Gigi is one of those teachers you wish you discovered your fisrt semester so you could have all of her classes. She made stats understandable, which is nearly impossible. She is very upbeat and funny. Homework isnt too overwhelming and she reviews and gives handouts to study from for tests.

soc.102 - social problems .. Ms. Blanche was cool. she kinda weirded me out in the beginning but she turned out to be great. just as long as u do the 2 homeworks, 3 current events, and 5 study guides, you're good to go. never studied but managed to pass w/ an A. FIRST A in my life! HAHA JP.. but yeah.. GO TO CLASS.. i missed like 6 class days. haha

Awesome course, awesome teacher. Tests are kinda hard but she makes it impossible for you to fail. Make sure to come to class, turn in your assignments on time (there aren't that many and they are SUPER easy) and do ALL the extra credit (also EXTREMELY easy) and you'll do GREAT!

She is an attention freak. Should teach fifth grade. She gives out treats if you succeed. She looks like a pageant planner and rides a bike to school... kinda weird, but she's nice. Ms. Blanche is super easy. There's no reason not to get an A if you go to class and are not an idiot.

One of the best professors I have taken.Super clear on instructions & lectures are very interesting.Very accomodating & always replys back to emails.Attendence is a must since all info for the test are based on the lectures.She also provides a study sheet before each tests.The tests questions are challenging but she lets you use a cheat sheet.

A very fun and entertaining class. Gigi is passionate about Sociology and demonstrates this passion every class. Exams can be a little tricky if you do not study, but you can retake one exam at the end. The essays are simple with clear instructions and extra credit opportunities are always available.

'Gigi' is great! What she wants from her students is very straightforward and organized. Do the homework, and write your half-page of notes for the test and you can get an A. I highly recommend her. Apparently some ex-students have gone to use her notes in graduate level statistics.

I hate math. But she makes stats so clear with her step by step instructions that I, not only didn't hate the class, but actually looked forward to it. Amazing teacher who knows her subject very well. Before this class, I took MATH 120 (regular statistics) and dropped! This time I got an A! Do the homework, show up to ALL the lectures and you will do fine. She even lets you use a note card on ALL the tests, this class is impossible to fail unless you are just plain lazy.

The one word I'd use to describe Gigi is adorable. She is so funny. Attendance is required and there are 5 short and easy papers and 4 exams. Plenty of extra credit opportunities. If you do the study guides she gives for each exam, you should have no problem with the exams. The last exam is the final and is not cumulative. She has a hard time explaining things sometimes but even so, she's easy to understand. I really enjoyed this class not only because it was an easy 'A' but because it was fun.

Gigi is one of the best professors I have come across in awhile she makes math interesting. There are 4 tests and a final and you can use a half page of notes front and back on all of them. She grades homework so it helps with points if you don't do well on tests and there are other graded assignments. I am not good at math and I got an A.

Gigi is such an amazing professor. There are 440 pts, broken up between 4 tests (50 pts each), a final (75 pts), 5 computer assignments (15-20 pts), 19 homework assignments (3-4 pts), and a journal article assignment (13 pts). You can use a half page of notes (front and back) on the tests and a full page of notes (front and back) on the final.

She is probably the best professor I've had so far at Fullerton. Everything about her teaching is perfect. She goes over EVERYTHING until you get it. Her lectures are extremely interesting. Tests are easy just like her study guides. Not to mention she doesnt give busy work rather the homework she assigns correlate directly with her tests!

I did not like her condescending tone; at times I felt like I was in an elementary school classroom getting coddled by my teacher. We are all adults; no need for the hand holding.

Ms. Giselle for one thing she is very detailed and organized. Math is a subject I can't stand, but she made Stats very simple and easy. There is homework but no math class is complete without it. And it's paper homework, not online assignments that most math classes use. And she "unintentionally" gives out ALOT of extra credit! :)

Prof. Gigi is amazing! She is very organized with her lectures and she is good at responding emails. Always punctual and assigns a lot of homework but also provide lots of opportunities for extra credit. It doesn't matter if you don't understand the hw what matters most that you do it and correct it in class and she will give you full credit.

She is so caring. She wants all her students to pass. Her curriculum is set up where you have no choice but to pass the class. TAKE HER YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Absolutely amazing! Super clear lectures with amazing notes. There's homework every single night but is an extremely fair amount. 4 tests. no quizzes. LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT!!! she's super sweet and makes a great effort to get to know her students! definitely take her class!!!

Professor Gigi is the best! If you have the chance to take her, take it! She has funny stories and makes the information really easy to understand. Wants you to ask questions and always there to help. She gives a lot of extra credit opportunities and wants her students to succeed. Plus cheat sheet on exams:)

She's a very sweet professor and truly cares about her students. Has a handbook accessible so you don't have to buy a textbook. Honestly if you just do whats assigned then you'll walk away with an A or B. She's very nice and offers extra credit. Honestly was scared of taking stats but she made the class super easy. She's also really funny.

