to learn from him please do. A lot of quizzes but he is so understanding and will go through EVERYTHING that you need to know.

Dr. Patuto is a great professor! He explains everything very well and gives funny and memorable examples. I took his lab class once a week and there was always a quiz. As long as you study the material he gives you, you will definitely pass his class! Definitely consider taking him, he is great!

Dr. Patuto was a trauma surgeon, so most of his stories involve him telling you about his past and giving you real life examples. His quizzes are suuuuuper easy, since he tells you everything you need to know, and he only grades you based on the quizzes. He's also very funny, and teaches Italian. I plan on taking his Italian class, too.

Great professor he makes learning the material fun and easy. He tells you what to expect on the quizzes, and there is a quiz each week. It was more learning than it was hands on. He is always telling stories and he is very inspiring and motivating. Take him he makes it easy to pass the class. 10/10