Take her!! She is a sweet and funny person and clearly has a passion for teaching. There is homework after every class but helps you out with easy points and understanding the material. No textbook, only purchased a packet she made for her lectures. If you do all the homework and study, you will get an A (also lets you use a 1/2 pg. notes on exam)

Professor Gigi is amazing. She wants everyone to understand statistics and pass the class and gives plenty of opportunity for both. The best way to learn math is by doing the homework, so yes there is a lot, but it's reasonable and truly helps with understanding material. If you show up and do all the work, should be able to pass with AT LEAST a B.

Amazing prof. Tests are easy if you go to lecture. All test content is from homework and lecture. Homework is simple; you can finish it in class. She really wants you to succeed. Visit her during office hours and she'll help you out.

Do her HW everyday go to her lectures and pay attention if you do not understand anything go to her office hours. A lot of help is available half a sheet of notes is allowed on tests. The questions are taken from HW , lectures, and Exam Review Easiest math class I ever took.

An amazing professor, the first time I was able to take a math class, and fully grasp the material. You MUST go to each class and do the homework to pass, but besides that, she made statistics very easy to grasp.

Professor Gigi deserves a medal for the amount of effort she puts into this class. She really cares about her students like no other. The best way to study for her exams are re-read the lectures beginning to end at least 2 times (prepare at least 3-4 days before) and you will get an A. Do all the homework, prepare your notecard, and you'll do great

The best professor I have had throughout my few years at Fullerton College. I have always disliked math, but Professor Blanche made this class enjoyable. Her lectures are in depth, and if you have any questions shes always willing to lend a hand. If you hate math take this class, youll change your mind! :)

Professor Gigi is so sweet to her students and deserves recognition for the amount of effort she puts into her class. I will say that her exams are pretty hard, however, she does give out extra credit sessions that will help you study. She also does give homework every week. Nonetheless, I believe anyone can pass the class if they put in the effort

Such a sweet professor, lectures are extremely detailed, and if there's any confusion you have access to multiple tutors. Two homework assignments and one feedback discussion a week. If you do the homework and discussions on time, it's an easy A. Tests are based directly on material and she offers a lot of extra credit. Highly recommend!

Professor Gigi is a great teacher. I took her during the Pandemic and I was so nervous but If you struggle with math and get anxiety because of it. This is the class to take. She let us use notes and being able to take notes with her was the best part because I felt I could really understand her. Best Math class ever!! Easy and fun!

I used to be bad at math and get F's on tests. Used to. Gigi fixed me fast and now I get A's. You get out what you put in with her comprehensive class.

I was terrified of taking another Math class. I had previously withdrawn from the same class with different Professors twice already. But somehow she made learning comfortable and not overwhelming. She is clear with her instructions and is a great communicator. If you are someone who struggles with math, take her !

I wish that I could give Professor Blanche a 100 - she is by FAR the best math Professor I've ever had. I always struggled with math, and was failing stats with 2 other profs before her. In her class, I never missed ONE question - A+ on everything. That's how amazing she is at teaching. I use stats in my career and am so grateful for her imprint.

Where do I begin? She’s everything you want in a professor. She turns people who despise math into mathematicians. Absolutely hilarious and explains everything in perfect ways before you do the work and tests on your own. Took her class when the pandemic hit so it was half virtual, but she worked tirelessly to invent ways to support us. Bless her

Professor Blanche is probably one of the best math teachers I have had in my education at Fullerton Junior College. If you are a student who struggles in math like I do, I recommend taking her class. She maks the math so clearer. Listen to her homework lectures and fill in the course workbook and you'll do just fine in the class.

I would definitely take her class again. The professor was great at giving feedback. Every module has homework, but it is not that hard. And the exams were not that difficult. If you study enough, you would get an A in this class.

Professor Gigi is such a great professor and she really cares for her students and wants them to succeed. The workbook is $20 from the bookstore. She wrote it. I've never been good at math but Professor Gigi is such a good teacher that I got an A. Lectures are time consuming but worth it. Would take her again!

she's really great, great personality, funny meme's all the time, work is easy just follow the lectures or lecture videos, homework twice a week, exams are everything from your homework packets, a lot of simple discussions, easy to take this class with heavy classes because work is so simple, take her!!

I was very weary about taking an online math class, but given my full-time job, I had to find something that would apply to my math credit. The professor has great recorded lectures and designed her workbook/textbook. It helped make someone who hasn't taken a math class in many years comfortable with the class. I recommend this professor a lot!

Professor Gigi could teach statistics to my toddler! She is very good at making a difficult subject easy to understand because she explains everything in detail. I loved the recorded lectures and the workbook homework is fairly straightforward. What you see on your homework is what you will see on the test, if you do the work you will pass.

I had not taken a math in years and I was super nervous going into it especially since it was online but it was such a breeze for me, I had nothing to worry about. Her lectures explain everything you need to know in detail. I can't believe I've had an A all semester. I've really enjoyed Professor Gigi. She has great ratings for a reason, take her!!
